Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent sealing system which comprises a main control circuit, a plurality of buttons, a support, a conveying device, a push plate device, a winding type labeling device and a sealing device, wherein the conveying device, the push plate device, the winding type labeling device and the sealing device are connected with the main control circuit, and the winding type labeling device and the sealing device form multiple working modes and correspond to different buttons. This intelligence system of sealing can provide three kinds of different labels and paste to can set up multiple mode.

Only one button can be pressed at a time, i.e. only one mode of operation can be run at a time.
Preferably, the sealing device comprises two sealing ports, wherein one sealing port is sealed with an active tag, and the other sealing port is sealed with a passive tag. The common sealing technology of the labeling machine is a public technology, and further refers to the technical scheme that the Chinese published patent number is CN201745824U and the name is a double-head labeling machine, and a label head is a sealing opening. The working mode is realized by software prestored in advance, the software is easy to think and realize by a person skilled in the art, and the creative work of the application is to label by using different labels and form a plurality of working modes by matching with the winding type labeling device.
For example, in the working mode a, the suspected objects are individually labeled by the winding labeling device;

the working mode D is that active labeling is carried out on suspicious articles, and passive labeling is carried out on non-suspicious articles; and in the working mode E, labeling of the winding labeling device and active labeling of the sealing device are carried out on the suspicious object.
One of the more economical modes A, B, C may be selected based on the respective needs in such a way that suspect and non-suspect articles are visually observable as defective and thus improved by mode D to visually indiscriminately label the articles, but wherein the suspect article is an active label identifiable by the end-point inspection device. The working mode E is a further mode, the label pasted by the winding type labeling device is an active chip capable of being positioned, the position of a suspicious article can be monitored, the active label is pasted on the suspicious article at the same time, and the redundant fault-tolerant capability of terminal detection can be improved.
Preferably, the winding type labeling device comprises a winding mechanism 4, a card sending mechanism 42 and a cutting mechanism 41, the winding mechanism comprises a motor 61, a ring main body 63 and at least two driving wheels 62, the at least two driving wheels are fixed inside the support and are positioned on the same plane, at least one driving wheel is in transmission connection with the motor, the ring main body is erected on the driving wheels, one side of the ring main body is provided with a rotatable mounting position 64, and the mounting position is used for placing an adhesive tape; preferably, a plurality of elastic rollers 65 are arranged near the mounting position, and the adhesive tape can be wound around the elastic rollers to maintain tension. The elastic roller is capable of returning to an original point without an external force, and is usually disposed by an elastic mechanism, such as a spring sheet, a spring, and the like. Preferably, the surface of the elastic roller is provided with an anti-sticking coating, and the adhesive tape is wound around the elastic roller without sticking. It is also possible to provide a swivel mechanism on the mounting site, referred to as a tape measure, which also increases the tension of the tape.
Preferably, the device comprises at least four driving wheels, the four driving wheels are positioned on the same plane, two driving wheels are positioned below the support, the other two driving wheels are positioned above the support, the two driving wheels positioned below the support are in transmission connection, and one driving wheel is in transmission connection with the motor. In order to accurately drive the progression of the turns of the ring body, it is preferred that the contact surface between the ring body and the drive wheel is provided with corresponding gear teeth.
The conveying device is arranged in the support and comprises a first conveying belt 21 and a second conveying belt 22, the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt penetrate through the circular ring main body, a gap is formed between the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt, the gap and the installation position are located on the same plane, and the width of the gap is larger than that of the adhesive tape. Preferably, an expandable connecting plate 23 is arranged between the first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt, i.e. at the gap, for example, the connecting plate is hinged with the conveyor belt at the gap, a motor 24 is arranged below the conveyor belt and then hinged with the other side of the connecting plate through a connecting rod 25, or the motor and the hinged side of the connecting plate and the conveyor belt are in transmission connection, so that the expansion and the contraction of the connecting plate can be realized. Therefore, the connecting plate can be unfolded or tightened under the control of the main control circuit. When an object, in particular a wheeled object, such as a luggage, passes through the gap, the gap between the two conveyor belts is supported by the web, whereby the object is not caught by the gap. In order to further reduce the resistance, it is preferable that the connecting plates are provided with a plurality of rollers of the same specification at equal intervals.
The card distributing mechanism and the cutting mechanism are arranged on the same side of the support and are respectively used for distributing the smart card and cutting the adhesive tape. The smart card is a module which can be read and written with information and can be positioned, the module for reading and writing information is common, the positioned module can be obtained through calculation of a communication system, or the module contains a chip which can be positioned, such as a gps module, a Beidou module and a z igbe module. The common card distributing mechanism comprises a card box, a channel and a roller, wherein the roller clamps a card in the channel, and the card in the channel is rolled to the other end under the control of a main control circuit.
The push plate device is fixed above the bracket, and a push plate which is vertical to the gap and can move linearly is arranged below the push plate device and is used for pushing the articles on the conveying device to one side of the cutting mechanism. There are many structures for converting a rotational motion into a linear motion, such as an electric push rod, and a motor, such as a rack and pinion, such as a screw rod, and a rotating shaft, such as a connecting rod, connected to a piston, and these structures are not developed in the prior art. The push plate mechanism is provided with any structure, so that the push plate can perform linear motion under the control of a motor controlled by a control circuit. Preferably, the push plate is connected with the two screw rods, the two screw rods are mutually connected in a transmission manner, and the two screw rods move synchronously under the motor. Therefore, the push plate is stable and high in driving precision, and can be conveniently arranged above the support.
Preferably, the sealing device is arranged on one side of the cutting mechanism.
Preferably, the support is provided with a module of the main control circuit, such as a control module, a display module, a power module, a driving module, and the like. Preferably, the outer part of the bracket is provided with a shell, and the bracket and various mechanisms on the bracket are contained in the shell, so that the whole bracket is attractive and tidy. Of course, the housing may be provided with a plurality of corresponding positions, such as a display screen position, an operation interface position, and the like. The housing may also be provided with a signal light.

1. An intelligent sealing system is characterized by comprising a main control circuit, a plurality of buttons, a support, a conveying device, a push plate device, a winding type labeling device and a sealing device, wherein the conveying device, the push plate device, the winding type labeling device and the sealing device are connected with the main control circuit; the winding type labeling device and the sealing device form multiple working modes and correspond to different buttons; the multiple working modes comprise a working mode A, a working mode B, a working mode C, a working mode D and a working mode E;
the operation mode A is that labeling of the winding type labeling device is independently carried out on suspicious articles;
the working mode B is that the active labeling of the sealing device is independently carried out on the suspicious articles;
the working mode C is that the suspicious articles are singly subjected to passive labeling of the sealing device;
the working mode D is that active labeling is carried out on suspicious articles, and passive labeling is carried out on non-suspicious articles;
the working mode E is that the suspected object is labeled by the winding labeling device and the active labeling of the sealing device is carried out;
wherein the winding type labeling device comprises a winding mechanism, a card distributing mechanism and a cutting mechanism,
the winding mechanism comprises a motor, a circular ring main body and at least two driving wheels, wherein the at least two driving wheels are fixed inside the bracket and are positioned on the same plane, at least one driving wheel is in transmission connection with the motor, the circular ring main body is erected on the driving wheels, one side of the circular ring main body is provided with a rotatable mounting position, and the mounting position is used for placing an adhesive tape; the conveying device is arranged in the bracket and comprises a first conveying belt and a second conveying belt, the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt penetrate through the circular ring main body, a gap is formed between the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt, and the gap and the mounting position are located on the same plane; the card distributing mechanism and the cutting mechanism are arranged on the same side of the support and are respectively used for distributing the smart card and cutting the adhesive tape; the push plate device is fixed above the bracket, and a push plate which is vertical to the gap and can move linearly is arranged below the push plate device and is used for pushing the articles on the conveying device to one side of the cutting mechanism;

4. The intelligent sealing system of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the sealing device is disposed on a side of the cutting mechanism.
5. The intelligent sealing system of claim 4, wherein a connecting plate is disposed between the first conveyor and the second conveyor.
6. The intelligent sealing system of claim 5, wherein the connecting plates are equally spaced with a plurality of rollers of the same size.
7. The intelligent sealing system of claim 3, wherein the rack is provided with a component module of the master control circuit.
8. The intelligent sealing system of claim 7, wherein an enclosure is provided external to the rack.
