Abstract
The application discloses a display device, comprising a foldable shell; the flexible display panel is arranged in the foldable shell and comprises a bent display part, a first non-bent display part and a second non-bent display part which are connected to two sides of the bent display part, and a sliding display part connected with one side of the second non-bent display part, which is far away from the bent display part; and the sliding component is arranged on one side of the sliding display part, which is deviated from the light emitting direction, and under the sliding of the sliding component, the sliding display part is unfolded to be in a coplanar state with the second non-bending display part, or the sliding display part is folded to be in a relative state with the second non-bending display part. The display device combines conventional folding display and sliding display, can keep the folding area unchanged, and increases the display area after unfolding, thereby providing better display effect.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a display device.
Background
With the development of display technology, display forms are becoming more and more diversified. Among them, the foldable display technology has become an inevitable development trend of future display forms, and various large panel manufacturers are actively developing the same.
The foldable display device comprises a folding state and an unfolding state, the area of the foldable display device is reduced when the foldable display device is folded, the foldable display device is convenient for a user to carry, and a larger display area can be provided when the foldable display device is unfolded, so that a better display effect is provided for the user. Therefore, how to obtain a larger display area through a smaller folding area is one of the optimization directions of the foldable display technology.
Disclosure of Invention
To solve the above problems, the present invention provides a display device including:
a foldable housing;
the flexible display panel is arranged in the foldable shell and comprises a bent display part, a first non-bent display part and a second non-bent display part which are connected to two sides of the bent display part, and a sliding display part connected with one side of the second non-bent display part, which is far away from the bent display part; and
and the sliding component is arranged on one side of the sliding display part, which is deviated from the light emitting direction, and under the sliding of the sliding component, the sliding display part gradually slides and unfolds in a coplanar state with the second non-bending display part from a state before unfolding, or gradually slides and folds in a coplanar state with the second non-bending display part when unfolding to return to a state before unfolding in a relative state with the second non-bending display part.
Further, still be connected with first backup pad on the sliding part, first backup pad along with the sliding of sliding part removes when the slip display part expandes, first backup pad is arranged in one side that the slip display part deviates from the light-emitting direction is in order to support the slip display part.
Further, the sliding member is shaped as a cylinder.
Further, a side of the first supporting plate is connected to the side wall of the cylinder, and a plane extending from the first supporting plate is tangent to the side wall of the cylinder.
Further, a telescopic part is included in the foldable housing, so that the width of the foldable housing is increased or decreased correspondingly with the expansion or contraction of the sliding display part.
Further, along with the folding or unfolding of the foldable shell, the first non-folding display part and the second non-folding display part correspondingly present a folding or unfolding state, and the folding mode is inward folding or outward folding.
Further, when the folding mode is inward folding, the sliding display part is folded and then placed on one side of the second non-bending display part, which is far away from the first non-bending display part, and when the folding mode is outward folding, the sliding display part is folded and then placed between the second non-bending display part and the first non-bending display part.
Furthermore, the display device further comprises a second support plate and a third support plate which are respectively attached to one side of the first non-bending display part and one side of the second non-bending display part, which are far away from the light emitting direction.
Further, the display device further comprises a fourth supporting plate, and when the sliding display part is folded, the fourth supporting plate is arranged on one side, away from the light emitting direction, of the sliding display part.
Further, the flexible display panel is an OLED display panel.
Has the advantages that: the invention provides a display device, which combines conventional folding display and sliding display, namely, the display area after the display device is unfolded is increased under the condition of keeping the folding area unchanged, thereby providing a better display effect.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a display device, which is described in detail with reference to a schematic cross-sectional structure of the display device in a fully expanded state shown in fig. 1, a schematic cross-sectional structure of the display device in a sliding and folded state shown in fig. 2, and a schematic plane structure of a flexible display panel in the display device after being fully expanded shown in fig. 3, and specifically includes the following components:
the display device includes:
a foldable housing 10, the specific structure of which is shown in the figure, it is enough to adopt a housing of a foldable device that is conventional in the art, for example, the foldable housing generally includes a folding shaft and a first housing and a second housing that are disposed at two sides of the folding shaft, and the housing is provided with an opening at an upper side of the light emitting direction of the flexible display panel, and the opening makes the display screen of the flexible display panel completely exposed;
a flexible display panel 20 disposed in the foldable housing 10, and including a bending display portion 203, a first non-bending display portion 201 and a second non-bending display portion 202 connected to both sides of the bending display portion 203, and a sliding display portion 204 connected to a side of the second non-bending display portion 202 away from the bending display portion 203; and
a sliding member 30 disposed on a side of the sliding display portion 204 facing away from the light emitting direction (upward in the light emitting direction of the display device shown in fig. 1), and configured to slide the sliding display portion 204 gradually to be unfolded from a state where it is not unfolded and is opposite to the second non-bending display portion 202 to be gradually slid and unfolded to be coplanar with the second non-bending display portion 202, that is, to slide from fig. 2 to a state shown in fig. 1; or when the display portion is unfolded, the sliding display portion 204 and the second non-bending display portion 202 are in a coplanar state, and gradually slide and furl to a state opposite to the second non-bending display portion 202 before being unfolded, that is, slide from fig. 1 to the state shown in fig. 2. In general, a sliding rail (not shown, but it should be easily understood) is provided in the foldable housing 10, and the sliding member 30 can slide back and forth along the sliding rail, and at the same time, the sliding display portion 204 is in contact with the sliding member 30 and is unfolded by the sliding force thereof.
In the display device provided by the embodiment, the conventional folding display is combined with the sliding display, so that the display area after unfolding is increased under the condition that the folding area is not changed, and a better display effect is provided.
In some embodiments, a first support plate 401 is further connected to the sliding member 30, the first support plate 401 moves along with the sliding of the sliding member 30, and when the sliding display portion 204 is unfolded, the first support plate 401 is disposed on a side of the sliding display portion 204 facing away from the light emitting direction to support the sliding display portion. The first support plate 401 provides a supporting force for the sliding display portion 204 during the unfolding/folding process and when the sliding display portion is displayed after being completely unfolded, so as to prevent the sliding display portion from collapsing or folding.
In some embodiments, the sliding member 30 is in the shape of a cylinder, and the side surface of the cylinder provides a smooth curved surface for the sliding member 30 to contact with the sliding display portion 204, so that the sliding display portion 204 can be easily unfolded by the pushing of the sliding member 30.
In some embodiments, one side of the first support plate 401 is connected to the sidewall of the cylinder, and the plane extending from the first support plate is tangent to the sidewall of the cylinder, so that the support plane of the first support plate 401 is connected to the curved sidewall of the sliding member 30 continuously.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the foldable housing includes a telescopic portion 101 (located at the dashed square frame shown in fig. 3), i.e., a portion of the housing can perform a telescopic function, so that the width of the foldable housing 10 increases or decreases as the sliding display portion 204 is unfolded or folded. Specifically, as the sliding member 30 slides, the sliding display portion 204 expands or contracts, and the stretchable portion 101 also stretches and contracts correspondingly in real time, according to the width of the flexible display panel 20.
In some embodiments, as the foldable housing 10 is folded or unfolded, the first non-folding display portion 201 and the second non-folding display portion 202 respectively assume a folded or unfolded state, and the folding manner is inward folding or outward folding. In the conventional definition in the art, the fold-out is a folded state in which the display surface of the display panel is on the outside, and the fold-in is a folded state in which the display surface of the display panel is folded on the inside. The folding mode of the display device provided in this embodiment may be selected according to actual requirements, and is not particularly limited.
Specifically, when the folding manner is outward folding, the sliding display portion 204 is folded and then placed between the second non-bending display portion 202 and the first non-bending display portion 201, so as to form the structure shown in fig. 5; when the folding manner is inward folding, the sliding display portion 204 is folded and then disposed on a side of the second non-folding display portion 202 away from the first non-folding display portion 201, so as to form the structure shown in fig. 6.
In some embodiments, please continue to refer to fig. 1, the display device further includes a second supporting plate 402 and a third supporting plate 403 respectively attached to the sides of the first non-bending display portion 201 and the second non-bending display portion 202 departing from the light emitting direction. In contrast to the first support plate 401 and the sliding display portion 204 being slidable relative to each other, the second support plate 402 and the third support plate 403 are respectively fixedly connected to the first non-bending display portion 201 and the second non-bending display portion 202.
Referring to fig. 2, after the sliding display portion 204 is folded, the first supporting plate 401 does not play a supporting role any more, so the display device further includes a fourth supporting plate 404, and when the sliding display portion is folded, the fourth supporting plate 404 is disposed on a side of the sliding display portion 204 departing from the light emitting direction. The fourth support plate 404 and the first support plate 401 can slide relative to the sliding display portion 204, and are used as support plates for the sliding display portion 204 in the folded and unfolded states.
In some embodiments, the folding and unfolding of the display panel and the sliding and unfolding of the display panel are not restricted to each other and are performed independently, and may be performed simultaneously or sequentially according to requirements, for example, the display device may be folded and unfolded first and then slid and unfolded, or the display panel may be slid and unfolded first and then folded and unfolded.
In some embodiments, the flexible display panel is an OLED display panel.
It should be noted that the display device provided in the above embodiment has only the above structure, and it is understood that any other necessary structure may be included as needed besides the above structure, and the details are not limited herein.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment may refer to the above detailed descriptions of other embodiments, and are not described herein again.

Claims (10)
1. A display device, characterized in that the display device comprises:
a foldable housing;
the flexible display panel is arranged in the foldable shell and comprises a bending display part, a first non-bending display part and a second non-bending display part which are connected to two sides of the bending display part, and a sliding display part connected with one side, far away from the bending display part, of the second display non-bending part; and
and the sliding component is arranged on one side of the sliding display part, which is deviated from the light emitting direction, and under the sliding of the sliding component, the sliding display part gradually slides and unfolds in a coplanar state with the second non-bending display part from a state before unfolding, or gradually slides and folds in a coplanar state with the second non-bending display part when unfolding to return to a state before unfolding in a relative state with the second non-bending display part.
2. The display device according to claim 1, wherein a first support plate is further connected to the sliding member, the first support plate moves along with the sliding of the sliding member, and when the sliding display portion is unfolded, the first support plate is disposed on a side of the sliding display portion facing away from a light emitting direction to support the sliding display portion.
3. The display device according to claim 2, wherein the sliding member is shaped as a cylinder.
4. The display apparatus of claim 3, wherein a side of the first support plate is connected to a sidewall of the cylinder, and a plane extending from the first support plate is tangent to the sidewall of the cylinder.
5. The display apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the foldable housing includes a telescopic portion therein, such that the width of the foldable housing increases or decreases as the sliding display portion is unfolded or folded.
6. The display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first and second non-folding display portions respectively assume a folded or unfolded state as the foldable housing is folded or unfolded, and the folding manner is inward folding or outward folding.
7. The display device according to claim 6, wherein when the folding manner is inward folding, the sliding display portion is folded and disposed on a side of the second non-folding display portion away from the first non-folding display portion, and when the folding manner is outward folding, the sliding display portion is folded and disposed between the second non-folding display portion and the first non-folding display portion.
8. The display device according to claim 1, further comprising a second support plate and a third support plate respectively attached to sides of the first non-bending display portion and the second non-bending display portion facing away from the light-emitting direction.
9. The display device according to claim 1, further comprising a fourth support plate disposed on a side of the sliding display portion facing away from the light emitting direction when the sliding display portion is folded.
10. The display device of claim 1, wherein the flexible display panel is an OLED display panel.
