during cutting, the cooling liquid is pumped to each cooling pipeline 61 through the cooling liquid tank 6, the water pump and the hose, and the cooling liquid is sprayed through the spray head to cool each wire casing saw blade 36, the crushing saw blade 37 and the grinding wheel blade 38 in a spraying manner; when the two groups of sliding sheets 31 move oppositely or relatively, the baffle ring 62 is driven to move through the connecting rod, so that the waterproof cloth is controlled to shrink or stretch, and redundant spray heads on the cooling pipeline 61 are shielded according to the distance adjustment;
