The main functions realized by the invention are as follows: by carrying out harmless disinfection and sterilization treatment on the sewage, the mixing uniformity of the disinfectant and the sewage can be effectively improved, the disinfection and sterilization effect of the disinfectant on the sewage is improved, the sewage treatment effect is improved, meanwhile, solid impurities in the sewage are separated, the sewage purity can be effectively improved, the solid impurities are prevented from blocking equipment and external sewage discharge pipelines, and the disinfectant can be conveniently and fully mixed into the sewage; the working mode of the feeding device is that the suction pump 27 is turned on, the suction pump 27 pumps the disinfectant in the material box 24 out through the first material pipe 28, the material guide barrel 25 and the filter plate 26 and discharges the disinfectant into the hollow shaft 8 through the second material pipe 29, so that the disinfectant is supplied to the inside of the hollow shaft 8, the filter plate 26 can filter the disinfectant in the material box 24, the solid disinfectant which is not completely melted in the disinfectant is prevented from entering the first material pipe 28 and blocking the first material pipe 28, the second support plate 23 can support the material box 24, and the sealing ring 30 can fixedly seal the connecting position of the second material pipe 29 and the mixing bin 1; when the two groups of first supporting plates 16 rotate around the hollow shaft 8, the two groups of first supporting plates 16 drive the two groups of stabilizing sleeves 45 to rotate on the hollow shaft 8 through the four groups of third supporting plates 46, and the right sides of the two groups of first supporting plates 16 can be conveniently supported and fixed by arranging the two groups of stabilizing sleeves 45 and the four groups of third supporting plates 46, so that the two groups of worm gears 10 are supported and fixed, and the two groups of worm gears 10 are conveniently kept in a meshed state with the worm 9 all the time; when the cleaning plate 47 is opened, the disinfectant in the material box 24 and the undissolved solid disinfectant can be discharged to the outside through the cleaning port, so that the inside of the material box 24 can be cleaned conveniently, and the disinfectant in the material box 24 can be replaced conveniently; through setting up observation glass 48 and viewing aperture, can conveniently carry out real-time supervision to equipment operation condition and sewage treatment condition in mixing storehouse 1, improve practicality and reliability.
According to the harmless sewage treatment equipment, the installation mode, the connection mode or the arrangement mode are common mechanical modes, and the installation mode, the connection mode or the arrangement mode can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects of the equipment can be achieved; the first solenoid valve 4, the second solenoid valve 6, the water pressure gauge 43 and the central control box 44 are commercially available.
