And after finishing the sorting and impurity removal of the documents to be processed in the document sorting and impurity removal process, loading the processed documents to be processed by adopting a turnover box so as to transfer the processed documents to be processed to the document image scanning equipment set. At the moment, the document sorting and impurity removing process only needs to upload the number information of the turnover box to the master control service platform, the master control service platform sends the number information of the turnover box to the document image scanning equipment group of the document image scanning process, and the document image scanning equipment group can recognize that the document to be processed is sorted and impurity removed according to the sorting and impurity removing process according to the number information of the turnover box. In addition, the processing result information is obtained after the document to be processed is sorted and subjected to impurity removal in the document sorting and impurity removal process. The processing result information can be batch information of the documents to be processed, which is obtained by sorting in the document sorting and impurity removing process.
Therefore, the document image scanning process can determine the upstream business processing system according to the first identification information, that is, the document sorting and impurity removing process performs corresponding business processing on the document to be processed. Meanwhile, whether the currently received information is matched or not can be verified according to the processing result information of the upstream service processing system. For example, the processing result information of the upstream business processing system indicates that the batches corresponding to the documents to be processed are batch 1 to batch 10. When the document flow to be processed is transferred to the document image scanning flow, the document image scanning flow verifies whether the batch information is batch 1 to batch 10. And the current document image scanning process is executed when the information is matched, so that the accuracy of the operation process management of the document to be processed is improved.
In one embodiment, S106 includes: sending the image to an image processing system; the image processing system is used for carrying out segmentation processing on the image to obtain a plurality of pictures and carrying out scanning identification on each picture to obtain an identification result; and receiving an identification result fed back by the image processing system, and determining the sorting type of the document to be processed according to the identification result.
In this embodiment, the image processing system is configured to perform image processing on images of respective documents. And the master control service platform sends the image of the document to be processed to the image processing system. The image processing system performs segmentation processing on the image of the document to be processed to obtain a plurality of segmented pictures. And further, scanning and identifying each picture respectively, and feeding back the scanning and identifying result to the master control service platform. And the master control service platform determines the clearing type of the document to be processed according to the scanning identification result. For example, the document to be processed is an invoice, and the classification of the document to be processed is determined as the invoice type through the scanning recognition result of the image of the invoice. For the existing intelligent flow business operation, the images are generally identified by means of RFID radio frequency identification and the like, and the identification efficiency of the method is low. According to the method, the image of the document to be processed is obtained through the industrial high-definition camera, the image of the image is segmented into the small blocks so that the size of the image can be reduced to improve the identification rate, then each small block of the image is scanned and identified in the identification software of the image processing system, and the identification rate is lower than 50ms, so that the requirement of the document sorting flow rate of the document to be processed can be met.
In an embodiment, S108 further includes, before: receiving second identification information of the document to be processed uploaded in the document image scanning process, wherein the second identification information is used for identifying the document to be processed; and associating the second identification information with the sorting category of the to-be-processed document. S108 includes: and issuing second identification information and the sorting category to the bill sorting flow so that the bill sorting flow determines the sorting category according to the second identification information and allocates the bills to be processed to the target category according to the sorting category.
In this embodiment, when the to-be-processed document stream is transferred to the document image scanning process, the document image scanning device set sets second identification information for identifying the to-be-processed document. Specifically, the second identification information is two-dimensional code information. The document image scanning equipment group performs code spraying on the document to be processed and uploads the two-dimensional code information of the document to be processed to the master control service platform. And the master control service platform associates the two-dimension code information with the sorting categories of the documents to be processed. When the to-be-processed document flows to the document clearing flow, the document clearing equipment group identifies the two-dimensional code information of the to-be-processed document, the processing result of the upstream business system on the image is determined through the two-dimensional code information, namely the clearing type of the to-be-processed document is determined, then the to-be-processed document is cleared, and the to-be-processed document is distributed to the corresponding target type. Therefore, the accuracy of the time sharing of the to-be-processed document can be improved.
In an embodiment, S108 further includes, before: receiving third identification information of a container for loading a document to be processed, which is uploaded by the document image scanning process; receiving category identification information uploaded by the bill sorting flow and used for representing each category to be selected in a plurality of categories to be selected, wherein the categories to be selected comprise target categories, and the category identification information comprises fourth identification information of the target categories; screening fourth identification information of the target category from the category identification information of each category to be selected according to the sorting category; and generating first clearing control information according to the third identification information and the fourth identification information, wherein the first clearing control information is used for indicating the clearing category of the to-be-processed bill. S108 includes: and issuing first clearing control information to the bill clearing flow so that the bill clearing flow allocates the to-be-processed bill to the target category according to the first clearing control information.
In this embodiment, a container is used to load documents to be processed in the document image scanning process. Meanwhile, third identification information is set for a container loaded with a document to be processed, and the third identification information is uploaded to the master control service platform. In addition, the document sorting flow comprises a plurality of categories to be selected, and each document is distributed to the corresponding category to be selected by the document sorting flow. Meanwhile, category identification information is set in each category to be selected in the document sorting flow, and the category identification information of each category to be selected is uploaded to the master control service platform. And the master control service platform screens fourth identification information of the target category from the category identification information of each to-be-selected category according to the sorting category, and at the moment, the fourth identification information can indicate the sorting category of the to-be-processed document. And further, generating first clearing control information according to the third identification information and the fourth identification information. And the document sorting flow distributes the documents to be processed to the target category according to the first sorting control information. Specifically, the document sorting flow sorts the container loaded with the document to be processed into the target category according to the first sorting control information. Therefore, the accuracy of the time division of the to-be-processed document can be improved.
In an embodiment, before S106, the method further includes: and setting a plurality of score categories according to a preset score rule. S106 includes: and extracting the category information of the document to be processed from the image, matching and identifying the category information and the plurality of clearing categories, and determining the clearing category of the document to be processed from the plurality of clearing categories according to the matching and identifying result.
In the embodiment, the master control service platform sets a plurality of clearing rules according to the types of the documents circulated in the document operation flow, and further sets corresponding clearing types according to the clearing rules. The score clearing rule can be configured according to the service dimension. For example, the clearing rules may be configured according to document archiving, document refunding, document type, document attribution. When the category information of the document to be processed is extracted from the image of the document to be processed, the category information and the plurality of clearing categories are matched and identified, and the clearing category of the document to be processed is determined from the plurality of clearing categories according to the matching and identifying result. Therefore, the accuracy of identification of the clearing category of the document to be processed can be improved.
In an embodiment, after S104, the method further includes: and when the to-be-processed document is determined to be a document which does not need to be bound and filed according to the image, generating second clearing control information according to the image, and issuing the second clearing control information to the document clearing flow, so that the to-be-processed document is not cleared when the document clearing flow receives the second clearing control information.
In the embodiment, the master control service platform receives the image of the document to be processed and identifies and processes the image. And when the document to be processed is determined to be free from binding and filing according to the image, generating second clearing control information. And the second sorting control information is used for indicating the document sorting flow to not perform sorting processing on the documents to be processed. For example, when the document to be processed is determined to need to be returned according to the image of the document to be processed, the document to be processed does not need to be bound and filed. At the moment, the document to be processed does not need to be sorted in the document sorting flow, and the document to be processed can be distributed into the return categories, so that the management accuracy of the document to be processed can be improved.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowchart are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the figures may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
The application also provides a management device for the bill work flow. The document operation flow comprises a document sorting and impurity removing flow, a document image scanning flow, a document sorting flow and a document binding and filing flow. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes a first receiving module 10, a first issuing module 20, a second receiving module 30, a second issuing module 40, and a third issuing module 50. The first receiving module 10 is used for receiving the collected information of the documents to be processed uploaded in the document sorting and impurity removing process; the first issuing module 20 is configured to issue acquisition information to the document image scanning flow when receiving an image scanning request of a document to be processed, which is initiated by the document image scanning flow, so that the document image scanning flow scans an image of the document to be processed according to the acquisition information; the second receiving module 30 is configured to receive an image of a to-be-processed document uploaded in the document image scanning process, and determine a sorting category of the to-be-processed document according to the image; the second issuing module 40 is configured to issue the clearing classification to the document clearing flow when receiving a clearing request of the document to be processed, which is initiated by the document clearing flow, so that the document clearing flow allocates the document to be processed to the target classification according to the clearing classification; the third issuing module 50 is configured to issue the booklet condition information of the target category to the document binding filing flow when receiving the binding filing request of the target category initiated by the document binding filing flow, so that the document binding filing flow performs binding filing on the document to be processed when determining that the document to be processed in the target category reaches the preset condition according to the booklet condition information.
In one embodiment, the acquired information of the to-be-processed document comprises first identification information and processing result information, the first identification information is used for representing that the document sorting and impurity removing process is performed on the to-be-processed document, and the processing result information is obtained after the document sorting and impurity removing process performs sorting and impurity removing on the to-be-processed document. The first issuing module 20 is specifically configured to issue the first identification information and the processing result information to the document image scanning process, so that the document image scanning process determines that the document sorting and impurity removing process has performed processing on the document to be processed according to the first identification information, and performs image scanning on the document to be processed when it is determined that the information of the document to be processed, which is currently received by the document image scanning process, matches with the processing result information.
In one embodiment, the second receiving module 30 is specifically configured to send the image to an image processing system; the image processing system is used for carrying out segmentation processing on the image to obtain a plurality of pictures and carrying out scanning identification on each picture to obtain an identification result; and receiving an identification result fed back by the image processing system, and determining the sorting type of the document to be processed according to the identification result.
In one embodiment, the management apparatus for document workflow further comprises an association module (not shown in fig. 5). The correlation module is used for receiving second identification information of the to-be-processed document uploaded by the document image scanning process, and the second identification information is used for identifying the to-be-processed document; and associating the second identification information with the sorting category of the to-be-processed bill. The second issuing module 40 is specifically configured to issue the second identification information and the sorting category to the document sorting flow, so that the document sorting flow determines the sorting category according to the second identification information, and allocates the document to be processed to the target category according to the sorting category.
In one embodiment, the apparatus for managing the document workflow further comprises a first generation module (not shown in fig. 5). The first generation module is used for receiving third identification information of a container used for loading a document to be processed and uploaded in the document image scanning process; receiving category identification information uploaded by the bill sorting flow and used for representing each category to be selected in a plurality of categories to be selected, wherein the categories to be selected comprise target categories, and the category identification information comprises fourth identification information of the target categories; screening fourth identification information of the target category from the category identification information of each category to be selected according to the sorting category; and generating first clearing control information according to the third identification information and the fourth identification information, wherein the first clearing control information is used for indicating the clearing category of the to-be-processed bill. The second issuing module 40 is specifically configured to issue the first clearing control information to the document clearing process, so that the document clearing process allocates the documents to be processed to the target category according to the first clearing control information.
In one embodiment, the apparatus for managing the document workflow further comprises a setup module (not shown in fig. 5). The setting module is used for setting a plurality of sorting categories according to a preset sorting rule. The second receiving module 30 is specifically configured to extract category information of the to-be-processed document from the image, perform matching identification on the category information and the multiple classification categories, and determine the classification category of the to-be-processed document from the multiple classification categories according to a matching identification result.
In one embodiment, the apparatus for managing the document workflow further comprises a second generation module (not shown in FIG. 5). And the second generation module is used for generating second clearing control information according to the image and sending the second clearing control information to the document clearing flow when the document to be processed is determined to be the document which does not need to be bound and filed according to the image, so that the document to be processed is not cleared when the document clearing flow receives the second clearing control information.
For specific limitations of the management apparatus for document workflow, reference may be made to the above limitations of the management method for document workflow, which are not described herein again. All or part of each module in the management device of the bill working process can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server supporting the operation of the total control service platform, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer equipment is used for being connected with external equipment so as to receive data information uploaded by the external equipment. The computer program when executed by a processor implements a method of document workflow management.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: receiving the collection information of the documents to be processed uploaded in the document sorting and impurity removing process; when receiving an image scanning request of a document to be processed, which is initiated by a document image scanning flow, issuing acquisition information to the document image scanning flow so that the document image scanning flow scans the image of the document to be processed according to the acquisition information; receiving an image of a document to be processed uploaded in a document image scanning process, and determining the sorting category of the document to be processed according to the image; when receiving a clearing request of a to-be-processed document initiated by a document clearing flow, issuing a clearing category to the document clearing flow so that the to-be-processed document is allocated to a target category according to the clearing category by the document clearing flow; when a binding filing request of a target category initiated by a document binding filing flow is received, the sublist condition information of the target category is sent to the document binding filing flow, so that the document binding filing flow performs binding filing on the document to be processed when the document to be processed in the target category reaches a preset condition according to the sublist condition information.
In one embodiment, the acquired information of the to-be-processed document comprises first identification information and processing result information, the first identification information is used for representing that the document sorting and impurity removing process is performed on the to-be-processed document, and the processing result information is obtained after the document sorting and impurity removing process performs sorting and impurity removing on the to-be-processed document. The processor executes the computer program to realize the issuing of the acquisition information to the document image scanning flow, so that when the document image scanning flow carries out the image scanning step on the document to be processed according to the acquisition information, the following steps are specifically realized: and issuing the first identification information and the processing result information to the document image scanning flow, so that the document image scanning flow determines that the document sorting and impurity removing flow is processed on the document to be processed according to the first identification information and determines that the document to be processed is subjected to image scanning when the information of the document to be processed received currently by the document image scanning flow is matched with the processing result information.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program to implement the step of determining the sorting category of the document to be processed according to the image, the following steps are specifically implemented: sending the image to an image processing system; the image processing system is used for carrying out segmentation processing on the image to obtain a plurality of pictures and carrying out scanning identification on each picture to obtain an identification result; and receiving an identification result fed back by the image processing system, and determining the sorting type of the document to be processed according to the identification result.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Claims (10)

1. A management method for a document operation flow comprises a document sorting and impurity removing flow, a document image scanning flow, a document sorting flow and a document binding and filing flow, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving the collection information of the documents to be processed uploaded by the document sorting and impurity removing process;
when receiving an image scanning request of the document to be processed, which is initiated by the document image scanning flow, issuing the acquisition information to the document image scanning flow so that the document image scanning flow performs image scanning on the document to be processed according to the acquisition information;
receiving the image of the document to be processed uploaded in the document image scanning process, and determining the sorting category of the document to be processed according to the image;
when receiving a clearing request of the to-be-processed document initiated by the document clearing flow, sending the clearing category to the document clearing flow so that the to-be-processed document is distributed to a target category by the document clearing flow according to the clearing category;
when a binding filing request of the target category initiated by the document binding filing flow is received, the sublist condition information of the target category is sent to the document binding filing flow, so that the document binding filing flow performs binding filing on the document to be processed when the document to be processed in the target category reaches a preset condition according to the sublist condition information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the collected information of the to-be-processed document comprises first identification information and processing result information, the first identification information is used for representing that the document sorting and impurity removing process carries out sorting and impurity removing processing on the to-be-processed document, and the processing result information is obtained after the document sorting and impurity removing process carries out sorting and impurity removing on the to-be-processed document;
the issuing of the acquisition information to the document image scanning flow so that the document image scanning flow performs image scanning on the document to be processed according to the acquisition information includes:
