Abstract

本发明提供膜性透明材料在白内障超声乳化手术中的应用,并用这种材料制作一种用于白内障超声乳化手术中的角膜内皮保护镜,其是由该材料制备而成。本发明的保护镜在超声乳化白内障手术时,可以阻挡/阻隔超声能量对角膜内皮细胞的损伤,大大提高了超声乳化白内障吸除的效果,减少了角膜内损伤及角膜内皮失代偿等并发症的发生,提高了手术的安全性。

一种角膜内皮保护镜及其用途
技术领域
本发明属于医疗领域,具体涉及一种角膜内皮保护镜及其用途。
背景技术
在进行白内障超声乳化手术时,由于超声乳化吸除术中的高频超声波的超声能量在手术过程中会损伤角膜内皮细胞,引发角膜内损伤及角膜内皮失代偿等并发症,影响超声乳化白内障吸除的效果,增加了手术的风险性。
因此,寻找一种保护白内障超声乳化手术中的角膜内皮细胞免受损伤成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种角膜内皮保护镜,其目的在于在进行白内障超声乳化手术时,使其贴敷于角膜内皮上,从而避免了来自房水的高频超声波对角膜内皮造成的直接损伤。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
第一方面本发明提供了膜性透明材料在白内障超声乳化手术中的应用。本发明之所以选择该材料作为保护镜,在白内障超声乳化手术保护角膜内皮,是由于其具以下几个特点:(1)透明:不影响手术操作;(2)无毒:植入前房内,不会对眼内结构造成的损伤;(3)刚性:具有一定的硬度;(4)容易获取:成本较低。
优选地,所述膜性透明材料包括玻璃纸、聚乙烯(PE)薄膜、PET薄膜、双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene,BOPP)、硅水凝胶、水合聚合物。
优选地,所述水合聚合物包括甲基丙烯酸甲脂、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甘油脂。
本发明选择双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜作为制备本发明角内膜的最佳材料,是因为其具备无色、无嗅、无味、无毒,并具有高拉伸强度、冲击强度、刚性、强韧性和良好的透明性等特点。
第二方面本发明提供了一种用于白内障超声乳化手术中的角膜内皮保护镜,所述保护镜是由膜性透明材料制备而成。具体是将膜性透明材料根据眼科光学结构的要求制成一种透镜样结构。
优选地,所述膜性透明材料包括玻璃纸、PE薄膜、PET薄膜、双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜、硅水凝胶、水合聚合物。
优选地,所述水合聚合物包括甲基丙烯酸甲脂、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甘油脂。
优选地,所述膜性透明材料为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜。
优选地,所述角膜内皮保护镜的最佳尺寸为:直径8.5~9.5mm;厚度10~15um;曲率半径6.5~7.0mm。由于正常眼角膜的直径大小是11.5~12.0mm,中央膜厚度约550um,周边约1000um,且角膜内前表面的曲率半径是7.5~8.0mm,后表面的曲率半径是6.5-7.0mm,因此,所述角膜内皮保护镜的尺寸根据实际需求设计。
本发明的有益效果:在超声乳化白内障手术时,可以阻挡/阻隔超声能量对角膜内皮细胞的损伤,大大提高了超声乳化白内障吸除的效果,减少了角膜内损伤及角膜内皮失代偿等并发症的发生,提高了手术的安全性。

具体实施方式
为了更加简洁明了的展示本发明的技术方案、目的和优点,下面结合具体实施例及其附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
实施例1制备本发明的角膜内皮保护镜
将BOPP根据眼科光学结构的要求制备成如下尺寸的透镜样结构:直径8.5~9.5mm;厚度10~15um;曲率半径6.5~7.0mm,制备的本发明的保护镜如图1所示。该角膜内皮保护镜的制作,根据角膜内皮镜的要求,一次性压膜成形,并将保护镜经电离辐射灭菌后,单个包装,一次性使用。
实施例2应用实例
在超声乳化白内障吸除时,由超声探头产生的高频超声波会对角膜内皮细胞造成损伤,如图2所示。在进行白内障超声乳化手术时,在前房内植入角膜内皮保护镜,并将其托于内膜内皮面,具体实施步骤如下:
(1)制作侧切口:用15度刀常规制作角膜侧切口;
(2)制作主切口:用3.0mm刀作角膜主切口;
(3)对应切口:在角膜主切口相隔180度(相对侧)作2.2mm对应切口;
(4)环形撕囊:作5.5mm-6.0mm的连续环形撕囊;
(5)内皮保护镜植入:用内皮膜植入器将实施例1的角膜内皮保护镜植入前房内,并用粘弹剂托压于角膜内皮上;
(6)白内障超声乳化+人工晶体植入术:常规进行白内障超声乳化加人工晶体植入手术;
(7)内皮保护镜取出:将实施例1的角膜内皮保护镜取出;
(8)弹剂抽吸并形成前房。
植入的角膜内皮保护镜对超声波起一个阻隔作用,从而达到保护角膜内皮的作用,如图3所示。
实施例3
将玻璃纸或聚乙烯(PE)薄膜或PET薄膜裁减成略小于角膜内皮的尺寸,经电离辐射灭菌后,用于实施例2中的超声乳化白内障吸除手术中,也可达到保护角膜内皮的作用。
实施例4
将水合聚合物薄膜(其中,该水合物薄膜分别由甲基丙烯酸甲脂、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯或甲基丙烯酸甘油脂制备而成)裁减成略小于角膜内皮的尺寸,经电离辐射灭菌后,用于实施例2中的超声乳化白内障吸除手术中,也可达到保护角膜内皮的作用。
目前还没有类似角膜内皮保护镜的发明,任何在超声乳化白内障手术植入眼内的一次性膜状结构,不论其材料、形状大小不同,凡是用于超声乳化白内障手术时植入眼内的用于保护角膜内皮的植入物都属于本专利的保护范围。

1.膜性透明材料在白内障超声乳化手术中的应用。
2.如权利要求1所述的应用,其特征在于,所述膜性透明材料包括玻璃纸、PE薄膜、PET薄膜、双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜、硅水凝胶、水合聚合物。
3.如权利要求2所述的应用,其特征在于,所述水合聚合物包括甲基丙烯酸甲脂、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甘油脂。
4.如权利要求2所述的应用,其特征在于,所述膜性透明材料为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜。
5.一种用于白内障超声乳化手术中的角膜内皮保护镜,其特征在于,所述保护镜是由膜性透明材料制备而成。
6.如权利要求5所述的角膜内皮保护镜,其特征在于,所述膜性透明材料包括玻璃纸、PE薄膜、PET薄膜、双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜、硅水凝胶、水合聚合物。
7.如权利要求6所述的角膜内皮保护镜,其特征在于,所述水合聚合物包括甲基丙烯酸甲脂、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甘油脂。
8.如权利要求6所述的角膜内皮保护镜,其特征在于,所述膜性透明材料为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜。
9.如权利要求5~8任一项所述的角膜内皮保护镜,其特征在于,所述角膜内皮保护镜的尺寸为:直径8.5~9.5mm;厚度10~15um;曲率半径6.5~7.0mm。
