after the second grinding, dipping the raw lacquer with a cotton ball, uniformly wiping a layer of thin lacquer on the box body, and placing the box body in a shade room for drying after the lacquer is wiped; after drying, the film of the layer is polished by 2000-mesh abrasive paper, and after polishing, the layer is placed for drying in shade for five days; if no reference object exists, the scratches of all 800-mesh abrasive paper are difficult to polish to 2000 meshes only by naked eyes, so that the raw lacquer is thinly wiped on the box body in a wiping mode, but the raw lacquer is not wiped off by using a paper towel, a layer of paint film with a darker color is arranged on the box body after drying and serves as a reference object during polishing, the whole box body can be unified to 2000 meshes by polishing the layer of film by using 2000-mesh abrasive paper, and after the paint film formed by wiping the paint is dried, the layer of paint film serves as a polishing reference object which is finally polished and has unified scratches, and the layer of paint film is polished by using 2000-mesh abrasive paper, so that the scratches are unified to 2000 meshes;
s10, polishing: uniformly coating vegetable oil on a box body position to be polished, coating polishing powder on the box body position, uniformly coating the polishing powder with hand powder and oil, polishing, performing polishing again by using clean pure cotton cloth until the surface of the box body is bright, dipping the oil and the powder on a detergent cleaning box body by using sponge or pure cotton cloth after polishing is finished, and cleaning by using alcohol after cleaning is finished;
s11, wiping: wiping off, manufacturing a cotton ball, dipping the cotton ball in pile paint to wipe back and forth on the tire surface, placing for ten minutes after wiping, wiping the redundant paint once by using a common paper towel, and wiping once by using a dust-free paper towel to ensure that only a thin and vaporous paint film is left on the paint surface; after the paint film is dried, wiping off for the next time, wherein the wiping off is carried out for three times or more; polishing, namely using vegetable oil and the three-component and three-component color grinding powder, coating the vegetable oil and the three-component color grinding powder on a polished position, polishing once with a palm, polishing once with clean pure cotton cloth, and repeatedly polishing to achieve the effect of a mirror surface; after polishing, sponge is dipped in detergent, warm water is used for washing away residual aluminium powder and vegetable oil, then a paper towel is used for wiping water, and finally the paper towel is dipped in alcohol for wiping once.
In one embodiment of the invention, the grain can be also textured on the surface of the sound box body by using various forms of rice, cereals, plastic films, towel gourd and the like.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the diluent is turpentine, or orange oil, or kerosene, or peppermint oil, or camphor oil.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the coarse tile ash is 120 meshes; the medium tile ash is 120 meshes; the fine tile ash is 180 meshes.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, in step S6, 400-mesh sand paper is used to polish the paint particles protruding from the surface of the box.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present invention, the black paint polish in step S7 is coated with a thickness of 0.1-0.2mm, preferably 0.12mm, 0.15mm, 0.17mm, 0.19 mm.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, after the twisting is performed on the sound box body in step S8, the box body is turned upside down every half hour to fix the twisted shape and prevent paint from flowing; until the twist in the box body does not flow any more, and then the box body is placed in a shady room for drying.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the lacquer coat of gold and the lacquer coat of red in step S9 is controlled to be 0.05-0.1 mm.
Referring to fig. 1, in the manufacturing of the cotton ball in step S12, in an embodiment of the present invention, the cotton is wrapped with a filter towel and then bundled with a paper with pattern, and the cotton ball with a proper size is manufactured according to the size of the paint; to achieve the best wiping effect.
The invention has the following working principle: the traditional raw lacquer process is applied to the manufacture of the loudspeaker box body, and because the raw lacquer has unique aesthetic feeling, the lacquer finish is smooth as a mirror, is not easy to deform and crack, and has the characteristics of strong acid resistance, strong alkali resistance, solvent resistance, moisture resistance, microorganism resistance, sterilization, environmental protection, good durability and the like, the loudspeaker box body can be well protected, the service life of the loudspeaker box is prolonged, and the loudspeaker box body has collection value.

Claims (8)

1. A manufacturing method of a lacquer sound box comprises raw lacquer and is characterized in that: the preparation method comprises the following steps: s1, manufacturing a box body: cutting the sound box body; processing the mortise and tenon joints of the long plate and the side plate of the box body; processing a front panel of the sound box, namely opening a horn hole; carrying out corner cutting and grooving treatment on the long plate and the side plate after the mortise and tenon machining; assembling the box body; processing a back plate of the sound box body; polishing the uneven part of the box body by using 240-plus 360-mesh abrasive paper to be flat;
s2, raw lacquer fixing: mixing and blending bottom layer raw lacquer and diluent in a ratio of 1: 1; coating the mixed liquid on the inside and outside of the box body by using a brush, allowing paint to be eaten into wood of the box body, placing for ten minutes after painting is finished, wiping off redundant liquid on the surface by using a paper towel or cotton cloth, and then placing in a shady room with the temperature of 25 ℃ and the humidity of 70-85% for seven days;
s3, mounting cloth: taking a proper amount of flour or glutinous rice flour, adding water, decocting into paste, blending the paste with raw lacquer according to the ratio of 1:1 to obtain lacquer paste, uniformly coating the lacquer paste on the outer surface of a box body, taking sweetened bean paste cloth corresponding to the area of the box body, flatly adhering the sweetened bean paste cloth with the lacquer paste, coating the lacquer paste on the cloth surface of the sweetened bean paste cloth again, and placing the sweetened bean paste in a shady room with the temperature of 25 ℃ and the humidity of 70-85% for drying for ten days; then polishing with a paint paste, trimming and filling the seams of the bean paste cloth, and trimming the overlapping part or the wrinkled bean paste cloth on the box body to be flat by using an art knife;
s4, ash scraping: scraping crude tile ash for the first time, namely mixing raw lacquer and the crude tile ash according to the ratio of 1: 1.2 to prepare first lacquer ash, uniformly scraping the first lacquer ash on a box body by using a scraper, brushing the raw lacquer ash once to fix the ash after the first lacquer ash is finished, placing the box body in shade at the temperature of 25 ℃ and the humidity of 70-85% for fifteen days, and polishing the box body by using 80-mesh abrasive paper after the first lacquer ash is completely dried; scraping middle tile ash for the second time, mixing raw lacquer and the middle tile ash according to the ratio of 1: 1.2 to prepare second lacquer ash, uniformly brushing the second lacquer ash on the box body by using a brush, brushing the raw lacquer ash once again after the second lacquer ash is finished, placing the box body in a shady room with the temperature of 25 ℃ and the humidity of 70-85% for shading for fifteen days, and polishing the box body by using 120-mesh abrasive paper after the second lacquer ash is completely dried; scraping fine tile ash for the third time, mixing raw lacquer and the fine tile ash according to the ratio of 1: 1.2 to prepare third lacquer ash, uniformly brushing the third lacquer ash on the box body by using a brush, brushing raw lacquer fixing ash once after the third lacquer ash is finished, placing the box body in a shady place with the temperature of 25 ℃ and the humidity of 70-85% for fifteen days, polishing the box body by using 240-mesh abrasive paper after the third lacquer ash is completely dried until the box body is polished to be flat, brushing a layer of raw lacquer fixing bottom, and placing the box body in the shady place for drying;
s5, fixing ash: firstly, performing bottom coating, mixing bottom raw lacquer and a diluent in a ratio of 1:1, brushing the mixed liquid on a box body, placing the box body in a shade room for drying, and performing water grinding after drying to smooth the surface of the box body; coating a coat with a middle layer of raw lacquer coat on the box body, placing the box body in a shade room for drying, and grinding away the raised lacquer particles by water after drying; after polishing, performing intermediate coating, wherein black polishing paint is used for the intermediate coating; after painting, placing the tire in a shady room with the temperature of about 25 ℃ and the humidity of 70-85% for seven days, and completing the spare tire;
s6, coating black push-paint: filtering the black push-polishing paint by using a filter towel, uniformly coating the filtered black push-polishing paint on a box body, after the black push-polishing paint is coated, placing a shady room with the temperature of about 25 ℃ and the humidity of 70-85% for drying, and after drying, polishing by using 600-mesh abrasive paper;
s7, texturing: uniformly mixing raw lacquer and egg white according to the ratio of 5: 1, spreading the mixed lacquer for 30 minutes, collecting the mixed lacquer, checking the viscosity, spreading the mixed lacquer for 30 minutes again if the mixed lacquer does not reach an ideal state, and repeatedly spreading the mixed lacquer until the mixed lacquer is in a toothpaste shape, so that the mixed lacquer can be twisted; uniformly twisting the yarns on the surface of the box body of the sound box to form textures, and then placing the box body in a shade room to be dried completely;
s8, and painting a lacquer with lacquer: mixing gold powder and transparent paint in a ratio of 1:1 to prepare gold paint, firstly dipping the spectacle cloth in alcohol to clean the box body, then sweeping the box body by a brush, uniformly coating the prepared gold paint on the box body, and placing the box body into a shade to wait for drying after the coat of the lacquer is finished; drying the gold lacquer, and then coating the red lacquer with the coat by using the same method; repeatedly coating lacquer and lacquer with gold lacquer and red lacquer until the height of the lacquer layer and the height of the twist are consistent, and then entering the next working procedure after the lacquer layer and the twist are completely dried;
s9, grinding and displaying: grinding with 240-mesh abrasive paper for the first grinding, grinding the twists with higher protrusions on the surface of the box body, and grinding all the raised twists to the same height; grinding with 800-mesh sand paper to two thirds of the twist height for the second grinding; after the second grinding, dipping the raw lacquer with a cotton ball, uniformly wiping a layer of thin lacquer on the box body, and placing the box body in a shade room for drying after the lacquer is wiped; after drying, the film of the layer is polished by 2000-mesh abrasive paper, and after polishing, the layer is placed for drying in shade for five days;
s10, polishing: uniformly coating vegetable oil on a box body position to be polished, coating polishing powder on the box body position, uniformly coating the polishing powder with hand powder and oil, polishing, performing polishing again by using clean pure cotton cloth until the surface of the box body is bright, dipping the oil and the powder on a detergent cleaning box body by using sponge or pure cotton cloth after polishing is finished, and cleaning by using alcohol after cleaning is finished;
s11, wiping: wiping off, manufacturing a cotton ball, dipping the cotton ball in pile paint to wipe back and forth on the tire surface, placing for ten minutes after wiping, wiping the redundant paint once by using a common paper towel, and wiping once by using a dust-free paper towel to ensure that only a thin and vaporous paint film is left on the paint surface; after the paint film is dried, wiping off for the next time, wherein the wiping off is carried out for three times or more; polishing, namely using vegetable oil and the three-component and three-component color grinding powder, coating the vegetable oil and the three-component color grinding powder on a polished position, polishing once with a palm, polishing once with clean pure cotton cloth, and repeatedly polishing to achieve the effect of a mirror surface; after polishing, sponge is dipped in detergent, warm water is used for washing away residual aluminium powder and vegetable oil, then a paper towel is used for wiping water, and finally the paper towel is dipped in alcohol for wiping once.
