Description

Tool for recovering marine pipe
Technical Field
The invention relates to a marine vessel maintenance technology, in particular to a marine vessel recovery tool.
Background
In recent years, the number of deepwater marine pipes is increasing, and accidents of marine pipe damage are more and more frequent due to the long years of marine pipe design and construction, pipeline corrosion, towing of trawlers and the like. Once the sea pipe is damaged, the sea pipe brings huge threats to the production of marine environment and oil and gas fields. When a submarine pipeline is damaged, a common maintenance method is to recover the pipeline to the water surface for maintenance and then lower the pipeline to the seabed. The recovery process of the marine pipe needs special tools to complete the recovery operation.
At present, an experimental marine vessel recovery tool (PRT) is provided at home, but the tool is inserted into a steel pipe to complete marine vessel recovery operation, and cannot be used for recovery operation of marine vessels, cables and the like; meanwhile, due to size limitation, the PRT with one specification can only recover steel pipes with corresponding pipe diameters, and the recovery conditions of a plurality of sea pipes with different pipe diameters cannot be met. No special tool for the recovery of submarine pipelines and cables, especially for deep sea pipelines of more than 300 meters, has been found.
The pipeline water depth of 3-1 gas field of the lychee bay put into production in China at present reaches 1500 meters, and the water depth of 17-2 project of the developed cemetery reaches 1700 meters. Once the pipeline of the deepwater oil and gas field leaks, serious marine environmental pollution and huge economic loss can be caused, and the research on deepwater marine pipe emergency maintenance equipment is not slow.
