The dendrobium flower tea beverage is a composition of dendrobium flower dried flowers and black tea, and the weight ratio of the dendrobium flower dried flowers to the black tea is 0.1-1.5: 1. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) cleaning fresh flowers of dendrobium flowers with cold water at 5-15 ℃, and storing at 5-10 ℃; 2) taking out fresh dendrobium flowers, alternately layering the fresh dendrobium flowers and tea leaves and paving the same in a fermentation chamber, adjusting the temperature of the fermentation chamber to be 25-30 ℃, and fermenting for 3-5 hours; 3) taking out the fresh dendrobium flowers, and freeze-drying until the water content is less than or equal to 10 wt% to obtain the dried dendrobium flowers; taking out the tea leaves, and drying the tea leaves at the temperature of 70-80 ℃ until the water content is less than or equal to 10 wt% to obtain black tea; 4) mixing the dried dendrobium flowers and the black tea according to the weight ratio of 0.1-1.5: 1. The tea prepared by the invention combines the faint scents of the dendrobium flowers and the black tea, and has the health care and health preserving effects of the dendrobium flowers and the black tea.

3) taking out the fresh dendrobium flowers, and freeze-drying until the water content is less than or equal to 10 wt% to obtain the dried dendrobium flowers; taking out the fermented tea leaves, and drying the tea leaves at the temperature of 70-80 ℃ until the water content is less than or equal to 10 wt% to obtain black tea;
4) the dendrobium flower tea drink can be obtained by mixing the dendrobium flower dried flowers and black tea according to the weight ratio of 0.1-1.5: 1.
In the step 1), the temperature of the cold water is preferably 10-15 ℃.
In the step 2), the weight ratio of the fresh dendrobium flowers to the tea leaves is 0.5-1.5: 1.
In the step 3), the freeze drying is preferably vacuum freeze drying, and the temperature is-10 to-50 ℃.
In the step 4), the preferable weight ratio of the dendrobium flower dried flowers to the black tea is 0.8-1.2: 1. The optimal weight ratio of the dendrobium flower dried flowers to the black tea is 1: 1.

Example 1
The dendrobium flower tea drink is prepared by the following preparation method:
1) cleaning fresh flowers of dendrobium flowers with cold water at 10 ℃ for 3 minutes, and storing at 8 ℃;
2) taking out the frozen and stored fresh dendrobium flowers, alternately laying the fresh dendrobium flowers and the tea leaves which are green-making and twisted in a fermentation chamber in a layered manner, wherein the weight ratio of the fresh dendrobium flowers to the tea leaves is 1.5:1, then adjusting the temperature of the fermentation chamber to 28 ℃, and fermenting the tea leaves for 4 hours;
3) taking out the fresh dendrobium flowers, and carrying out vacuum freeze drying until the water content is less than or equal to 10 wt%, wherein the temperature is-30 ℃, so as to obtain the dried dendrobium flowers; taking out the fermented tea leaves, and drying the tea leaves at the temperature of 75 ℃ until the water content is less than or equal to 10 wt% to obtain black tea;
4) and mixing the dried dendrobium flower and the black tea according to the weight ratio of 1:1 to obtain the dendrobium flower tea drink.
Example 2
The dendrobium flower tea drink is prepared by the following preparation method:
1) cleaning fresh flowers of dendrobium flowers with cold water at 5 ℃ for 1 minute, and storing at 10 ℃;
2) taking out the frozen and stored fresh dendrobium flowers, alternately laying the fresh dendrobium flowers and the tea leaves which are green-making and twisted in a fermentation chamber in a layered manner, wherein the weight ratio of the fresh dendrobium flowers to the tea leaves is 0.5:1, then adjusting the temperature of the fermentation chamber to be 30 ℃, and fermenting the tea leaves for 3 hours;

4) and mixing the dried dendrobium flower and the black tea according to the weight ratio of 0.4:1 to obtain the dendrobium flower tea drink.
Example 3
The dendrobium flower tea drink is prepared by the following preparation method:
1) cleaning fresh flowers of dendrobium flowers with cold water at 15 ℃ for 5 minutes, and storing at 5 ℃;
2) taking out the frozen and stored fresh dendrobium flowers, alternately laying the fresh dendrobium flowers and the tea leaves which are green-making and twisted in a fermentation chamber in a layered manner, wherein the weight ratio of the fresh dendrobium flowers to the tea leaves is 1.2:1, then adjusting the temperature of the fermentation chamber to be 25 ℃, and fermenting the tea leaves for 3-5 hours;
3) taking out the fresh dendrobium flowers, and carrying out vacuum freeze drying until the water content is less than or equal to 10 wt%, wherein the temperature is-10 ℃, so as to obtain the dried dendrobium flowers; taking out the fermented tea leaves, and drying the tea leaves at 80 ℃ until the water content is less than or equal to 10 wt% to obtain black tea;
4) and mixing the dried dendrobium flower and the black tea according to the weight ratio of 1.1:1 to obtain the dendrobium flower tea drink.
