Wherein, the block 3 can be in interference fit with the front baffle 2.
As shown in fig. 2 and 7, according to some embodiments of the present invention, one end of the stopper 3 is fixed to the outer tube 1, and the other end of the stopper 3 extends in a direction of a rotation center line of the inner tube 10 in a radial direction and is bent backward to form the protrusion 32, whereby at least a portion of the stopper 3 is faced to a gap between the outer tube 1 and the inner tube 10 to achieve a good stopping effect. It will be appreciated that the stop 3 is spaced from the inner barrel 10 to ensure that rotation of the inner barrel 10 is not interfered with, whilst also avoiding wear of the stop 3 by rotation of the inner barrel 10.
As shown in fig. 8, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the stopper 3 is plural or one, and plural stoppers 3 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the front nozzle 1a, whereby the stopper effect of the stopper 3 can be improved. It can be understood that the plurality of stoppers 3 are disposed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the front opening 1a, which can effectively prevent the laundry in the inner tub 10 from entering the outer tub 1, and can ensure the washing effect of the laundry. For example, as shown in fig. 8, there are two stoppers 3, and the two stoppers 3 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the front cylindrical opening 1a and symmetrically with respect to the diameter in the vertical direction of the front cylindrical opening 1 a.
As shown in fig. 6, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the projection of the stopper 3 is formed in a polygonal shape in a plane perpendicular to the rotation center line of the inner cylinder 10 (in a vertical plane where the front end surface or the rear end surface of the outer cylinder 1 is located), whereby the stopper angle and the stopper area of the stopper 3 can be increased, and a better stopper effect can be obtained.

Specifically, when the stopper 3 is assembled with the outer barrel 1, the stopper 3 is pre-positioned by matching the positioning hole 31 with the positioning rib 111, and then the front baffle 2 is installed on the outer barrel 1, so that the stopper 3 is clamped between the front baffle 2 and the outer barrel 1, and the operation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the inner wall of the front nozzle 1a is provided with a fixing plate 11 extending toward a direction close to the center of the front nozzle 1a, and a front surface of the fixing plate 11 is provided with a positioning rib 111. Specifically, one end of the fixing plate 11 is fixed to the inner wall of the front barrel opening 1a, and the other end of the fixing plate 11 extends in a direction close to the central axis of the front barrel opening 1 a. A positioning rib 111 is provided on a surface of the fixing plate 11 on a side close to the front baffle 2, and the positioning hole 31 of the stopper 3 is engaged with the positioning rib 111, so that the stopper 3 can be positioned on the outer cylinder 1 through the fixing plate 11. Optionally, the positioning hole 31 is in interference fit with the positioning rib 111, so that the fit structure between the stopper 3 and the fixing plate 11 is firmer, and the pre-positioning effect can be improved.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the positioning rib 111 includes two sub-positioning ribs 111a, and the two sub-positioning ribs 111a are connected in a crossing manner. As shown in fig. 6, the positioning hole 31 also includes two sub-positioning holes 31, and the two sub-positioning holes 31 are also arranged to intersect. When the positioning rib 111 and the positioning hole 31 are assembled, the two sub-positioning ribs 111a can extend into the corresponding sub-positioning holes 31, so that relative rotation between the stop block 3 and the fixing plate 11 can be prevented, the matching structure of the stop block 3 and the fixing plate 11 is firmer, and the positioning effect is better. It should be noted that the structural design of the positioning rib 111 is not limited to this. For example, the positioning rib 111 may be formed in a triangular prism shape, and the positioning rib 111 may be formed in a polyhedral shape (for example, a rectangular parallelepiped shape).
Alternatively, a plurality of positioning ribs 111 are provided on the fixing plate 11, and the plurality of positioning ribs 111 are provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the fixing plate 11. The stopper 3 is provided with positioning holes 31 corresponding to the plurality of positioning ribs 111 one by one, and each positioning rib 111 can extend into the corresponding positioning hole 31. Therefore, multipoint connection can be achieved between the stop block 3 and the fixing plate 11, and the positioning effect between the stop block 3 and the fixing plate 11 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the front baffle 2 and the tub 1 are hermetically connected by the first sealing ring 9, so that the fitting structure between the front baffle 2 and the tub 1 can be more compact, and the sealing effect of the laundry treating apparatus 100 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, a receiving groove 12 is formed on a front side wall of the outer cylinder 1, the receiving groove 12 is disposed around the front cylinder opening 1a, the first sealing ring 9 is disposed in the receiving groove 12, an annular rib 23 protruding backward is disposed on the front baffle 2, and the annular rib 23 abuts against the first sealing ring 9, so that, by the above arrangement, the receiving groove 12 can facilitate the positioning of the first sealing ring 9, and the annular rib 23 abuts against the first sealing ring 9, which can make the fitting structure between the front baffle 2 and the outer cylinder 1 tighter.
Alternatively, the compression of the first sealing ring 9 is ≧ 20%. It will be appreciated that the first sealing ring 9 may be an elastomeric or flexible material piece. When the annular rib 23 stops against the first sealing ring 9, the first sealing ring 9 is deformed by force, and the compression amount of the first sealing ring 9 is the deformation amount generated by the overall force of the first sealing ring 9. When the compression amount of the first seal ring 9 is too small, the force of the annular bead 23 acting on the first seal ring 9 is too small, thereby affecting the fitting tightness between the front bezel 2 and the outer cylinder 1. The compression amount of the first sealing ring 9 is controlled to be more than or equal to 20%, the compressed part of the first sealing ring 9 can be firmly abutted to the annular convex rib 23 under the action of elastic force, so that the annular bulge and the first sealing ring 9 can be matched more tightly, and the sealing effect between the front baffle 2 and the outer barrel 1 can be ensured. Further, the compression amount of the first seal ring 9 may be 25%.
As shown in fig. 12 to 13, in some embodiments of the present invention, the front barrier 2 includes at least a first plate 21 and a second plate 22, the first plate 21 extends in a ring shape along a circumferential direction of the front barrel opening 1a, the first plate 21 is connected to the outer barrel 1 in a sealing manner, the second plate 22 is connected to an inner side of the first plate 21 and extends forward, and a front end of the second plate 22 can be connected to the door assembly 4 in a sealing manner in a state where the door assembly 4 is closed, whereby the front barrier 2 can be designed in a simpler structure and the front barrier 2 can be fixed conveniently by the above arrangement.
In further embodiments, the first plate body 21 extends in a ring shape in the circumferential direction of the front barrel mouth 1 a. The rear end of the second plate body 22 is connected to the radially inner end of the first plate body 21, and the front end of the second plate body 22 extends forward. Further, the first plate 21 is formed in a circular ring shape. The first plate 21 is screwed to the outer cylinder 1. The second plate body 22 is formed in a cylindrical shape. When the door assembly 4 is in the closed state, the door assembly 4 is in sealing engagement with the front end surface of the second plate body 22. From this, through the aforesaid setting, can make the structural design of preceding baffle 2 simpler, can satisfy the assembly simultaneously and with door plant spare 4 seal fit's demand.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the peripheral wall of the second plate 22 may extend obliquely toward a direction close to the central axis thereof in a rear-to-front direction, so that the peripheral wall of the second plate 22 may form an oblique slope, which may facilitate the opening of the front bezel 2 and improve the production efficiency of the front bezel 2.
Alternatively, the included angle between the peripheral wall of the second plate body 22 and the central axis of the second plate body 22 may be α, and α may satisfy: alpha is more than or equal to 2 degrees. Furthermore, the front baffle 2 can be processed by adopting a punch forming mode, and when the angle alpha is more than or equal to 2 degrees, the front baffle 2 can be conveniently demoulded. For example, α may be 2.5 °.
Further, α may further satisfy: alpha is more than or equal to 3 degrees, and therefore an inclined plane with enough inclination can be formed on the peripheral wall of the second plate body 22, accumulated water on the front baffle 2 can drip along the inclined plane, so that the problem of accumulated water on the front baffle 2 can be solved, dirt can be prevented from being adsorbed on the front baffle 2, and bacteria can be prevented from breeding on the surface of the front baffle 2.
