s2: the network communication module inquires company billing information and item information to be billed which are associated with the user identity information in an enterprise billing settlement system, and transmits the company billing information and the item information to be billed back to the terminal, and if no item to be billed exists, the network communication module prompts the user that no item for billing exists at present; if the items to be invoiced are to be invoiced, the display module displays the information of the items to be invoiced on the display screen for the user to select and confirm, and after the user selects the items to be invoiced, the user clicks and confirms to start printing the value-added tax invoice;
s3: stamping the printed value-added tax invoice;

When the entity part of the accounting union is stored, the terminal executes the following steps:
