Abstract

本发明提供了一种聚氨酯木器漆,包括主剂、固化剂、稀释剂,所述主剂是由下列重量份的原料组成:50‑80份哑光羟基丙烯酸树脂、2‑3份防沉剂、0.2‑0.5份消泡剂、0.1‑0.3份润湿剂、2‑10份明耐粉、0‑15份滑石粉、4‑6份硬脂酸锌粉、5‑20份乙酸丁酯。木器家具使用油性漆涂装,放置一段时间后,涂膜顺着导管塌陷,严重影响家具成品美观及销售,这是涂层收缩率高,形成不了一层致密封闭涂层,致使底漆涂层不能完全支撑面涂层,出现显露导管,顺着导管塌陷产生的弊病。本发明采用的哑光羟基丙烯酸树脂提高聚氨酯木器漆的附着力及柔韧性,确保聚氨酯木器漆不易开裂塌陷,改良聚氨酯木器漆的物理性能。

一种聚氨酯木器漆及制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明属于涂料组合物技术领域,涉及一种涂装实木导管防止塌陷的聚氨酯木器漆及制备方法和应用。
背景技术
在家具装修木器涂装领域,油漆的施工性能好坏,取决于选择树脂的性能是否优裕,选择一款树脂运用决定着木器涂料主要性能体现,提高树脂运用性能也就是提升相对应涂料市场份额。木器家具使用油性漆涂装,放置一段时间后,涂膜顺着导管塌陷,严重影响家具成品美观及销售,这是涂层收缩率高,形成不了一层致密封闭涂层,致使底漆涂层不能完全支撑面涂层,出现显露导管,顺着导管塌陷产生的弊病。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种聚氨酯木器漆及制备方法和应用,以至少解决现有聚氨酯木器漆易顺着导管塌陷的问题。
本发明提供了一种聚氨酯木器漆,包括主剂、固化剂、稀释剂,所述主剂是由下列重量份的原料组成:50-80份哑光羟基丙烯酸树脂、2-3份防沉剂、0.2-0.5份消泡剂、0.1-0.3份润湿剂、2-10份明耐粉、0-15份滑石粉、4-6份硬脂酸锌粉、5-20份乙酸丁酯。
进一步地,所述丙烯酸树脂选自哑光羟基丙烯酸树脂,优选地,所述丙烯酸树脂的羟值为60-90。
进一步地,所述防沉剂选自聚酰胺蜡、聚乙烯蜡中的一种或两种。
进一步地,所述消泡剂为不含有机硅的破泡聚合物溶液,所述润湿剂为聚醚改性有机硅。
进一步地,所述明耐粉为微细明耐粉,所述滑石粉为微细滑石粉。
进一步地,所述主剂是由包括如下重量份的原料组成:60-80份哑光羟基丙烯酸树脂、2-3份防沉剂、0.2-0.5份消泡剂、0.1-0.3份润湿剂、2-10份明耐粉、5-10份滑石粉、4-6份硬脂酸锌粉、5-10份乙酸丁酯。
进一步地,所述固化剂由40-60份乙酸丁酯,20-40份甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体,5-20份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体混合而成;
优选地,按100重量份计,所述固化剂由包括40-60份乙酸丁酯,30-40份甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体,5-10份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体混合而成;甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体的NCO为7-9%,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体的NCO为19-20%。
进一步地,所述稀释剂由包括60-80份乙酸丁酯,20-40份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯组成。
本发明还公开上述聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法,包括步骤如下:
步骤1:将丙烯酸树脂和40-60%重量的乙酸丁酯分散均匀,然后加入防沉剂,分散至细度≤40um,再加入滑石粉、明耐粉和硬脂酸锌粉,分散至细度≤60um;最后加入消泡剂、润湿剂和剩余乙酸丁酯,分散均匀,即得主剂;
步骤2:将主剂、固化剂、稀释剂各自独立包装。
本发明还公开上述聚氨酯木器漆的应用,所述主剂、固化剂、稀释剂的重量比为1:0.3:0.2,所述应用方法具体为:将主剂和固化剂按比例混合均匀后,加入稀释剂混匀,按照8-12m2/kg对实木或木皮材质工件进行喷涂,于5-40℃下自然干燥4-12h。
本发明相对于现有技术,采用的哑光羟基丙烯酸树脂提高聚氨酯木器漆的附着力及柔韧性,确保聚氨酯木器漆不易开裂塌陷,改良聚氨酯木器漆的物理性能。
具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
本发明实施例聚氨酯木器漆的主剂、固化剂、稀释剂按照重量比1:0.3:0.2混合。
本发明实施例原料来源为:丙烯酸树脂羟值为60,采用同德公司哑光羟基丙烯酸树脂ACR6552;滑石粉为微细滑石粉,采用佛山市南海区绅鹏装饰材料有限公司的蓝蝶牌滑石粉;明耐粉为微细明耐粉,采用惠州新圩坤林精细矿粉厂产品;硬脂酸锌粉选用汉维公司产品TV-P型号;防沉剂选用帝司巴隆的聚酰胺蜡6900-HV,氧化聚乙烯蜡4200-10;消泡剂为不含有机硅的破泡聚合物溶液,选用三化助剂的AC270;润湿剂为聚醚改性有机硅,选用迪高的TegoKL245。
甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体为Bayer公司的IL-1451,三聚体中NCO含量为7.4%,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体为Bayer公司的N3390,三聚体中NCO含量为19.6%。
本发明实施例聚氨酯木器漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将哑光羟基丙烯酸树脂120kg投入到分散缸中,开机低速600转/分钟;
(2)在低速600转/分钟搅拌下加入防沉剂1.2kg及3kg,高速1200转/分钟分散5分钟至细度≤40um;
(3)在低速600转/分钟搅拌下依次投入滑石粉4kg、明耐粉20kg、硬脂酸锌粉12kg,高速1200转/分钟分散15-20分钟至细度≤60um;
(4)在低速600转/分钟搅拌下依次加入消泡剂1kg、润湿剂0.6kg、乙酸丁酯38.2kg,中速800转/分钟分散5分钟至均匀,过滤,即得主剂;
(5)将乙酸丁酯和甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体及六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体投料于200立升搅拌机中,以300-400r/min搅拌均匀制得清透固化剂组分;
(6)将乙酸丁酯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯投料于200立升溶剂缸中,以300-400r/min搅拌均匀制得水清透明稀释剂组分;
(7)将主剂、固化剂、稀释剂各自独立包装即得。
实施例1
本发明实施例主剂是由如下组分制备得到的:
哑光羟基丙烯酸树脂:120份
预活化聚酰胺蜡:1.2份
氧化聚乙烯蜡:3份
消泡剂:1份
润湿剂:0.6份
明耐粉:20份
滑石粉:4份
硬脂酸锌粉:12份
乙酸丁酯:38.2份
固化剂为乙酸丁酯100份,甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体80份,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体20份。
稀释剂为乙酸丁酯160份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯40份。
实施例2
本发明实施例主剂是由如下组分制备得到的:
哑光羟基丙烯酸树脂:150份
预活化聚酰胺蜡:1.2份
氧化聚乙烯蜡:3份
消泡剂:1份
润湿剂:0.6份
明耐粉:10份
滑石粉:5份
硬脂酸锌粉:10份
乙酸丁酯:19.2份
所述固化剂为:乙酸丁酯80份,甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体80份,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体40份。
所述稀释剂为:乙酸丁酯180份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯20份。
按照主剂、固化剂、稀释剂重量配比为1:0.3:0.2的比例,分别称取实施例1和实施例2的各组分,先将主剂和固化剂混匀,再加入稀释剂混匀,采用无气喷涂进行施工,每遍施工涂覆面积为12m2/kg,干燥条件为:干燥温度25℃,干燥时间8小时,干燥方法为自然干燥;制得PU透明底漆涂膜。采用相关标准方法进行检测,结果如下:

本发明实施例与采用醇酸树脂制成底漆的对照例进行施工及其涂膜评估综合性能实验性能对比,具体如下表所示:

经过检测,漆膜的柔韧性能在12mm以内,且厚涂200微米时,在-30℃至50℃冷热循环下不开裂不塌陷,说明本发明实施例聚氨酯木器漆具有良好的附着力、柔韧性、不易开裂塌陷性能。

1.一种聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于:包括主剂、固化剂、稀释剂,所述主剂是由下列重量份的原料组成:50-80份哑光羟基丙烯酸树脂、2-3份防沉剂、0.2-0.5份消泡剂、0.1-0.3份润湿剂、2-10份明耐粉、0-15份滑石粉、4-6份硬脂酸锌粉、5-20份乙酸丁酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸树脂选自哑光羟基丙烯酸树脂,优选地,所述丙烯酸树脂的羟值为60-90。
3.根据权利要求1所述聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于,所述防沉剂选自聚酰胺蜡、聚乙烯蜡中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为不含有机硅的破泡聚合物溶液,所述润湿剂为聚醚改性有机硅。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于,所述明耐粉为微细明耐粉,所述滑石粉为微细滑石粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于,所述主剂是由包括如下重量份的原料组成:60-80份哑光羟基丙烯酸树脂、2-3份防沉剂、0.2-0.5份消泡剂、0.1-0.3份润湿剂、2-10份明耐粉、5-10份滑石粉、4-6份硬脂酸锌粉、5-10份乙酸丁酯。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一所述聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于,所述固化剂由40-60份乙酸丁酯,20-40份甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体,5-20份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体混合而成;
优选地,按100重量份计,所述固化剂由包括40-60份乙酸丁酯,30-40份甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体,5-10份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体混合而成;甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体的NCO为7-9%,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体的NCO为19-20%。
8.根据权利要求1所述聚氨酯木器漆,其特征在于,所述稀释剂由包括60-80份乙酸丁酯,20-40份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯组成。

步骤1:将丙烯酸树脂和40-60%重量的乙酸丁酯分散均匀,然后加入防沉剂,分散至细度≤40um,再加入滑石粉、明耐粉和硬脂酸锌粉,分散至细度≤60um;最后加入消泡剂、润湿剂和剩余乙酸丁酯,分散均匀,即得主剂;
步骤2:将主剂、固化剂、稀释剂各自独立包装。
