Abstract
The invention provides a rendering method of SPC charts in a Power BI component, which relates to the field of SPC chart rendering, and comprises the following steps of: installing a Power BI Desktop application program, and opening the Power BI Desktop application program; step 2: acquiring SPC chart data and importing the SPC chart data into a Power BI Desktop application; step 3: acquire SPC chart components and import SPC chart components into the Power BI Desktop application; step 4: opening the SPC chart component, making adjustments to the data based on the SPC chart data, loading a visual image that creates the SPC chart; step 5: the visual image anomaly fluctuation judgment rules of the SPC chart are manually configured, and the line color and line thickness of the SPC chart. The invention generates the SPC chart component based on the Power BI Desktop application program, realizes the visual display of the SPC chart through the SPC chart component, realizes the SPC chart high configuration, can change the rule for judging abnormal fluctuation according to the requirement of a customer, and defines the alarm content.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of SPC chart rendering, and more particularly, to a method for rendering SPC charts in Power BI components.
Background
SPC (Statistical Process Control ), SPC mainly uses statistical analysis technique to make real-time monitoring on production process, and scientifically distinguish random fluctuation and abnormal fluctuation of product quality in the production process so as to provide early warning for abnormal fluctuation of production process, and can make measures and eliminate abnormality in time for production manager and recover temperature of production process so as to attain the goal of raising and controlling production quality.
Currently, the rendering methods of SPC charts (quality management charts) are all browser-based, so SPC charts can only be presented through a browser; loading SPC charts through a browser, failing to highly configure the SPC charts and failing to customize the rules for determining abnormal fluctuations; in the Microsoft Power BI (Power Business Intelligence) data visualization component, the visual graphical presentation of SPC charts is also a blank, and there is no component that can present SPC charts.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-described drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for rendering an SPC chart in a Power BI component, generating an SPC chart component based on a Power BI Desktop application, implementing visual presentation of the SPC chart through the SPC chart component, implementing high configuration of the SPC chart, and capable of changing rules for judging abnormal fluctuation according to customer requirements and defining alarm contents.
The present invention provides a method for rendering SPC charts in Power BI components, said method comprising the steps of:
step 1: installing a Power BI Desktop application program, and opening the Power BI Desktop application program;
step 2: acquiring SPC chart data and importing the SPC chart data into a Power BI Desktop application;
step 3: acquire SPC chart components and import SPC chart components into the Power BI Desktop application;
step 4: opening the SPC chart component, making adjustments to the data based on the SPC chart data, loading a visual image that creates the SPC chart;
step 5: the visual image anomaly fluctuation judgment rules of the SPC chart are manually configured, and the line color and line thickness of the SPC chart.
Further, SPC chart data includes materials, equipment, environments, personnel, and production parameters required for production.
Further, the SPC chart component is obtained as follows:
step 3.1: creating an engineering file in the Power BI Desktop application and installing tools required for developing SPC chart components in the engineering file;
step 3.2: introducing a third party tool required for rendering the SPC chart visual image rendering into the engineering file;
step 3.3: generating configuration items based on the data provided by the Power BI Desktop application, the configuration items, and the configuration files of the SPC chart visualization image features;
step 3.4: based on the generated configuration items, the tools installed in the Power BI Desktop application program and the introduced third party tools are adopted to render SPC charts and carry out file packaging, so that SPC chart components are generated.
As described above, a method for rendering SPC charts in Power BI component of the present invention has the following benefits:
1. according to the invention, the SPC chart component is generated through the Power BI Desktop application program, the SPC chart component is imported into the Power BI Desktop application program, the SPC chart visual image can be generated through data adjustment of SPC chart data, and the abnormal fluctuation judgment rule can be defined, so that the SPC chart visual image is convenient for enterprises to use.
2. The invention can reliably evaluate the production process of the product through the visual display of the SPC chart, define the alarm content based on the visual image of the SPC chart, and timely monitor the production condition to prevent waste products.
3. The present invention can reduce the dependency on routine tests by visual presentation of SPC charts, and the timed observation method replaces a large amount of monitoring and verification work.

step 4: opening the SPC chart component, performing data adjustment based on the SPC chart data (dragging corresponding data according to the visualized requirement of the SPC chart), and loading a visualized image for generating the SPC chart;
step 5: visual image anomaly fluctuation determination rules for SPC charts, line colors, line thicknesses, etc. for SPC charts are manually configured (i.e., configuration items in the SPC chart component are manually set).

step 3.4: based on the generated configuration items, the tools installed in the Power BI Desktop application program and the introduced third party tools are adopted to render SPC charts and carry out file packaging, so that SPC chart components are generated.
As shown in FIG. 2, the present invention can render visual images of SPC charts by inputting data (e.g., materials, equipment, environment, personnel, production parameters, etc.) during the production process into SPC chart components, define alarm content based on the visual images of SPC charts, and timely monitor production to prevent the generation of waste; the output visual image data is utilized to react with the input data so as to obtain continuous improvement of input factors (such as materials, production parameters and the like), the input data is converted into output data through a production process, the implementation process is that SPC charts are required to be monitored, the SPC charts are only applied to the monitoring process of part of key characteristics, and the selection of the key characteristics is also determined according to the production capacity and the requirements of enterprises, so that when the statistical process control is carried out, firstly, a controlled object is required to be defined, then, the effect of each major factor in the implementation process of the monitoring production on the controlled object is detected, the fluctuation of special reasons of the process is detected, so that unqualified products are prevented in advance, and other parameters beyond the key characteristics can be recorded and stored in a form of a record check table so as to provide reference of historical basis for the process improvement;
the control items of the SPC chart are generally set up for the necessity of product characterization and process monitoring by the following aspects;
(1) Judging whether the product is a key characteristic of the product according to the product characteristic requirement;
(2) In the production and manufacturing process of the product, the monitoring of key process parameters plays an important role in determining the quality and yield of the product, and the monitoring of the process parameters is performed by using a real-time SPC chart method, so that special reasons existing in the production process can be found out in time, and the special reasons can be blocked and eliminated in time, thereby playing a role in timely correcting and preventing;
(3) The customer's specific requirements may be directed to the inherent characteristics of the product, such as package form factor requirements, etc.
In summary, the present invention creates SPC chart components based on the Power BI Desktop application, realizes the visual presentation of SPC charts through the SPC chart components, realizes SPC chart high configuration, and can change rules for judging abnormal fluctuation according to customer requirements and define alarm content. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

step 3: acquire SPC chart components and import SPC chart components into the Power BI Desktop application;
step 4: opening the SPC chart component, making adjustments to the data based on the SPC chart data, loading a visual image that creates the SPC chart;
step 5: manually configuring visual image anomaly fluctuation judgment rules of the SPC chart and line colors and line thicknesses of the SPC chart;
the SPC chart component is obtained as follows:
step 3.1: creating an engineering file in the Power BI Desktop application and installing tools required for developing SPC chart components in the engineering file;
step 3.2: introducing a third party tool required for rendering the SPC chart visual image rendering into the engineering file;
step 3.3: generating configuration items based on the data provided by the Power BI Desktop application, the configuration items, and the configuration files of the SPC chart visualization image features;
step 3.4: based on the generated configuration items, the tools installed in the Power BI Desktop application program and the introduced third party tools are adopted to render SPC charts and carry out file packaging, so that SPC chart components are generated.
2. The method of SPC chart rendering in the Power BI component as recited in claim 1, wherein: the SPC chart data includes materials, equipment, environments, personnel, and production parameters required for the production.
