4.根据权利要求1所述的一种机械零配件油污清洗剂,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的组分:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30份、环氧乙烷环氧丙烷嵌段聚醚16份、腰果酚聚氧烷基醚13份、硬脂酸丁酯10份、硬脂酸25份、方解石8份、聚甲基硅氧烷8份、盐酸20份、硫酸钠6份、食用碱8份、四氢糠醇20份、大苏打8份、除油剂8份、疏水白炭黑4份、氯化亚铁7份、碳酸钠3份、阻燃剂6份、缓蚀剂5份、分散剂3份。
5.一种机械零配件油污清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括下列步骤:
(1)称取相应重量份数的以上各组分;
(2)将对应组分的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、环氧乙烷环氧丙烷嵌段聚醚、腰果酚聚氧烷基醚、硬脂酸丁酯、硬脂酸、方解石、聚甲基硅氧烷、硫酸钠、四氢糠醇、除油剂、疏水白炭黑、氯化亚铁和碳酸钠放入搅拌器中搅拌,得到混合液;
(3)将对应组分的盐酸、食用碱和大苏打加入到步骤(2)的混合液中,加入二分之一的去离子水,搅拌器中搅拌5min,得到静置溶液;
(4)将对应组分的阻燃剂、缓蚀剂、分散剂加入到步骤(3)中的静置液中,再加入二分之一的去离子水即可。
