The spray transparent primer for the LED-UV woodenware paster according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the wetting dispersant is polyoxyethylene siloxane, the polyoxyethylene siloxane is polymerized by 5-10 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene monomer and 20-50 parts by weight of organosilicon monomer, the polyoxyethylene monomer is selected from one or more of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol, and the organosilicon monomer is selected from one or more of methyl chlorosilane, phenyl chlorosilane, methyl vinyl chlorosilane, ethyl trichlorosilane, propyl trichlorosilane, vinyl trichlorosilane, gamma-chloropropyl trichlorosilane and fluorine silicon monomer.
9. The spray transparent primer for the LED-UV woodenware paster according to claim 8, wherein the preparation method of the polyoxyethylene siloxane is as follows:
step 1: mixing 5-10 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene monomer and 5-10 parts by weight of organosilicon monomer, adding 10-20 times of acid-binding agent and 5-20 times of dimethylbenzene, and carrying out reflux reaction for 12-40 hours;
step 2: carrying out suction filtration on the mixture obtained in the step 1, removing solids, carrying out spin drying, adding the rest organic silicon monomer, and reacting for 24-72 hours at 40-80 ℃;
and step 3: and (3) washing the mixture obtained in the step (2) with equal weight of water, and drying to obtain the polyoxyethylene siloxane.
10. The preparation method of the transparent spraying primer for the woodware paster as claimed in any one of claims 1-9 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, under the condition of isolating ultraviolet irradiation, slowly stirring 50% of the added monomer, the epoxidized soybean oil acrylate resin, the self-initiated polyester acrylate resin, the photoinitiator, the anti-settling agent, the wetting dispersant and the defoamer in sequence according to the proportion until the monomers, the epoxy soybean oil acrylate resin, the self-initiated polyester acrylate resin, the photoinitiator, the anti-settling agent, the wetting dispersant and the defoamer are uniformly mixed, keeping the temperature of the mixed materials to be less than 50 ℃ and the stirring speed to be 1000-1200 rpm for 15 minutes;
step two, the filling powder according to the proportion is slowly added at the stirring speed of 500 plus materials at 800 rpm, and is dispersed for 15 minutes at the stirring speed of 1000 plus materials at 1200 rpm until the fineness is less than 50um,
and step three, adding the remaining 50 percent of monomers according to the proportion, and dispersing for 5 minutes at the stirring speed of 500 plus materials at 800 rpm to obtain the spraying transparent primer for the LED-UV wood sticker.
