Abstract

本发明公开了一种自关闭截止阀,包括阀座及与阀座铰接的阀盖;所述阀座上延伸设有阀座铰接支架,该阀座铰接支架上设有螺旋滑梯状支撑座,阀盖上延伸设有与阀座铰接支架相对应的阀盖铰接支架,且该阀盖铰接支架上设有与螺旋滑梯状支撑座相配合的螺旋滑梯状支撑耳,两者通过铰链柱连接固定。本发明的截止阀通过阀座铰接支架和阀盖铰接支架上设有相应的螺旋滑梯状支撑座和螺旋滑梯状支撑耳,进而通过能量转换,实现阀盖自动关闭,且螺旋滑梯状支撑座和支撑耳的设置,确保阀盖打开角度无死区,同时通过阀座上设有磁铁在阀盖与阀座靠近时在磁力作用下靠的更加严密。

技术领域
本发明属于截止阀领域,尤其涉及一种自关闭截止阀。
背景技术
截止阀广泛应用于排灌站、水电站、河道、水产养殖、水库、污水处理和市政环保等水利工程。截止阀由阀座和阀盖组成,且两者通过铰链连接。截止阀是安装在排水管出口的一种单向阀,当截止阀内的水压大于外侧压力时则开启,反之则关闭。
然而,现有的截止阀主要问题是不能自关闭,或者自关闭不彻底,造成阀盖和阀座不能靠实,密封效果差,漏水严重;有时阀盖打开角度过大进入活动死区,不能关闭,造成输水***大型事故。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种能够实现自关闭且关闭彻底的的截止阀。
技术方案:本发明的自关闭截止阀,包括阀座及与阀座铰接的双开门式阀盖;所述阀座上延伸设有阀座铰接支架,该阀座铰接支架上设有螺旋滑梯状支撑座,阀盖上延伸设有与阀座铰接支架相对应的阀盖铰接支架,且该阀盖铰接支架上设有与螺旋滑梯状支撑座相配合的螺旋滑梯状支撑耳,两者通过铰链柱连接固定,阀座铰接支架和阀盖铰接支架上还设有限位块。
进一步说,阀座上对应阀盖的密封处设有密封件。阀座上还设有磁铁。
更进一步说,螺旋滑梯状支撑座、阀座铰接支架和阀座可一体设置。螺旋滑梯状支撑耳、阀盖铰接支架和阀盖可一体设置。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的显著优点为:该截止阀通过阀座铰接支架和阀盖铰接支架上设有相应的螺旋滑梯状支撑座和螺旋滑梯状支撑耳,进而通过能量转换,实现阀盖自动关闭,且螺旋滑梯状支撑座和支撑耳的设置,确保阀盖打开角度无死区,同时通过阀座上设有磁铁在阀盖与阀座靠近时在磁力作用下靠的更加严密。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案做进一步详细说明。
如图1及图2所示,本发明自关闭截止阀包括阀座1及与其铰接的双开式阀盖2,即左阀盖和右阀盖。其中,阀座1上对称延伸设有阀座铰接支架3,对应的,阀盖2上延伸设有与阀座铰接支架3相配合的阀盖铰接支架5。阀座铰接支架3上设有支撑座4,该支撑座4为螺旋滑梯状,同样,阀盖铰接支架5上设有与支撑座4相对应的支撑耳6,且该支撑耳6为与支撑座4相配合设置的螺旋滑梯状,如图3及图4所示。支撑座4和支撑耳6两者通过铰链柱7(即销轴)连接固定。
此外,本发明截止阀的阀座铰接支架3和阀盖铰接支架5上设有限位块8。阀座1上对应阀盖2的密封处设有密封件9,可为密封圈,阀座1上还设有磁铁10,密封件9保证阀盖1和阀座2不漏水,磁铁10在阀盖2靠近阀座1时通过磁力作用关闭得更加严密,提高密封效果。螺旋滑梯状支撑座4、阀座铰接支架3和阀座1一体或者分体设置。螺旋滑梯状支撑耳6、阀盖铰接支架5和阀盖2可一体或者分体设置。
工作原理:工作时在水泵抽送的水流推动下(或管路内压力水流),阀盖2围绕铰链柱7旋转同时沿着螺旋阶梯上升,阀盖2打开,水流沿着所需方向流动;关闭时水泵停止工作,阀盖2在重力作用下,围绕铰链柱7沿着螺旋阶梯旋转关闭,截断水流。

1.一种自关闭截止阀,其特征在于:该截止阀包括阀座(1)及与阀座(1)铰接的双开门式阀盖(2);所述阀座(1)上延伸设有阀座铰接支架(3),该阀座铰接支架(3)上设有螺旋滑梯状支撑座(4),阀盖(2)上延伸设有与阀座铰接支架(3)相对应的阀盖铰接支架(5),且该阀盖铰接支架(5)上设有与螺旋滑梯状支撑座(4)相配合的螺旋滑梯状支撑耳(6),两者通过铰链柱(7)连接固定,阀座铰接支架(3)和阀盖铰接支架(5)上还设有限位块(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自关闭截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀座(1)上对应阀盖(2)的密封处设有密封件(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自关闭截止阀,其特征在于:所述阀座(1)上还设有磁铁(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自关闭截止阀,其特征在于:所述螺旋滑梯状支撑座(4)、阀座铰接支架(3)和阀座(1)一体设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自关闭截止阀,其特征在于:所述螺旋滑梯状支撑耳(6)、阀盖铰接支架(5)和阀盖(2)一体设置。
