The chemical dissolving tank for sewage treatment and the using method thereof according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: when the device is used, firstly, a top box cover (15) of a medicament bin (2) is opened, then granular medicaments are added into the medicament bin (2), then a water inlet pipe (3) is connected with an external water source to start water injection into a mixing box (1), water flows into a shell (8) through the water inlet pipe (3) and flows out from the lower end of the shell (8), a vane wheel (11) is driven to rotate in the flowing process, the vane wheel (11) drives a rotating shaft (10) to rotate at the moment, a fan-shaped plate (14) rotates on the lower surface of a bottom plate (16) by taking the rotating shaft (10) as an axis, then when a threaded rod (51) moves spirally towards the outside of the medicament bin (2), a shaft seat (52) is driven to move towards one side far away from a semicircular plate (54) in a sliding groove (18), and the shaft seat (52) drives two groups of semicircular plates (54) to rotate and open through a connecting rod (53, so that the medicament in the medicament bin (2) falls into the mixing box (1) through the discharge port (17), the discharge port (17) is blocked when the sector plate (14) rotates to the lower part of the discharge port (17), and the discharge is stopped, when the sector plate (14) rotates to deviate from the lower part of the discharge port (17), the discharge port (17) starts to discharge, so that the discharge port (17) intermittently discharges, meanwhile, the medicament falls into the mixing box (1) to contact with water to start dissolving, a small amount of medicament which is not dissolved in time is precipitated to the bottom of the mixing box (1) and is positioned on the upper surface of the filter plate (7), the stirring wheel (12) is driven by the rotating shaft (10) to stir and accelerate the dissolution of the medicament and the water, meanwhile, water dissolved with the medicament enters the water outlet (6) through the filter plate (7) and flows to the sewage treatment tank through the water outlet pipe (4).
