Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electrical equipment, in particular to an air conditioner, an air conditioner external unit defrosting method, an air conditioner external unit defrosting device and a storage medium.
Background

At present, the defrosting control method for the air-cooled cold and hot water air conditioning unit mainly comprises the following methods:
the method comprises the following steps: the method has the defects that when the outdoor air temperature is higher than 0 ℃ or the air moisture content is very small, frost is possibly not formed on the surface of an evaporator, defrosting is still carried out at intervals of the heat cycle time, and energy is wasted.
The second method comprises the following steps: the defrosting is controlled by the pressure difference of the system, the fixed pressure difference of the air at the two sides of the evaporator is set, the air flow resistance flowing through the evaporator is increased by the frost layer of the evaporator, the air pressure difference at the two sides of the evaporator is increased, the air pressure difference at the two sides of the evaporator is measured, and when the pressure difference reaches a preset value, the unit enters a defrosting mode.
The third method comprises the following steps: the method has the defects that when input voltage fluctuates, misoperation defrosting can occur.
The method four comprises the following steps: the method is widely applied, and still has the phenomena of wrong defrosting operation and delayed defrosting due to the two-way limitation of the operation time of the compressor and the temperature of the heat exchange copper pipe in the fin.
In the above defrosting control methods, there may be situations of no defrosting and no defrosting error due to various reasons, and energy consumption is large during defrosting.

As in embodiment 1 of the present invention, the preset electrical equipment is an electrical appliance which can continuously operate and generates flue gas waste heat during operation, such as a gas water heater, a wall-mounted boiler, and the like.
As a specific implementation mode, the wall-mounted boiler or the gas water heater is provided with a smoke temperature sensing bulb, smoke is generated when the wall-mounted boiler or the gas water heater works, and the smoke temperature can be sensed through the smoke temperature sensing bulb. Certainly, whether the wall-mounted furnace or the gas water heater is in the working state can be determined by the rotating speed of the fan, the rotating speed of the water pump, the switch of the gas proportional valve and the like, and when the wall-mounted furnace or the gas water heater is in the working state, smoke can be generated.
As a specific implementation manner, the following technical scheme is further included before the state information of the water heater is acquired: acquiring the temperature of the air conditioner external unit; judging whether the temperature is smaller than a preset threshold value or not; and when the temperature is less than the threshold value, judging that the air conditioner external unit needs defrosting. Of course, whether the air conditioner external unit needs defrosting can be determined in other ways, for example, when there is frost, the air conditioner set cannot be started, and thus the defrosting requirement is generated.
S202: and judging whether the electrical equipment is in a working state or not according to the state information of the electrical equipment.
S203: when the electrical equipment is in a working state, a channel between a smoke outlet of the electrical equipment and the air conditioner external unit is communicated, and the air conditioner external unit is defrosted by using smoke.
In embodiment 2 of the present invention, the channel between the smoke outlet of the electrical equipment and the air conditioner external unit may be in a connected state or in a non-connected state, and when the channel between the smoke outlet of the electrical equipment and the air conditioner external unit is in a connected state, smoke generated by the operation of the electrical equipment may enter the air conditioner external unit through the channel to defrost the air conditioner external unit. As a specific implementation manner, for the air conditioner shown in fig. 1, a smoke two-way valve may be opened to communicate a channel between a smoke outlet of the electrical equipment and the air conditioner external unit.
In embodiment 2 of the present invention, in general, a water heater, a wall-mounted boiler, and the like can continuously operate, and even if an electric appliance which generates flue gas waste heat during operation operates at low power, the temperature of the generated flue gas can reach more than 40 ℃, so that the defrosting requirement can be completely met.
As a further embodiment, after a channel communicating between a flue gas outlet of the water heater and the air conditioner external unit and defrosting the air conditioner external unit by using the flue gas, the method further includes: acquiring the defrosting time duration of the air conditioner external unit by using the flue gas; and when the duration reaches a preset second threshold value, closing a channel between a smoke outlet of the electrical equipment and the air conditioner external unit. That is to say, after the air-conditioning outer unit is defrosted by using the flue gas, whether defrosting is completed or not is judged by detecting defrosting duration, and after defrosting is completed, a channel between a flue gas outlet of the electrical equipment and the air-conditioning outer unit is closed, so that the flue gas does not enter the air-conditioning outer unit any more.
Further, when the defrosting time of the air conditioner external unit by using the smoke reaches a preset second threshold value, the air conditioner is started. That is, when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner completes defrosting, the air conditioner is automatically turned on.
According to the defrosting method of the air conditioner external unit provided by the embodiment 2 of the invention, when the air conditioner external unit needs defrosting, the state information of preset electrical equipment is obtained; judging whether the electrical equipment is in a working state or not according to the state information of the electrical equipment; when the electrical equipment is in a working state, a channel between a smoke outlet of the electrical equipment and the air conditioner outer unit is communicated, the air conditioner outer unit is defrosted by using the smoke, namely, the defrosting of the air conditioner outer unit is completed by using the recovered heat energy of the electrical equipment, so that the air conditioner outer unit is prevented from being defrosted by using the air conditioner, the energy consumption of the air conditioner is reduced, and the method is simple and easy to implement and has high practicability.
