一种胫骨结节内固定接骨板,包括中心部(1)、头部(2)、侧部(3)、尾部(4),其特征在于,所述中心部(1)与胫骨结节前方相匹配,设有2.4mm或2.7mm锁定孔或加压孔,螺孔位置均匀分部,可置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉;所述中心部(1)上方连接两个头部(2)薄板,薄板左右相互平行,各设有2.4mm或2.7mm锁定孔或加压孔,可置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉;所述中心部(1)两侧各设有两个侧部(3)薄板,两侧薄板上下相互平行,各设有2.0mm锁定孔或加压孔,可置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉;所述中心部(1)尾端设有三个尾部(4)薄板,彼此向远端分散,各设有2.4mm或2.7mm锁定孔或加压孔,可置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉。

Description

一种胫骨结节骨折接骨板及其使用方法
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械,具体涉及一种胫骨结节骨折接骨板。
背景技术
胫骨结节为胫骨平台远端3cm处的一个骨性凸起口,是胫骨近端骨骺的最前端,参与胫骨近端的生长。18岁之后的胫骨结节的骨骺与胫骨干融合。当膝关节强力屈曲、股四头肌剧烈收缩时,会出现胫骨结节骨骺撕脱骨折。青少年胫骨结节撕脱骨折的发生率高于成人。
对于成年的胫骨结节撕脱骨折,多为高能量损伤所致,骨折片常常发生明显移位,保守治疗欠佳,多需手术治疗。
目前,对于胫骨结节撕脱骨折的病人,多采用螺钉置入固定移位骨折。由于胫骨结节作为髌韧带的止点,是伸膝装置的重要组成部分,膝关节伸屈活动时该部位会受到强大牵拉力作用,内固定术后患者急需早期的功能锻炼,单纯的螺钉固定难以维持稳定,尤其粉碎性的胫骨结节撕脱骨折,更是难以维持稳定,容易发生骨折再移位的风险。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术问题存在的缺陷,本发明专利提出了一种胫骨结节骨折接骨板及其使用方法。
本发明为解决技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
一种胫骨结节内固定接骨板,包括中心部、头部、侧部、尾部,所述中心部与胫骨结节前方相匹配;设有2.4mm或2.7mm锁定孔或加压孔,螺孔位置均匀分部,可置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉;中心部上方连接两个头部薄板,薄板左右相互平行,各设有2.4mm或2.7mm锁定孔或加压孔,可置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉;优选的,中心部两侧各设有两个侧部薄板,两侧薄板上下相互平行,各设有2.0mm锁定孔或加压孔,可置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉;中心部尾端设有三个尾部薄板,彼此向远端分散,各设有2.4mm或2.7mm锁定孔或加压孔,可置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉。
作为一种优选的技术方案,头部、侧部、尾部三部位的薄板可根据需要,进行任意折弯,或裁剪变短。
作为一种优选的技术方案,头部折弯放置于近端的胫骨平台斜坡部位。
作为一种优选的技术方案,侧部折弯放置于胫骨内髁部位、胫骨外髁部位。
作为一种优选的技术方案,尾部折弯放置于远端的胫骨前嵴。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:接骨板采用多平面钉板设计,连接部的头部、侧部、尾部可任意折弯,裁剪;多平面及多角度的螺钉固定,使内固定***完成三维立体的稳定结构;尤其适用于粉碎性的胫骨结节撕脱骨折,内固定术后患者可行早期的功能锻炼,防止发生骨折再移位的风险。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种胫骨结节内固定接骨板,包括中心部1、头部2、侧部3、尾部4,所述中心部1与胫骨结节前方相匹配;设有2.4mm或2.7mm锁定孔或加压孔,螺孔位置均匀分部,可置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉中心部1上方连接两个头部2薄板,薄板左右相互平行,各设有2.4mm或2.7mm锁定孔或加压孔,可置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉;优选的,中心部1两侧各设有两个侧部3薄板,两侧薄板上下相互平行,各设有2.0mm锁定孔或加压孔,可置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉;中心部1尾端设有三个尾部4薄板,彼此向远端分散,各设有2.4mm或2.7mm锁定孔或加压孔,可置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉;头部2、侧部3、尾部4三部位的薄板可根据需要,进行任意折弯,或裁剪变短;头部2折弯放置于近端的胫骨平台斜坡部位;侧部3折弯放置于胫骨内髁部位、胫骨外髁部位;尾部4折弯放置于远端的胫骨前嵴。
使用方法如下:采用硬膜外或全身麻醉,于胫骨近端前内侧作一邻近胫骨结节和平行髌腱的纵行切口,软组织解剖分离至胫骨结节与髌腱附着点外侧,显露胫骨结节撕脱骨折并清理骨折基底部,检查内侧、外侧、远端有无撕脱的骨膜瓣,保留较大无碎裂者,切除较小碎裂者;伸直位进行骨折复位;取胫骨结节骨折接骨板,中心部1放置于胫骨结节前方,压住骨折块,置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉;头部2、侧部3、尾部4根据需要进行修建、折弯塑形,分别贴敷于近端的胫骨平台斜坡部位、胫骨内髁部位、外髁部位和远端的胫骨前嵴,注意:头部的放置需要劈开髌腱进行放置,然后分别置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉进行加强固定。

1.一种胫骨结节内固定接骨板,包括中心部(1)、头部(2)、侧部(3)、尾部(4),其特征在于,所述中心部(1)与胫骨结节前方相匹配,设有2.4mm或2.7mm锁定孔或加压孔,螺孔位置均匀分部,可置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉;所述中心部(1)上方连接两个头部(2)薄板,薄板左右相互平行,各设有2.4mm或2.7mm锁定孔或加压孔,可置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉;所述中心部(1)两侧各设有两个侧部(3)薄板,两侧薄板上下相互平行,各设有2.0mm锁定孔或加压孔,可置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉;所述中心部(1)尾端设有三个尾部(4)薄板,彼此向远端分散,各设有2.4mm或2.7mm锁定孔或加压孔,可置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胫骨结节骨折接骨板,其特征在于,所述头部(2)、侧部(3)、尾部(4)三部位的薄板可根据需要,进行任意折弯,或裁剪变短。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种胫骨结节骨折接骨板,其特征在于,所述头部(2)折弯放置于近端的胫骨平台斜坡部位。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种胫骨结节骨折接骨板,其特征在于,所述侧部(3)折弯放置于胫骨内髁部位、胫骨外髁部位。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种胫骨结节骨折接骨板,其特征在于,所述尾部(4)折弯放置于远端的胫骨前嵴。
6.一种胫骨结节骨折接骨板的使用方法,其特征在于:采用硬膜外或全身麻醉,于胫骨近端前内侧作一邻近胫骨结节和平行髌腱的纵行切口,软组织解剖分离至胫骨结节与髌腱附着点外侧,显露胫骨结节撕脱骨折并清理骨折基底部,检查内侧、外侧、远端有无撕脱的骨膜瓣,保留较大无碎裂者,切除较小碎裂者;伸直位进行骨折复位;取胫骨结节骨折接骨板,中心部(1)放置于胫骨结节前方,压住骨折块,置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉;头部(2)、侧部(3)、尾部(4)根据需要进行修建、折弯塑形,分别贴敷于近端的胫骨平台斜坡部位、胫骨内髁部位、外髁部位和远端的胫骨前嵴,注意:头部的放置需要劈开髌腱进行放置,然后分别置入锁定螺钉或皮质骨螺钉进行加强固定。
