The outdoor air inlet 16 is communicated with the first space 11 and the outdoor space, that is, the first space 11 and the outdoor space are communicated through the outdoor air inlet 16. The indoor air return opening 17 is communicated with the first space 11 and the indoor, namely, the first space 11 and the indoor are communicated through the indoor air return opening 17. When the stopper 22 moves to and closes the first through hole 213, the outdoor air cannot flow in, and the indoor air can flow in from the indoor return air opening 17. When the stopper 22 moves to the second through hole 214 and closes it, the indoor air cannot flow in, and the outdoor air can flow in from the outdoor air intake 16. When the stopper 22 moves to the middle between the first through hole 213 and the second through hole 214, neither the first through hole 213 nor the second through hole 214 is closed, so that the indoor return air and the outdoor intake air can be simultaneously realized.
The first space 11 is provided with an integrally formed directional component 3 corresponding to the outdoor air inlet 16 and the indoor air return opening 17, a first channel corresponding to the outdoor air inlet 16 and a second channel corresponding to the indoor air return opening 17 are formed between the directional component 3 and the casing 1, the first channel corresponds to the first through hole 213, and the second channel corresponds to the second through hole 214.
The directional component 3 comprises a first directional part 33 corresponding to the outdoor air inlet 16 and a second directional part 34 corresponding to the indoor air return opening 17, the air valve main body 21 further comprises a middle connecting plate 215 connecting the first plate body 211 and the second plate body 212, the first directional part 33 is provided with a first main plate 331 which is obliquely arranged, one end of the first main plate 331 is bent and extends to form a first positioning plate 332, and the first positioning plate 332 is in close contact with the middle connecting plate 215. The first positioning plate 332 may be fixedly connected to the middle connection plate 215 by a fastener or welding, or may be abutted against the middle connection plate 215 by elastic force to achieve close contact.
The second directional portion 34 includes a second main plate 341 and a third main plate 342 connecting the first main plate 331 and the second main plate 341, wherein a second positioning plate 343 is bent and extended at one end of the second main plate 341, the second positioning plate 343 is in close contact with the middle connecting plate 215, and the third main plate 342 is perpendicular to the first main plate 331 and perpendicular to the second main plate 341. The second positioning plate 343 may be fixedly connected to the middle connection plate 215 by a fastener or welding to achieve close contact, or may be abutted against the middle connection plate 215 by elastic force to achieve close contact.
The first positioning plate 332 and the second positioning plate 343 are in close contact with the middle connecting plate 215, so that the air tightness is effectively ensured, and the structure is compact.
The second space 12 is provided with a first filter 4, an electrostatic ion box 5, a photocatalytic structure 6, and a second filter 7 in this order along the air inflow path.
The filtration efficiency of the first filter 4 is lower than the filtration efficiency of the second filter 7. The first filter 4 performs a preliminary filtering function on the air, and may be, for example, a preliminary filter for filtering dust particles of 5 μm or more. The second filter 7 is used for further filtering of the air, and may be, for example, a HEPA high efficiency filter for removing particles of 0.5 micron or more.
The electrostatic ion box 5 is used for electrostatic dust removal.
The photocatalytic structure 6 includes a first photocatalytic plate 61, an ultraviolet lamp 62, and a second photocatalytic plate 63, which are sequentially disposed, and the ultraviolet lamp 62 extends in a direction perpendicular to the air inflow path and is parallel to the first photocatalytic plate 61 and the second photocatalytic plate 63. The first and second photocatalytic plates 61 and 63 have a photocatalyst, and are irradiated by the ultraviolet lamp 62 to decompose pollutants and purify air.
