Furthermore, the terms "include" and "have," as well as any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those steps or elements listed, but may alternatively include other steps or elements not listed, or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Reference in the specification to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment can be included in at least one embodiment of the invention. The appearances of the phrase in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. It is explicitly and implicitly understood by the person skilled in the art that the described embodiments of the invention can be combined with other embodiments.
In the prior art, an antenna coupling test method is to use WiFi/bluetooth as a wireless channel between a main control PC and a terminal to be tested. And when the WIFI index of the tested terminal is tested, a wireless access between the master control PC and the tested terminal is established through Bluetooth. When testing the Bluetooth index of the tested terminal, a wireless channel between the master control PC and the tested terminal is established through WIFI, so that the test complexity is high, two test stations are generally required to be arranged in the conventional test method to respectively obtain the Bluetooth index and the WIFI index, the test time cost and the labor cost are high, and the test efficiency is low. Therefore, the antenna testing method can effectively improve the antenna testing efficiency.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an antenna testing system according to an embodiment of the present invention; the antenna test system in the present application includes a main control terminal 101, a terminal 102 to be tested, and an antenna test terminal 103.
The main control terminal 101 is used as a main control center of the test system, and is configured to control a test process, and receive and process data of the terminal 102 or the antenna test terminal 103 to obtain a test result of the antenna. Specifically, the main control terminal 101 may employ a computer, a notebook computer, or the like.
The terminal 102 to be tested refers to a terminal or a module with an antenna, such as a mobile phone, a smart watch, a sports bracelet, a smart speaker, or a communication module with an antenna. The antenna may include a radio frequency antenna or a WCN (Wireless Connectivity Network) antenna, such as a GPS antenna, a WiFi antenna, a bluetooth antenna, an NFC antenna, a ZigBee antenna, and the like.
The antenna test terminal 103 may be a test device, or may be a test terminal composed of a plurality of test modules. The function is to receive and process the signal of the antenna to be tested to obtain the test index, or transmit the signal to the antenna to be tested to assist in completing the performance test of the antenna to be tested; or may have both the functions of receiving and processing signals, as well as transmitting signals. The antenna test terminal 103 may include a wireless integrated tester or the like; the wireless integrated tester is used for testing the main performance indexes of various radio devices. The device consists of a signal generator, a voltmeter, an electronic oscilloscope and the like.
The embodiment of the application provides an antenna test method, which is applied to a main control terminal of an antenna test system, wherein a tested terminal comprises an antenna to be tested; the antenna test method comprises the following steps:
s1, controlling a tested terminal to execute a first test script, and controlling an antenna test terminal according to a second test script; the first test script comprises a first coupling test instruction of the antenna to be tested; the second test script comprises a second coupling test instruction of the antenna to be tested; the first coupling test instruction and the second coupling test instruction are used for acquiring at least one test index of the antenna to be tested, the first coupling test instruction and the second coupling test instruction are complementary with respect to the antenna coupling test function of one test index, and the first control time sequence of the first coupling test instruction is complementary with the second control time sequence of the second coupling test instruction;
in particular, batch processing (Batch), also known as Batch script. As the name implies, batch processing is the processing of a batch of objects, generally known as a simplified scripting language, which is used in DOS and Windows systems. The extension of the batch file is bat. The batch processes that are relatively common today include DOS batch processes, which are based on DOS commands, scripts that are used to automatically execute DOS commands in batches to implement a particular operation. More complicated cases require the use of if, for, goto, etc. commands to control the running of the program, as in C, basic, etc.
The testing method of the embodiment of the application is performed according to the first testing script and the second testing script, so that before the antenna testing, the first testing script and the second testing script need to be compiled according to the testing requirements of the tested antenna of the tested terminal. The first test script comprises a first coupling test instruction of the antenna to be tested; the second test script comprises a second coupling test instruction of the antenna to be tested; the first coupling test instruction and the second coupling test instruction are used for acquiring at least one test index of the antenna to be tested, the antenna coupling test functions of the first coupling test instruction and the second coupling test instruction are complementary with each other about one test index, and a first control time sequence of the first coupling test instruction is complementary with a second control time sequence of the second coupling test instruction.
Here, "the two are complementary with respect to the antenna coupling test function of one test index", it should be understood that: the antenna coupling test function comprises a function of obtaining a test index by test signal transmission, test signal reception and test signal processing, and the function of obtaining the test index by the test signal transmission and the function of obtaining the test index by the test signal reception and the test signal processing are called function complementation, and the two functions are jointly completed to obtain the test index. That is, the first coupling test instruction and the second coupling test instruction together complete the acquisition of the test index of the antenna to be tested, and in short, during the test, one of the first coupling test instruction and the second coupling test instruction completes the test signal transmitting function, and the other completes the function of receiving and processing the sequencing signal to obtain the test index.
And "the first control time sequence of the first coupling test instruction and the second control time sequence of the second coupling test instruction are complementary", based on the function complementation of the first coupling test instruction and the second coupling test instruction, in order to complete the antenna test smoothly, the control time sequences of the first coupling test instruction and the second coupling test instruction are complementary, so that after the tested terminal is controlled to start to execute the first test script, the work of the antenna test terminal is controlled according to the second test script, and the signal transmission, the signal reception and the signal processing between the tested terminal and the antenna test terminal can be performed in order, so that the test index can be obtained smoothly. In short, only when the test is realized based on the complementary control time sequences of the first test script and the second test script, one of the terminal to be tested and the antenna test terminal can receive the test signal and process the signal to obtain the test index when the other one of the terminal to be tested and the antenna test terminal sends the test signal.
During actual testing, the master control terminal can send a script running instruction to the tested terminal, and the script running instruction is used for indicating the tested terminal to start executing the first test script; and meanwhile, the main control terminal configures the antenna test instrument according to the second test script so that the tested terminal and the antenna test instrument jointly complete the acquisition of at least one test index. The above "simultaneous" is not only the case of completely synchronous control, but also the case of sequential control belongs to the simultaneous range, for example, the main control terminal first sends a script operation instruction to the terminal to be tested, and after the interval can accept the delay time (e.g. 1ms, 2 ms), the main control terminal configures the antenna test instrument according to the second test script. Or the main control terminal configures the antenna test instrument according to the second test script, and sends a script operation instruction to the terminal to be tested after the interval can accept the delay time (e.g. 1ms, 2 ms).
The test method of the embodiment of the invention is different from the prior art that the test instruction interaction between the main control terminal and the tested terminal is carried out by depending on a wireless access so as to complete the antenna test; according to the test method, test instruction interaction is not required to be carried out by depending on a wired or wireless channel, the first test script and the second test script which are complementary in test function and control time sequence are utilized, the tested terminal is controlled by the main control terminal to execute the first test script, the main control terminal controls the antenna test terminal to work according to the second test script, the coupling test of the antenna to be tested can be completed quickly, and the antenna test efficiency is effectively improved. In addition, the antenna test instruction can be flexibly set by adopting a form of an editable script, and the practicability is high.
In addition, for an antenna to be tested, in the embodiment of the present application, at least one test index of the antenna to be tested may be obtained, for example, a maximum transmission power, a minimum transmission power, an RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indication) value, and the like. And the terminal under test may include at least one antenna under test.
In one possible embodiment, the first coupling test instruction comprises a first transmit instruction, and the second coupling test instruction comprises a first indicator obtaining instruction; the step S1 comprises the following steps:
s11, controlling the tested terminal to transmit a test signal by taking a first preset time as a signal transmission time, and controlling the antenna test terminal to receive the test signal in the first preset time and process the test signal to obtain a corresponding test index;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the first coupling test instruction comprises a second instruction obtaining instruction, and the second coupling test instruction comprises a second transmitting instruction; the step S1 comprises the following steps:
and S12, controlling the antenna test terminal to transmit the test signal by taking the second preset time length as the signal transmission time length, and controlling the tested terminal to receive the test signal in the second preset time length and process the test signal to obtain a corresponding test index.
Specifically, during testing, only the transmitting function of the antenna to be tested may be tested, at this time, the first coupling test instruction includes a first transmitting instruction, the second coupling test instruction includes a first index obtaining instruction, and the test index corresponding to the transmitting function may be the maximum transmitting power or the minimum transmitting power. The receiving function of the antenna to be tested can be only tested, at this time, the first coupling test instruction comprises a second instruction obtaining instruction, the second coupling test instruction comprises a second transmitting instruction, and the test index corresponding to the receiving function can be an RSSI value.
Actually, when an antenna is tested, the receiving and transmitting functions of the antenna need to be tested, the first coupling test instruction at this time includes a first transmitting instruction and a second index obtaining instruction at the same time, and correspondingly, the second coupling test instruction includes the first index obtaining instruction and the second transmitting instruction at the same time. In order to ensure that the control timings of the first coupling test instruction and the second coupling test instruction are complementary, the start point of each signal transmission (the signal transmitted by the terminal to be tested or the antenna test terminal) may be used as a synchronous start point, and the interaction between the instructions may be performed according to the time interval of transceiving (the first preset time duration and the second preset time duration) to achieve an ordered test. The specific values of the first preset time and the second preset time can be set according to actual test requirements.
Taking the first preset duration as 1s and the second preset duration as 2s as an example, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a control timing sequence according to an embodiment of the present invention; the signal transmission is used as a synchronization signal (i.e., one side performs signal transmission, and the other side starts signal reception and signal processing), and strictly performs signal transmission, reception and signal processing. Referring to fig. 1, the main control terminal issues a CMD command (e.g., a script execution command) to the terminal to be tested, and the terminal starts to execute the first test script as a timing start point. The measured terminal is sequentially executed according to signal transmission 1s and signal reception 2s, wherein the 2s comprises the steps of calculating an RSSI value and storing the RSSI value into an RSSI.
And the main control terminal controls the antenna test terminal according to the second test script. And the main control terminal controls the execution of the antenna test terminal according to the time sequence specified by the second test script, namely the execution is carried out according to the sequence of completing test signal receiving and test index obtaining within 1s and transmitting signals for 2 s.
In fig. 2, the time T1, the time T2, and the time T3 are not fixed, but the total time is fixed, and the total time is 1s. T1 is the time between the script operation instruction is received and the signal is really sent out by the tested terminal, T2 is the time when the instrument receives and processes the signal, and T3 is the waiting time. The instrument receives and processes signals to obtain output data (namely test indexes), the output data are sent to the main control terminal, the main control terminal judges whether to control the antenna test terminal to transmit the signals according to the time of T1 and T2, if the time sum of T1 and T2 is 1s, waiting is not needed, and if T3 is 0, the antenna test terminal is controlled to transmit the signals; if the time sum is less than 1s, waiting is needed, T3 is not 0, and the antenna test terminal is controlled to transmit signals after the time sum of T1, T2 and T3 is 1s.
In addition, for the terminal to be tested, there are also divisions of T1, T2 and T3 in the signal receiving and processing stage, which are similar to those of the antenna test terminal and are not described again.
It is particularly noted that, the first test script or the second test script may limit the first preset time length, the second preset time length, and may also limit the rest time length, that is, in the rest time, the terminal to be tested and the antenna test terminal do not perform any signal transmission or signal reception, processing operation, and the value of the rest time length may be set according to actual needs. For example, when the terminal to be tested receives a script running instruction, how long to start transmitting, how long to perform an intermediate interval, how long to receive, and a time point from transmitting to receiving may all be set in the script (for example, the transmission duration is set to 1s, the intermediate interval is 0.5s, the reception duration is set to 2s, and the final time is determined by debugging). Other test requirements for the antenna to be tested can be embodied in the script, and are not particularly limited.
It is particularly noted that the first test script and the second test script may also be replaced by a third test script, which contains the contents of both the first test script and the second test script.
In a possible embodiment, taking the first test script and the second test script as a third test script, it is assumed that the antenna to be tested is a WiFi antenna. Test instructions and test items of the antenna to be tested are arranged in the script in advance according to a certain rule, and the script can be named as 'test _ wifi _ bt.xx' (for convenience of subsequent description, a file is named as 'test _ wifi _ bt.xx', and other names and script formats can also be used). In the test sequence arrangement, for example, transmission may be tested first, and then reception may be tested, as follows:
Figure BDA0002562386700000091
Figure BDA0002562386700000101
in a possible embodiment, before controlling the terminal under test to execute the first test script, the method further includes:
s2, establishing a wireless channel between the master control terminal and the tested terminal;
specifically, the master control terminal communicates with the terminal to be tested through a wireless channel. The wireless path may be a WiFi path or a bluetooth path, or may be a wireless path established by other wireless communication methods, and is not particularly limited as long as the first test script can be transmitted to the terminal under test.
And S3, sending the first test script to the tested terminal through the wireless channel.
Specifically, the first test script is sent to the terminal to be tested by using the wireless channel. And when the first test script and the second test script are a third test script, sending the third test script through the wireless channel. And the tested terminal stores the received test script into a specified position, such as a memory.
In one possible embodiment, controlling the terminal under test to execute the first test script and controlling the antenna test terminal according to the second test script includes:
s4, configuring an antenna test terminal according to the second test script;
s5, sending a script operation instruction to the tested terminal through a wireless channel;
and S6, controlling the disconnection of the wireless access.
Specifically, the execution sequence of steps S4 and (step S5 and step S6) is not particularly limited, and the antenna test terminal may be configured according to the second test script, for example, the channel, the transmission rate, the number of packets, and the like are configured, after the parameters are configured, the antenna test terminal performs work according to the configuration content, referring to fig. 2, if the control is performed according to the time sequence of fig. 2, and after the parameters are configured, the antenna test terminal starts to time to wait for receiving the signal. And then sending a script running instruction through the wireless access to control the tested terminal to start executing the first test script and disconnect the wireless access. Or sending a script running instruction through a wireless access to control the tested terminal to start executing the first test script, and disconnecting the wireless access; and configuring the antenna test terminal to enter a signal receiving state according to the second test script.
In fact, steps S4, S5, and S6 are performed for the situation that the terminal under test does not have an external interface (such as a USB or a serial port) during the whole machine test, and it is necessary to send the first test script to the terminal under test by using a wireless channel. During testing, as long as the tested terminal is provided with the first test script, the master control terminal can send a script running instruction to start testing and disconnect a wireless access, and meanwhile, the work of the antenna test terminal is configured according to the second test script so that the tested terminal sends a test signal, and the antenna test terminal can receive and process the test signal; or the antenna test terminal sends a test signal, and the tested terminal can receive and process the test signal so as to smoothly complete the coupling test of the antenna to be tested.
And for the condition that the tested terminal has an external interface corresponding to the whole machine, transmitting the first test script to the tested terminal in a wired communication state, then sending a script operation instruction to the tested terminal to start and execute the first test script, and simultaneously configuring the work of the antenna test terminal according to the second test script so as to smoothly complete the coupling test of the antenna to be tested.
In addition, the antenna test terminal and the main control terminal can be connected in a wired or wireless mode, the wired connection mode can be achieved through a GPIB bus, and the wireless connection mode can be a WiFi mode, a Bluetooth mode and the like. And the antenna test terminal can transmit and receive signals by using a radio frequency wire or an antenna coupling plate.
In particular, the manner in which the first test script is obtained by the terminal under test may also be downloading the first test script in a networking state, and the manner in which the first test script is obtained by the terminal under test is not limited.
In one possible embodiment, the antenna to be tested is a first type antenna, and the number of test indexes of the first type antenna exceeds an index threshold; the size of the index threshold may be set as required, for example, the index threshold is 2 or 3, when the index threshold is 3, the first type antenna includes a GPS antenna, a radio frequency antenna, and the like, the test index of the GPS antenna includes a carrier-to-noise ratio, a signal-to-noise ratio, a gain, a maximum transmission power, a minimum transmission power, and the like, and the test index of the radio frequency antenna includes a minimum transmission power, a maximum power back-off, a frequency error, a frequency flatness, a sensitivity, and the like. At this time, for the first type antenna, the antenna test method includes:
s7, sending a third coupling test instruction of the first type antenna to the tested terminal through the wireless channel, wherein the third coupling test instruction is used for indicating the tested terminal to execute a test operation corresponding to the third coupling test instruction;
specifically, since the first type antenna does not depend on a wireless access (WiFi or bluetooth), when the complete machine corresponding to the terminal to be tested does not have an external interface, the wireless access can be used to perform the coupling test of the first type antenna. The existing test method for the first type antenna is utilized to send a control instruction through a wireless channel to control the test process. And sending a third coupling test instruction to the terminal to be tested, where the third coupling test instruction is used to instruct the terminal to be tested to execute a test operation corresponding to the third coupling test instruction, for example, to transmit a test signal outwards, or to receive and process the test signal to obtain a test index.
S8, sending a fourth coupling test instruction of the first type antenna to the antenna test terminal, wherein the fourth coupling test instruction is used for instructing the antenna test terminal to execute a test operation corresponding to the fourth coupling test instruction; the third coupling test instruction and the fourth coupling test instruction are used for obtaining a test index of the first type antenna;
specifically, a fourth coupling test instruction is sent to the antenna test terminal, and the fourth coupling test instruction is used for instructing the antenna test terminal to execute a test operation corresponding to the fourth coupling test instruction; the third coupling test instruction and the fourth coupling test instruction are used for obtaining a test index of the first type antenna. In short, when the third coupling test instruction is to transmit a test signal, the fourth coupling test instruction is to receive the test signal and process the test signal to obtain a test index. On the contrary, when the fourth coupling test instruction is the transmission test signal, the third coupling test instruction is the reception test signal and is processed to obtain the test index.
And S9, receiving the test indexes of the first type antenna sent by the tested terminal or the antenna test terminal.
Specifically, the numbers of the step S7 and the step S8 do not limit the execution sequence, and the step S7 may be executed first, and then the step S8 may be executed; step S8 may be executed first, and then step S7 may be executed. And when the third coupling test instruction is a test signal transmitting instruction, the test index of the first type antenna is calculated by the antenna test terminal. And when the fourth coupling test instruction is a test signal transmitting instruction, the test index of the first type antenna is calculated by the tested terminal. In addition, the third coupling test instruction may be one test instruction or more than two test instructions, the fourth coupling test instruction may also be one test instruction or more than two test instructions, and the third coupling test instruction and the fourth coupling test instruction are used to obtain one test index of the first type antenna; and when a plurality of test indexes of the first type antenna need to be acquired, acquiring each test index by circularly using the method.
In the actual test, because the number of the test indexes of the first type antenna is large, if the test is performed by using the test script, the test accuracy is not high and the test efficiency is low, so that when the first type antenna in the terminal to be tested does not include an antenna for establishing a wireless access, the test is performed by adopting the methods of the steps S7, S8 and S9, so that the test efficiency can be improved, and the test accuracy can be ensured.
It should be noted that, antennas other than the first type antenna in the terminal under test are referred to as a second type antenna, that is, antennas for establishing a wireless path, such as a WiFi antenna, a bluetooth antenna, and the like, in order to implement a one-stop antenna coupling test and improve test efficiency, for a terminal under test having both the first type antenna and the second type antenna, a wireless path between the master control terminal and the terminal under test may be established first, and the coupling test of the first type antenna may be completed through the wireless path. And then transmitting the first test script to the tested terminal through the wireless channel, sending a script operation instruction to the tested terminal, then disconnecting the wireless channel, starting the first test script by the tested terminal, and controlling the wireless test terminal by the main control terminal according to the second test script to finish the coupling test of the second type antenna. Or, a wireless access between the master control terminal and the tested terminal is established first, the first test script is transmitted to the tested terminal through the wireless access, a script operation instruction is sent to the tested terminal, then the wireless access can be disconnected, the tested terminal starts to execute the first test script, the master control terminal controls the wireless test terminal according to the second test script, and the coupling test of the second type antenna is completed; and establishing a wireless access again, and completing the coupling test of the first type antenna through the wireless access.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an antenna testing system of a mobile phone according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a flowchart of an antenna testing method of a mobile phone according to an embodiment of the present invention; taking the mobile phone 303 as the tested terminal, the main control terminal as the PC301, and the antenna test terminal as the wireless integrated tester 304 as an example, the PC301 and the wireless integrated tester 304 communicate via a GPIB bus, and the wireless integrated tester 304 receives the signal transmitted by the mobile phone 303 through a radio frequency line and transmits the signal to the mobile phone 303 through the radio frequency line. The mobile phone 303 has a radio frequency antenna, a GPS antenna, a WiFi antenna, and a bluetooth antenna, and measurement indexes of the WiFi antenna and the bluetooth antenna are maximum transmission power, minimum transmission power, and RSSI value. Take the first test script and the second test script as an example of a third test script. The antenna test method is specifically explained as follows:
the PC301 and the mobile phone 303 establish connection through a wireless channel and send commands to perform radio frequency antenna coupling test. Specifically, after the mobile phone 303 accesses the AP302 (wireless access point), a two-dimensional code is generated by the hotspot name, the password, the ip, and the port, and displayed on the screen. The PC301 can access the AP302 by scanning the two-dimensional code. After the WiFi wireless access is established, based on socket communication, the PC301 and the cell phone 303 perform command transceiving to complete the test of the first type antenna, that is, to complete the test of the GPS antenna and the radio frequency antenna. Firstly, a test command is sent to complete the radio frequency antenna coupling test.
2. After the radio frequency antenna coupling test is finished, the PC301 sends a command to make the mobile phone 303 enter a test mode, and a CW wave (continuous wave) is used for performing a CNR test of the GPS antenna.
3. After the test is completed, the PC301 writes a third test script, such as test _ wifi _ bt.xx, into the flash (with an adjustable specified position) of the mobile phone 303 through the wireless channel.
The pc301 sends a command to let the handset 303 enter the test mode again, and the following detailed description is given by taking the batch script of the WiFi antenna as an example:
(1) and the PC301 configures the wireless integrated tester 304 (band/channel/Rate) according to the test _ wifi _ bt.xx script so as to be ready for signal reception.
(2) And the PC301 sends a script running instruction to enable the mobile phone 303 to start to execute a batch processing (test _ WiFi _ bt.xx) script of the WiFi antenna, and the WIFI connection is disconnected.
(3) And the mobile phone 303 sets band/channel/Rate for transmission, and referring to the control timing sequence of fig. 2, the mobile phone 303 immediately switches to a receiving mode after transmitting for 1s, waits for receiving a signal of the wireless comprehensive tester 304, and calculates the RSSI.
(4) After the wireless integrated tester 304 receives the test signal transmitted by the mobile phone 303 and processes the test signal to obtain the test index, if the test index reaches 2s, the PC301 configures the instrument parameter, and the wireless integrated tester 304 transmits the signal.
(5) And the mobile phone receives the instrument signal and calculates the RSSI value, and simultaneously stores the result in the memory of the mobile phone 303 (the format includes band/channel/rate/BSLevel/RSSI = value) in the form of rssi.xx (for convenience of subsequent description, the file is named as "rssi.xx", but the naming and script format are not limited herein).
The logging is successful and then the next test item of the third test script is executed (loop (1) - (5) steps).
After all the point tests of WiFi are completed, the related tests of the Bluetooth antenna are carried out immediately, and the execution steps are the same as those of WiFi, and are not repeated.
5. After the script is executed, the mobile phone 303 automatically exits the test mode and restarts (uninstalls WiFi/bluetooth drivers), wiFi or bluetooth is automatically connected after several seconds, and two-dimensional codes on the interface are refreshed (in order to ensure that an IP/Port is unchanged and save time required for the PC to scan again and establish connection, timeliness of an IP address allocated by the AP302 may be set, such as 10 minutes and the like, that is, the IP address is continuously valid within 10 minutes, and after an antenna test is completed within 10 minutes, the PC301 may quickly establish connection with the mobile phone 303 again, thereby improving user experience).
6. After the wireless access is established successfully again, the PC301 sends a command to the mobile phone 303 through the socket to report the RSSI value data, the mobile phone 303 transmits the RSSI. Xx file to the PC301, and the PC301 analyzes and displays the received result. Meanwhile, the PC301 may also present a test indicator (e.g., a maximum transmission power or a minimum transmission power) sent by the wireless integrated tester 304.
And 7, the PC301 sends a command to power off the mobile phone 303, and the test is finished.
By using the test flow shown in fig. 3 and 4, the one-stop radio frequency antenna and WCN antenna test is realized by using the wireless channel, so that the test cost is reduced, the test efficiency is improved, and the product quality is improved.
