3) Step three: the driver operates the hoisting mechanism to test the upper and lower deceleration limit signals and the terminal limit signal, the operator can repeat the second step of operation according to the field working condition, and dynamically corrects the value of the ON/OFF switch point set in the electronic limit switch to achieve the best effect.
The specific arrangement method of the rotating mechanism, the amplitude variation mechanism and the travelling mechanism is similar to that of a hoisting mechanism. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1) the invention is not only suitable for the electric control system with PLC, but also suitable for the electric control system without PLC;
2) for some tower cranes which DO not have frequency converters and directly adopt an electric control system driven by power frequency, the DO output of the invention needs to be added with a relay control board, and the relay control board is used for controlling a contactor of a motor input power supply. Directly cutting off the input power supply to control the stop limit, wherein no upper deceleration limit signal and no lower deceleration limit signal can be used;
3) the electronic limit switch controller can exist with a traditional mechanical cam at the same time, and plays a role in double protection.
