step two: starting an air cylinder (11), a motor (3), a driving motor (9) and a speed reducer (4), after the motor (3) is decelerated by the speed reducer (4), the speed reducer (4) drives a transmission shaft (6) to rotate through a transmission chain, the transmission shaft (6) drives a spiral feeding rod (21) to rotate, rubber materials with processing are put into the feeding cylinder (7) from the top, the starting motor drives two groups of limiting rollers (14) to rotate towards opposite directions, the rubber materials enter from between the two groups of limiting rollers (14), then the driving rod (12) is driven to advance through the air cylinder (11), then a cutter (16) is driven to cut off the rubber materials by using one end of a T-shaped frame (13) as force application, then the cut rubber enters the tops of the two groups of dispersion rollers (15), the two groups of dispersion rollers (15) are driven by the two groups of limiting rollers (14) to rotate towards opposite directions under the action of a belt, so as to break up the rubber material, then the rubber material enters the bottom of the feeding barrel (7) and then enters the feeding barrel (5);
