The insert-assembly portion 130 may be positioned at the seating portion 216 and moved along the insert-assembly portion guides 218, 220 to be fastened and fixed to the insert-assembly portion 214. The insertion-assembly-section guides 218 and 220 abut on both side surfaces of the insertion-assembly section 130 and guide the forward and backward movement of the insertion-assembly section 130.
The insertion-assembly-section guides 218, 220 of the present embodiment may include center guides 218a, 218b that guide the inner side surfaces 132a, 132b of the pair of insertion-assembly sections 130, and side guides 220a, 220b that guide the outer side surfaces 134a, 134b of the pair of insertion-assembly sections 130. The central guides 218a, 218b of this embodiment may be formed to protrude from the drain pump mounting plate 212. The center guides 218a and 218b of the present embodiment are formed so as to abut against the inner surfaces of the pair of insertion- assembly portions 130a and 130b at the insertion-assembly portion 214, respectively, and extend in the direction of the seating portion 216. Therefore, a pair of center guides 218a and 218b are formed so as to abut on the pair of insertion- assembly portions 130a and 130b, respectively. The pair of center guides 218a and 218b are formed symmetrically with respect to a virtual left-right center line Z-Z' formed to divide the drain pump mounting plate 212 left and right. The pair of center guides 218a and 218b are connected to a fastening portion stopper 228 that abuts against a fastening portion 150 described later.
The side guides 220a and 220b of the present embodiment form steps at both side ends of the drain pump mounting plate 212. The drain pump mounting plate 212 and the rest of the base 200 can be distinguished by the steps formed by the side guides 220a, 220 b. The side guides 220a and 220b of the present embodiment are formed to abut against the outer side surfaces 134a and 134b of the insertion- assembly portions 130a and 130 b. The side guides 220a and 220b of the present embodiment abut against the outer ends 144a and 144b of the protruding portions 140a and 140b protruding from the outer sides 134a and 134b of the insertion-assembly portion 130. Pressing portions 226a, 226b that press the upper surfaces 142a, 142b of the protruding portions 140a, 140b are formed on the side guides 220a, 220 b. The pressing portions 226a, 226b may protrude from the side guides 220a, 220b, and end portions 227a, 227b thereof are bent in a lower side direction to press the upper faces 142a, 142b of the protruding portions 140a, 140 b.
Therefore, in a state where the insertion and assembly portions 130a and 130b are inserted into the drain pump mounting portion 210, the outer ends of the protruding portions 140a and 140b abut against the side guides 220a and 220b, and the upper surfaces 142a and 142b of the protruding portions 140a and 140b abut against the end portions 227a and 227b of the pressing portions 226a and 226 b.
The first movement prevention base 22 of the present embodiment restricts the forward movement of the insertion and assembly portions 130a and 130 b. When the insertion- assembly portions 130a and 130b are inserted into the drain pump mounting portion 210, the first movement prevention base 222 abuts against the front surfaces 136a and 136b of the insertion- assembly portions 130a and 130 b. The first movement prevention stage 222 forms a step in front of the drain pump mounting plate 212.
When the insert-assembly part 130 is inserted into the drain pump mounting part 210, the second movement prevention stages 224a and 224b of the present embodiment protrude rearward of the insert- assembly parts 130a and 130 b. When the insertion-assembly portion 130 is inserted into the drain pump mounting portion 210, the second movement prevention bases 224a and 224b of the present embodiment abut against the rear surfaces 138a and 138b of the insertion- assembly portions 130a and 130 b. The second movement prevention stages 224a and 224b of the present embodiment are formed to protrude upward from the drain pump mounting plate 212. The second movement prevention stages 224a and 224b of the present embodiment are protruded forward to form inclined surfaces, and may be elastically fixed to the drain pump mounting plate 212. The second movement prevention stages 224a and 224b of the present embodiment may be arranged at predetermined intervals to be shifted downward when pressure is applied to the lower side. Therefore, when the insertion-and- assembly portions 130a and 130b are moved to the insertion-and-assembly portion 214 by the insertion-and-assembly portion guides 218 and 220, the arrangement of the second movement prevention bases 224a and 224b can be changed downward so as not to interfere with the movement of the insertion-and- assembly portions 130a and 130 b. However, when the insertion-and- assembly portions 130a and 130b are inserted into the drain pump mounting portion 210, the external pressure acting on the second movement prevention stages 224a and 224b is removed, and the second movement prevention stages 224a and 224b protrude from the drain pump mounting plate 212 and abut against the rear surfaces 138a and 138b of the insertion-and- assembly portions 130a and 130 b.
The drain pump mounting part 210 of the present embodiment includes the fastening part stopper 228 formed to abut against the fastening part 150. When the insertion and assembly portions 130a and 130b are inserted into the drain pump mounting portion 210, the fastening portion stopper 228 abuts against the front surface of the fastening portion 150. The fastening portion stopper 228 of the present embodiment may be continuously formed from the center guides 218a, 218 b. When the fastening portion 150 abuts against the fastening portion stopper 228, the second movement prevention stages 224a, 224b that restrict the backward movement of the insertion-assembly portion protrude.
The drain pump mounting part 210 of the present embodiment is formed with fastening member holes 230, and the fastening member holes 230 penetrate fastening members for fastening the fastening part 150 and the base 200. The fastening member hole 230 of the present embodiment is formed at a portion where the fastening part 150 is located when the insert- assembly parts 130a, 130b are inserted into the drain pump mounting part 210.
The insert- assembly parts 130a and 130b of the present embodiment may be fastened with an additional fastening member, and in this case, an additional fastening member hole (not shown) for fastening the insert- assembly parts 130a and 130b and the base 200 to the drain pump mounting part 210 by a fastening member may be formed.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above, and various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention claimed in the claims.
