FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a vehicle-mounted terminal program updating system provided by an embodiment of the invention;
FIG. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for updating a program of a vehicle-mounted terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a vehicle-mounted terminal program updating method according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides a method for updating a vehicle-mounted terminal program, where the method includes:
acquiring the current state of an on-board controller of a vehicle; determining that the current state of the vehicle-mounted controller is an upgradable state, and sending a downloading confirmation request to the vehicle-mounted controller; after receiving the upgrade confirmation information fed back from the vehicle-mounted controller, sending a control program uploading instruction to the vehicle-mounted controller; receiving a control program uploaded by the vehicle-mounted controller; after the control program is uploaded, sending a preset instruction to the vehicle-mounted controller; and sending a program updating instruction to the vehicle-mounted controller.
The method comprises the steps that a preset instruction is set, wherein the preset instruction is used for forcibly locking or setting limiting conditions of existing safety upgrading requirements of a vehicle before upgrading, and comprises a vehicle locking instruction and/or a vehicle related action forbidding instruction; the vehicle-related action prohibition instruction includes an automatic parking instruction. Such an arrangement may increase the security of the update.
In the method, a step of uploading instructions to the vehicle-mounted controller by a control program is used for ensuring that a terminal or a server which is communicated with the vehicle-mounted controller has recoverability of the control program. In the invention, the control program is mainly used for controlling the vehicle safety upgrading conditions when upgrading or downloading the updating program; when the vehicle is detected not to meet the upgrading condition, a user can be prompted to place the vehicle under the condition that the upgrading condition is met through the MP5 or the instrument on the vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle, so that the vehicle can meet the upgrading condition as soon as possible to be upgraded; the control can also be directly controlled by the uploaded control program, and some controls are preset or locked, so that the downloading safety and convenience are improved, and the invention does not limit the downloading.
Further, the process of confirming the upgrade information of the vehicle-mounted controller is automatically generated through manual confirmation feedback or through a preset program. The manual confirmation feedback is mainly realized by that a display device connected to the vehicle-mounted terminal is used for popping up corresponding prompt information such as a prompt box after receiving the confirmation upgrading information of the updating server, and a user communicates with the updating server through a vehicle-mounted controller after confirming, wherein the feedback purpose is realized by the existing communication means such as 4G communication; the design interaction flow improves the control capability of the user side, the on-site operation information is fed back through the user confirmation operation, and the downloading safety and interaction level are improved.
The display equipment can also use a torque limiter display screen, so that the place connected with the display on the vehicle-mounted controller is issued to the display with authority for confirmation through the preset authority, the convenience of operation is improved, and the interaction feeling between the vehicle and the user is further improved.
The updating server can also be provided with a virtual platform, a watchdog (dynamic key) is used for forced confirmation, the updating server runs a preset program, and the user confirmation operation is skipped by inputting the dynamic key and the like under the upgradable condition, so that the requirement and convenience of safe downloading are improved, the background management is facilitated, and when necessary safe updating or updating is found, the scheme can be adopted.
The method can adopt two optional modes of feedback downloading confirmation and forced downloading by the user, is particularly applied to engineering vehicles, and improves the downloading safety and convenience in consideration of specificity.
Further, the updating method further includes:
when the update server downloads the update program to the vehicle-mounted terminal, the current state of the vehicle and the program update progress information are obtained in real time; and carrying out corresponding alarm prompt according to the current state and/or the progress information.
Specifically, when the current state of the vehicle includes operation information such as ignition and the like, prompt information is sent out at a server end and a vehicle-mounted terminal when the current state of the vehicle is detected, the prompt information comprises a prompt box popped up on a display or voice prompt is carried out by using a loudspeaker, or the update server detects that the dead time of the progress of the update information exceeds a preset value or judges that the download speed is slow, and the prompt box is popped up on the update server or voice prompt is carried out by using the loudspeaker. The design is convenient for users to use.
As shown in fig. 3, the updating method of the present invention further includes:
after receiving the program updating completion information from the updating server, reading the vehicle check code information of the vehicle-mounted controller; and if the vehicle check code information is empty, writing the corresponding preset vehicle check code information into the vehicle-mounted controller. And if the vehicle check code information is not empty, comparing the vehicle check code information with a preset vehicle check code, and carrying out corresponding prompt.
That is, to prevent the controller program from being arbitrarily flashed, the controller and the crane are guaranteed to be locked to each other. After the program is upgraded successfully, the remote downloading platform reads the VIN code in the address of the specific storage area through the parameter reading instruction, and if the read VIN code is 0, the input VIN code is written. If the read VIN code is not 0, the read VIN code is compared with the input VIN code. If the two VIN codes are different, the parameter downloading platform displays that the program is updated, but prompts that the VIN codes are wrong. And if the two VIN codes are the same, the updating of the parameter downloading platform display program is completed.
As shown in fig. 3, before reading the state of the corresponding remote download terminal module, an operator is required to log in the remote program download platform by using a zero time authorization account (or watchdog), input a device VIN code, select a controller model in the remote download platform, input a corresponding download node, and acquire the state of the controller by using the vehicle-mounted remote download module.
The invention also provides a vehicle-mounted terminal, as shown in fig. 1, comprising a vehicle-mounted controller, a program uploading and downloading module and a remote communication vehicle-mounted terminal, wherein the remote communication vehicle-mounted terminal is used for receiving the vehicle-mounted terminal updating program and sending the vehicle-mounted control program, and the program uploading and downloading module is used for interacting with the vehicle-mounted controller to read and write the controller parameters.
Further, there is provided a vehicle-mounted terminal program update server, communicatively connected to a plurality of vehicle-mounted terminals as described above, the update server configured to:
verifying the state of a vehicle-mounted controller of the vehicle-mounted terminal;
generating a control program uploading instruction and a preset instruction for the vehicle-mounted controller;
and receiving and storing the vehicle-mounted control program uploaded by the vehicle-mounted terminal, and issuing a vehicle-mounted terminal updating program to the vehicle-mounted terminal.
The update server is further configured to:
reading vehicle check code information of the vehicle-mounted controller; and
and writing the preset vehicle check code information into the corresponding vehicle-mounted controller.
Further, the present invention also provides a vehicle-mounted terminal program updating system, which comprises a plurality of the above vehicle-mounted terminals and the above vehicle-mounted terminal program updating server.
