Test example 1
Test samples: the bacteriostatic moisturizing whitening shower gel prepared in examples 1-4 is respectively marked as sample 1, sample 2, sample 3, and sample 4.
The bath lotion irritation test was performed using an animal in vivo experiment.
Test animals: 16 rabbits were selected for the test, male and female halves.
The test steps are as follows: the method comprises the following steps of randomly dividing 16 rabbits into 4 groups, randomly dividing each group into 4 male rabbits, carrying out self-comparison on the left side and the right side of the same body, shaving the backs of the rabbits by using an electric shaver, wherein the shaving area of each part is 2cmx2cm, respectively coating a sample 1, a sample 2, a sample 3 and a sample 4 on the dehaired skin of one part of the back of the rabbits to serve as an experimental group, not treating the other part of the back to serve as a self-blank control group, observing whether the skin periphery of the experimental group has allergy phenomena such as redness and swelling at intervals of one hour, washing the body wash by using warm water after 24 hours, and observing the result.
Through observation, the skin of the tested part of 16 rabbits has no allergic phenomena such as erythema, edema and the like, and the appearance, color and the like of the skin without treatment are consistent, which shows that the shower gel prepared by the embodiment 1-4 of the invention has no irritation to the rabbit skin.
Test example 2
Test samples: the bacteriostatic moisturizing whitening body wash prepared in example 5, example 6 and example 7 are respectively marked as sample 5, sample 6 and sample 7.
And evaluating the bacteriostatic effect by adopting a colony culture bacteriostatic test.
The test results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 results of bacterial colony culture bacteriostasis test
Sample No. 5 | Sample No. 6 | Sample 7 | |
AntibacterialPercentage (%) | 100 | 99 | 94 |
As can be seen from table 1, examples 5, 6 and 7 all inhibited bacteria better, wherein the inhibition effect in example 5 is the best, and the optimal mass ratio of calcium alginate to nano zinc oxide is 3: 2.
