Detailed Description
Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Example embodiments may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar structures, and thus their repetitive description will be omitted.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a conference method between different terminals and an account according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for a conference between different terminals and the same account according to the present invention includes the following steps:
s110, establishing a video conference;
s120, detecting whether only one terminal device in a first terminal device and a second terminal device which successively log in the same account number to access the video conference has a working camera module, if so, executing a step S140, and if not, executing a step S130;
s130, the terminal equipment which logs in the account after refusing accesses the video conference; and
and S140, the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment with the same account are accessed into the video conference together, the first terminal equipment with the working camera module performs image acquisition and audio bidirectional transmission, and the second terminal equipment without the working camera module displays at least part of interfaces of the video conference.
The invention provides a conference between a mobile terminal and a computer terminal, which is more convenient and faster through a mode of split design of hardware and software modules. By the invention, the participants can enter the conference system through the mobile terminal, the computer terminal or simultaneously log in the mobile terminal and the computer terminal. A speaker starts a camera and a conference control module at a mobile terminal, and starts a screen recording and sharing module at a computer terminal. All parties can see the image of the speaker and the computer desktop on the mobile or computer terminal at the same time. The first terminal device and the second terminal device in the invention can both have cameras, but the camera of one device needs to be turned off, and the camera of the other device only needs to be kept working, so that the system automatically determines the device with the working camera module in the two devices as the first terminal device (which can be a device with a small screen and is relatively portable) and the device without the working camera module as the second terminal device (which can be a device with a large screen and is inconvenient to move).
In a preferred example, in step S140, the first terminal device displays a connection operation interface of the video conference, and the connection operation interface at least controls connection states of videos and/or audios of all accounts accessing the video conference, and since the second terminal device can be used for full-screen first display of the shared content of the conference, the first terminal device can capture images of the user and capture voices of the user, so that the first terminal device and the second terminal device improve overall user experience through differentiation and combination of functions.
In a preferred embodiment, the first terminal device collects image information of the user and first audio information of the user and transmits the image information and the first audio information to the video conference, and the first terminal device plays second audio information of the video conference, so that image responses of the user can be collected through the first terminal device, and other participants participating in the conference can communicate with the user more accurately.
In a preferred example, in step S140, the second terminal device displays an operable content presentation interface of the video conference, and the second terminal device shares the content presentation interface with the terminal device under the account accessing the video conference.
In a preferred example, the second terminal device displays the content display interface with real-time video information based on the presentation manipulated by the user, for example, a presenter in the conference operates the PPT through a screen of a computer and shares the content display interface with other participants.
In a preferred example, the first terminal device is any one of the following devices:
a mobile phone with a camera module;
a tablet computer with a camera module;
a desktop computer with a camera module; and
the notebook computer with the camera module is not limited to this.
In a preferred example, the second terminal device is any one of the following devices;
closing the mobile phone of the camera module;
closing the tablet computer of the camera module; and
and closing the notebook computer of the camera module, but not limited to this.
The invention can freely use mobile equipment, computer terminals or a combined mode to carry out a conference by a split type design, thereby improving the use experience of products.
The implementation process of the conference method of different terminals and the same account number can be as follows:
firstly, a conference administrator initiates a conference, and a class A user (the core of the patent), a class B user and a class C user enter a conference system according to the situation.
The class A user logs in the mobile equipment and the computer terminal through the account at the same time, starts the camera, the conference control module and the communication module at the mobile equipment end, and can start/close the camera, check the participants and check a certain path of video image. The A-type user starts screen recording at a computer end, and sends a screen signal to a system service and optionally starts a conference control module in a video stream mode.
The class B user independently logs in the mobile equipment terminal through the account, and the camera, the conference control module and the communication module are started at the mobile equipment terminal.
The class C user logs in the computer terminal through the account separately, and the camera (optional), the conference control module and the communication module are started at the computer terminal.
A. The B, C classes of users may enter a conference at the same time.
When the class A user performs demonstration, the portrait acquisition can be performed at the mobile equipment end, the screen acquisition is performed at the computer end, and the conference is performed in a mode that one account sends out two paths of video streams.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an implementation state of a conference method between different terminals and the same account according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, first, the user 1, as a conference initiator, uses the account 13 to first interact with the server 9 through the mobile phone 11 to establish a video conference.
Subsequently, the user 2 uses the account 23 to smoothly join the video conference via the handset 21. User 3 uses account 33 to join the video conference smoothly via computer 32. User 4 uses account 43 to join the video conference smoothly via handset 41. In the conference, two-way interaction of video and audio can be performed among the user 1, the user 2, the user 3 and the user 4.
Then, the user 1 logs in the account 13 through the notebook 12 without a camera, the system detects that the mobile phone 11 that has logged in the account 13 has a camera, and the notebook 12 that has subsequently logged in the account 13 does not have a camera, allowing the mobile phone 11 and the notebook 12 to jointly join in the video conference with the same account 13, and separating the functions of the account 13, and operating on the mobile phone 11 and the notebook 12 respectively, the mobile phone 11 displaying a connection operation interface of the video conference, the connection operation interface at least controlling the connection state of the video and/or audio of all accounts that have access to the video conference, the notebook 12 being capable of displaying the shared content of the conference to all other users in full screen, the mobile phone 11 being capable of shooting images of the users and collecting voices of the users, so that the mobile phone 11 and the notebook 12 improve the overall user experience through the differentiated combination of the functions, therefore, the user can still control the connection mode of the conference and adjust the connection states of the videos and/or audios of all accounts accessed to the video conference under the condition that the shared content of the conference is displayed in a full picture.
Finally, when the user 4 uses another mobile phone 42 to also intervene in the conference through the account 43, the system detects that the mobile phone 41 which has logged in the account 43 has a camera, and the mobile phone 42 which subsequently logs in the account 43 also has a camera, so that the request of the mobile phone 42 for joining the video conference fails without the mobile phone 42 joining the video conference, and the confusion of the same type of equipment on the picture and audio acquisition is prevented in turn.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the conference system 5 with different terminals and the same account according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a conference system 5 with different terminals and the same account, which is used to implement the above conference method with different terminals and the same account, where the conference system 5 with different terminals and the same account includes:

the single-terminal single-account access module 53 is used for accessing the terminal equipment which logs in the account after refusing to the video conference; and
the different-terminal same-account access module 54 accesses the first terminal device and the second terminal device of the same account into the video conference, the first terminal device with the working camera module performs image acquisition and audio bidirectional transmission, and the second terminal device without the working camera module displays at least part of interfaces of the video conference.
In a preferred example, the first terminal device displays a connection operation interface of the video conference, and the connection operation interface at least controls the connection state of videos and/or audios of all accounts accessing the video conference.
In a preferred example, the first terminal device collects image information of the user and first audio information of the user and transmits the image information and the first audio information to the video conference, and the first terminal device plays second audio information of the video conference.
In a preferred example, the second terminal device displays an operable content presentation interface of the video conference, and the second terminal device shares the content presentation interface with the terminal device under the account accessing the video conference.
In a preferred example, the second terminal device displays the content display interface with real-time video information based on the presentation manipulated by the user.
In a preferred example, the first terminal device is any one of the following devices:
a mobile phone with a camera module;
a tablet computer with a camera module;
