Abstract
本发明公开了一种祛痘组合物,属于化妆品领域。本发明祛痘组合物包括番石榴果提取物、黄檗提取物以及丹参祛痘剂,其中丹参祛痘剂包括丹参根提取物、丁香花蕾提取物、黄芩根提取物、当归根提取物、甘草根提取物以及积雪草提取物,在番石榴果提取物、黄檗提取物以及丹参祛痘剂的协同作用下,本发明祛痘组合物能有效调理痘肌,抑制痘痘再生,抚平痘坑,促进肌肤角质层更新,修复受损细胞,同时,由本发明祛痘组合物制得的祛痘膏,温和不刺激,易吸收,安全高效,无负担。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品领域,涉及一种祛痘组合物。
背景技术
痘是痤疮的俗称,又叫“面疱”“粉刺”“酒刺”“暗疮”等,是由于毛囊及皮脂腺阻塞,发炎所引发的一种慢性炎症性皮肤病。***时,体内的荷尔蒙会刺激毛发生长,促进皮脂腺分泌更多油脂,毛发和皮脂腺因此堆积许多物质,使油脂和细菌附着,引发皮肤红肿的反应。由于这种症状常见于青年男女,所以才称它为“青春痘”。其实,青少年不一定都会长青春痘,而青春痘也不一定只出现在青少年身上。由于现在环境污染严重,空气中的灰尘等直接与面部肌肤接触,很容易吸附在肌肤上堵塞毛孔,电脑辐射源影响到人体内分泌***的紊乱,从而使皮肤代谢不规律;饮食不规律、睡眠不佳、压力等都会导致痘的滋生。
现有祛痘的方法有很多种,1、如激光治疗青春痘方法,其能快速破坏丙酸青春痘杆菌,有效抑制细菌繁殖,消除其对组织的刺激与破坏作用,但是激光治疗的作用太强,而且只是物理方法把逗破坏掉,不能从根本上祛痘;2、利用芦荟、洋甘菊、茶树、沙棘果等一些天然的植物成份、中药成份或中药与植物混合成份祛痘,现有的这种祛痘方法安全,能够起到调节皮肤油脂从而从根本上祛痘的作用,但是使用这种天然植物成分祛痘时时间长、祛痘后的印记不易完全去除,配方有待于改进;3、利用水杨酸、波尼松、***等一些西药除痘,西药的副作用强,成本高。因此,有必要研发一种有效调理痘肌抑制痘痘再生,抚平痘坑,且温和不刺激,低敏安全的祛痘化妆品。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种能有效调理痘肌、抑制痘痘再生、抚平痘坑、促进肌肤角质层更新、修复受损细胞的祛痘组合物。
本发明提供了一种祛痘组合物,其包括以下质量百分含量的组分:番石榴(PSIDIUM GUAJAVA)果提取物0.5-3%,黄檗提取物(PHELLODENDRONAMURENSE)0.1-3%,丹参祛痘剂0.5-3%,其中丹参祛痘剂包括以下质量百分含量的组分:丹参(SALVIAMILTIORRHIZA)根提取物5.0-10%,丁香(EUGENIACARYOPHYLLUS)花蕾提取物2.0-4.0%,黄芩(SCUTELLARIA BAICALENSIS)根提取物1.0-3.0%,当归(ANGELICAPOLYMORPHASINENSIS)根提取物1.0-3.0%,甘草(GLYCYRRHIZAURALENSIS)根提取物0.5-2.0%,积雪草(CENTELLAASIATICA)提取物0.5-2.0%。
优选地,所述祛痘组合物包括以下质量百分含量的组分:番石榴果提取物1.5%,黄檗提取物1%,丹参祛痘剂1.5%。
番石榴果提取物不仅能抗菌消炎,还能通过强化血管壁的强度而改善血液循环;黄檗提取物具有抗菌消炎、镇静的作用;丹参根提取物能够刺激皮下的血液循环,同时抑制脂质氧化反应,消除由于血液循环不畅而导致的痤疮、暗疮、色斑,调节水油平衡;丁香花蕾提取物能够抗菌抗炎、抗氧化;黄芩根提取物能抑菌抗炎、抗氧化、抗***反应,还能吸收紫外线;当归根提取物能有效的抑制皮肤中的生物氧化酶——酪氨酸酶活性,阻断黑色素的形成,通过自身和酪氨酸酶直接结合,加速黑色素的分解和***,从而减少皮肤色素的沉积,还能消炎抗菌;甘草根提取物能吸收UVA和UVB,抑制黑色素形成,增加皮肤透明感,增强皮肤免疫力,抗炎抗氧化,能防御肌肤敏感现象,安抚舒缓过敏或受刺激的皮肤,积雪草提取物能促进血液循环,改善痤疮性皮肤,防止色素沉淀,促进皮肤的胶原蛋白生成、改善皮肤弹性,延缓肌肤老化,还能进行晒后修复。上述祛痘组合物在特定含量的番石榴果提取物、黄檗提取物以及丹参祛痘剂的协同作用下,对痤疮丙酸杆菌等引发痤疮的病原菌具有良好的抑制作用,能很好地消除痤疮引发的炎症,防止色素沉积,有效调理痘肌,抑制痘痘再生,抚平痘坑,促进肌肤角质层更新,修复受损细胞,尤其当番石榴果提取物、黄檗提取物、丹参祛痘剂在祛痘组合物的质量百分含量分别为1.5%、1%、1.5%时,祛痘组合物的祛痘效果更好。
优选地,所述祛痘组合物还包括以下质量百分含量的组分:冰片0.05-0.5%,薄荷醇0.05-1%,樟脑0.05-1%。
进一步优选地,所述祛痘组合物还包括以下质量百分含量的组分:冰片0.2%,薄荷醇0.5%,樟脑0.2%。
冰片、薄荷醇、樟脑都具有清凉、抗炎、舒缓的功效。在上述祛痘组合物中添加上述特定含量的冰片、薄荷醇和樟脑,能减缓痤疮所产生的疼痛感,还能与番石榴果提取物、黄檗提取物以及丹参祛痘剂协同祛痘、抑制痘痘再生,尤其当冰片、薄荷醇、樟脑在祛痘组合物的质量百分含量分别为0.2%、0.5%、0.2%时,舒缓祛痘效果更好。
优选地,所述祛痘组合物还包括柔润剂、保湿剂、乳化剂、促渗剂、螯合剂、抗氧化剂、水中的至少一种。
优选地,所述柔润剂还包括鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、棕榈酸乙基己酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、牛油果树果脂、聚丙烯酰胺、C13-14异链烷烃中的至少一种,所述保湿剂包括丙二醇、1,2-己二醇中的至少一种,所述乳化剂包括聚山梨醇酯-60、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、山梨坦硬脂酸酯、PEG-20硬脂酸酯、月桂醇聚醚-7、PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯中的至少一种,所述促渗剂包括月桂氮卓酮,所述螯合剂包括EDTA二钠,所述抗氧化剂包括对羟基苯乙酮、辛酰羟肟酸、甘油辛酸酯中的至少一种。
优选地,所述祛痘组合物为膏状。
优选地,所述祛痘组合物还包括以下质量百分含量的组分:鲸蜡硬脂醇3-5%,聚二甲基硅氧烷2-5%,棕榈酸乙基己酯2-5%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯1-3%,牛油果树果脂1-5%,聚丙烯酰胺0.05-1%,C13-14异链烷烃0.05-1%;聚山梨醇酯-60 0.5-3%,甘油硬脂酸酯0.5-3%,PEG-100硬脂酸酯0.5-3%,山梨坦硬脂酸酯0.5-3%,PEG-20硬脂酸酯0.05-1%,月桂醇聚醚-7 0.05-1%,PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯0.05-1%;丙二醇1-3%,1,2-己二醇0.05-1%;月桂氮卓酮0.05-1%;EDTA二钠0.05-1%;对羟基苯乙酮0.05-1%,辛酰羟肟酸0.03-1%,甘油辛酸酯0.03-1%。
优选地,所述祛痘组合物还包括余量的水。所述祛痘组合物在此特定配方下,温和不刺激,易吸收,安全高效,无负担。
优选地,所述祛痘组合物还包括以下质量百分含量的组分:鲸蜡硬脂醇4.8%,聚二甲基硅氧烷3%,棕榈酸乙基己酯3%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯2%,牛油果树果脂2%,聚丙烯酰胺0.3%,C13-14异链烷烃0.3%;聚山梨醇酯-60 1.2%,甘油硬脂酸酯1%,PEG-100硬脂酸酯1%,山梨坦硬脂酸酯1%,PEG-20硬脂酸酯0.2%,月桂醇聚醚-7 0.3%,PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯0.5%;丙二醇2%,1,2-己二醇0.3%;月桂氮卓酮0.6%;EDTA二钠0.05%;对羟基苯乙酮0.15%,辛酰羟肟酸0.03%,甘油辛酸酯0.03%。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:本发明祛痘组合物在番石榴果提取物、黄檗提取物以及丹参祛痘剂的协同作用,能有效调理痘肌,抑制痘痘再生,抚平痘坑,促进肌肤角质层更新,修复受损细胞;再通过添加冰片、薄荷醇和樟脑,能舒缓痤疮引发的疼痛感,进一步增强祛痘效果;由本发明祛痘组合物制得的祛痘膏,温和不刺激,易吸收,安全高效,无负担。

为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,本发明通过下列实施例进一步说明。显然,下列实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。应理解,本发明实施例仅用于说明本发明的技术效果,而非用于限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1-3
实施例1-3均为本发明祛痘组合物的一种实施例,这些祛痘组合物均为祛痘膏,它们的组成如表1所示。

对比例1-4均涉及一种祛痘膏,这些祛痘膏的组成如表1所示。
上述实施例和对比例中的丹参祛痘剂购自北京东方淼森生物科技有限公司,型号为Aknas Clear(丹参净研),包括以下质量百分含量的组分:丹参根提取物5.0-10%,丁香花蕾提取物2.0-4.0%,黄芩根提取物1.0-3.0%,当归根提取物1.0-3.0%,甘草根提取物0.5-2.0%,积雪草提取物0.5-2.0%,丁二醇70-85%。
效果例1
测试样品:实施例1-3以及对比例1-4的祛痘膏。
测试方法:采用滤纸片法,在平板上观察测试样品对痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑菌圈直径大小,抑菌圈直径越大,说明测试样品抑菌能力越强。
测试结果:见表2。

效果例2
将实施例1-3以及对比例1-4的祛痘膏分发给105名18~30岁的志愿者进行盲测试用,这些志愿者为采用PillSburv分类法规定的轻度或中度痤疮患者。将这些志愿者均分为7组,每组痤疮轻度患者7~8人,中度患者7~8人,每组使用一种样品,且每天在早晚洁面之后各涂抹一次样品于痤疮处,再连续使用14天后分别进行效果评价,具体结果见表3。祛痘效果评分中,9~10分表示祛痘效果非常好,7~8分表示祛痘效果良好,4~6分表示祛痘效果一般,4分以下表示没有明显祛痘效果,且同一等级中分数越高表示效果越好;刺激性评分中,9~10分表示无刺激性,7~8分表示有轻微刺激性,6分以下表示刺激性强,且同一等级中分数越高表示效果越好。

Claims (10)
1.一种祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述祛痘组合物包括以下质量百分含量的组分:番石榴果提取物0.5-3%,黄檗提取物0.1-3%,丹参祛痘剂0.5-3%,其中丹参祛痘剂包括以下质量百分含量的组分:丹参根提取物5.0-10%,丁香花蕾提取物2.0-4.0%,黄芩根提取物1.0-3.0%,当归根提取物1.0-3.0%,甘草根提取物0.5-2.0%,积雪草提取物0.5-2.0%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述祛痘组合物包括以下质量百分含量的组分:番石榴果提取物1.5%,黄檗提取物1%,丹参祛痘剂1.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述祛痘组合物还包括以下质量百分含量的组分:冰片0.05-0.5%,薄荷醇0.05-1%,樟脑0.05-1%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述祛痘组合物还包括以下质量百分含量的组分:冰片0.2%,薄荷醇0.5%,樟脑0.2%。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述祛痘组合物还包括柔润剂、保湿剂、乳化剂、促渗剂、螯合剂、抗氧化剂、水中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述柔润剂还包括鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、棕榈酸乙基己酯、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、牛油果树果脂、聚丙烯酰胺、C13-14异链烷烃中的至少一种,所述保湿剂包括丙二醇、1,2-己二醇中的至少一种,所述乳化剂包括聚山梨醇酯-60、甘油硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、山梨坦硬脂酸酯、PEG-20硬脂酸酯、月桂醇聚醚-7、PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯中的至少一种,所述促渗剂包括月桂氮卓酮,所述螯合剂包括EDTA二钠,所述抗氧化剂包括对羟基苯乙酮、辛酰羟肟酸、甘油辛酸酯中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述祛痘组合物为膏状。
8.根据权利要求7所述的祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述祛痘组合物还包括以下质量百分含量的组分:鲸蜡硬脂醇3-5%,聚二甲基硅氧烷2-5%,棕榈酸乙基己酯2-5%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯1-3%,牛油果树果脂1-5%,聚丙烯酰胺0.05-1%,C13-14异链烷烃0.05-1%;聚山梨醇酯-60 0.5-3%,甘油硬脂酸酯0.5-3%,PEG-100硬脂酸酯0.5-3%,山梨坦硬脂酸酯0.5-3%,PEG-20硬脂酸酯0.05-1%,月桂醇聚醚-7 0.05-1%,PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯0.05-1%;丙二醇1-3%,1,2-己二醇0.05-1%;月桂氮卓酮0.05-1%;EDTA二钠0.05-1%;对羟基苯乙酮0.05-1%,辛酰羟肟酸0.03-1%,甘油辛酸酯0.03-1%。
