The fixed sensor is arranged on a cross brace 12 of the frame 1, and when the paper pulling assembly 6 passes through, the sensor can emit laser to detect the position of an object. After the paper pulling assembly 6 passes through the sensor to transmit laser, the sensor feeds back an electric signal, the control system judges that the paper pulling assembly passes through, and then the control system outputs a signal to stop a speed reducing motor driving the paper pulling assembly, so that positioning is completed. The installation mode and the signal transmission route of the control system and the sensor are all the prior art, and are not described herein again.
