技术领域
本发明涉及铁水包浇注料技术领域,特别是涉及一种耐火保温的铁水包浇注料。
背景技术
目前国内外绝大多数中小型铁水包包衬都使用普通耐火浇注料制作而成。传统耐火浇注料材质多为粘土质和高铝质,也有镁质、铬质、锆英石质等。它们都有共同的特点,就是加入了大量的粘土和结合剂,以保证材料的强度,便于施工。而粘土和结合剂的加入会导致浇注料的耐火度降低,在高温下产生液相收缩,易被铁水浸润而导致损毁,故现有普通浇注料用作铁水包衬时,使用寿命较短。
近年来,随着超微粉和新型外加剂等技术的发展,在铁水包浇注料中加入碳化硅,能显著提高铁水包的寿命。碳化硅是一种性能优良的耐火原料,具有热传导高、热膨胀低、热震稳定性好以及与炉渣不发生反应等诸多优点。在铁水包浇注料中加入适量的碳化硅,可以显著提高浇注料的耐高温强度和热震稳定,以及提高铁水包衬的抗铁水和熔渣侵蚀的能力。尽管如此,但是由于碳化硅体积密度大,热导率高,在与高铝矾土骨料配合使用时,容易导致铁水包散热过快,从而影响铁水包的保温效果,经常出现铁水粘包现象,影响浇包和生产进度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种耐火保温的铁水包浇注料,其在现有的铁水包浇注料中同时加入适量的碳化硅和焦宝石,从而提高铁水包的耐高温强度和保温性能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种耐火保温的铁水包浇注料,其组分按质量百分比如下:集料60~90%,结合剂0~10%,分散剂0~5%,减水剂0~5%;其中,所述集料由焦宝石、莫来石和碳化硅组成;所述结合剂由耐火水泥、纯铝酸盐水泥和耐火粘土中的一种或几种组成;所述分散剂由三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、柠檬酸钠、纳米氧化铝中的一种或几种组成;所述减水剂由乙酸乙酯、纳米二氧化硅中的一种或几种组成。
优选的,所述集料组分按质量百分比如下:5~3mm焦宝石骨料20~30%, 3~1mm焦宝石骨料10~20%,1~0mm莫来石骨料15~30%,200目焦宝石粉料0~15%,1250目碳化硅粉料3~6%。
优选的,所述焦宝石中Al2O3含量不小于45%,Fe2O3含量不大于1.2%,密度不小于2.50g/cm3。
优选的,所述结合剂包括3~7%的耐火水泥、2~5%的耐火粘土,其中,耐火水泥为纯铝酸钙水泥,目数≥300~500目,耐火粘土中Al2O3的含量为40~45%,耐火粘土中细度<200目的占90%。
优选的,所述分散剂包括0~5%的三聚磷酸钠、0~5%的纳米氧化铝,其中,三聚磷酸钠中粒度<1mm的占98%,纳米氧化铝的细度为20~45nm。
优选的,所述减水剂为纳米二氧化硅,其中,纳米二氧化硅中细度<20~40nm的占99.6%。
优选的,采用一种耐火保温的铁水包浇注料制作铁水包的方法:严格按配比将集料、结合剂、分散剂和减水剂称取,倒入搅拌机中,加水5%~7%,搅拌3分钟使其混合均匀,变成具有一定流动性的砂浆,将砂浆灌入模具内,自然环境下干燥24小时固化后脱模烘烤,烘烤完成后即可。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,并不是把本发明的实施范围限制于此。
实施例一。
本实施例采用的一种耐火保温的铁水包浇注料,其组分为:
a)集料:5~3mm焦宝石骨料20~30%,
3~1mm焦宝石骨料10~20%,
1~0mm莫来石骨料15~30%,
200目焦宝石粉料0~15%,
1250目碳化硅粉料3~6%;
b)结合剂:耐火水泥3~7%、耐火粘土2~5%,其中,耐火水泥为纯铝酸钙水泥,目数≥300~500目,耐火粘土中Al2O3的含量为40~45%,耐火粘土中细度<200目的占90%;
c)分散剂:三聚磷酸钠0~5%,三聚磷酸钠中粒度<1mm的占98%;
d)减水剂:纳米二氧化硅0~5%;
各固体组分之和为100%。
实施例二。
本实施例采用的一种耐火保温的铁水包浇注料,其组分为:
a)集料:5~3mm焦宝石骨料20~30%,
3~1mm焦宝石骨料10~20%,
1~0mm莫来石骨料15~30%,
200目焦宝石粉料0~15%,
1250目碳化硅粉料3~6%;
b)结合剂:耐火水泥3~7%、耐火粘土2~5%;
c)分散剂:纳米氧化铝0~5%,纳米氧化铝的细度为20~45nm;
d)减水剂:纳米二氧化硅0~5%;
各固体组分之和为100%。
实施例三。
本实施例采用的一种耐火保温的铁水包浇注料,其组分为:
a)集料:5~3mm焦宝石骨料30%,
3~1mm焦宝石骨料20%,
1~0mm莫来石骨料15%,
200目焦宝石粉料15%,
1250目碳化硅粉料5%;
b)结合剂:耐火水泥5%、耐火粘土2%;
c)分散剂:三聚磷酸钠0.2%,纳米氧化铝3.8%;
d)减水剂:纳米二氧化硅4%;
分别采用上述三个实施例的组分配比浇注料,然后倒入搅拌机中,加水5%~7%,搅拌3分钟使其混合均匀,变成具有一定流动性的砂浆,将砂浆灌入模具内,自然环境下干燥24小时固化后脱模烘烤成型。相比现有的普通浇注料铁水包的使用寿命在700炉左右,且在浇注过程中铁水温降在120℃以上,还经常发生铁水粘包现象;本发明的三个实施例浇注料铁水包,整体使用寿命达到1130炉~1180炉的炉龄,而且铁水包中铁水温降均控制在50℃以内,没有再发生铁水粘包的现象。

1.一种耐火保温的铁水包浇注料,其特征在于:其组分按质量百分比如下:集料60~90%,结合剂0~10%,分散剂0~5%,减水剂0~5%;其中,所述集料由焦宝石、莫来石和碳化硅组成;所述结合剂由耐火水泥、纯铝酸盐水泥和耐火粘土中的一种或几种组成;所述分散剂由三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、柠檬酸钠、纳米氧化铝中的一种或几种组成;所述减水剂由乙酸乙酯、纳米二氧化硅中的一种或几种组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火保温的铁水包浇注料,其特征在于:所述集料组分按质量百分比如下:5~3mm焦宝石骨料20~30%, 3~1mm焦宝石骨料10~20%,1~0mm莫来石骨料15~30%,200目焦宝石粉料0~15%,1250目碳化硅粉料3~6%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐火保温的铁水包浇注料,其特征在于:所述焦宝石中Al2O3含量大于45%,Fe2O3含量小于1.2%,密度大于2.50g/cm3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火保温的铁水包浇注料,其特征在于:所述结合剂包括3~7%的耐火水泥、2~5%的耐火粘土,其中,耐火水泥为纯铝酸钙水泥,目数≥300~500目,耐火粘土中Al2O3的含量为40~45%,耐火粘土中细度<200目的占90%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火保温的铁水包浇注料,其特征在于:所述分散剂包括0~5%的三聚磷酸钠、0~5%的纳米氧化铝,其中,三聚磷酸钠中粒度<1mm的占98%,纳米氧化铝的细度为20~45nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐火保温的铁水包浇注料,其特征在于:所述减水剂为纳米二氧化硅,其中,纳米二氧化硅中细度<20~40nm的占99.6%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的采用一种耐火保温的铁水包浇注料制作铁水包的方法,其特征在于:严格按配比将集料、结合剂、分散剂和减水剂称取,倒入搅拌机中,加水5%~7%,搅拌3分钟使其混合均匀,变成具有一定流动性的砂浆,将砂浆灌入模具内,自然环境下干燥24小时固化后脱模烘烤,烘烤完成后即可。
