The simple tool magazine device for a vertical milling machine according to claim 1, wherein the high tool rest left clamping jaw is arranged opposite to the high tool rest right clamping jaw, and a region between the high tool rest left clamping jaw and the high tool rest right clamping jaw is a tool clamping region.

The simple tool magazine device for the vertical milling machine according to claim 1, wherein the protective cover comprises a low tool rest cover, a high tool rest cover, a top plate and a side protective plate, and the low tool rest cover and the high tool rest cover are respectively connected to two ends of the top plate and are positioned below the top plate; the top edge of the side protection plate is connected with the top plate, and two side edges of the side protection plate are respectively connected with the low tool rest cover and the high tool rest cover; and the end part of a piston rod of the vertical cylinder is fixedly connected with the center of the bottom of the top plate.

The simple tool magazine device for the vertical milling machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the horizontal cylinder and the vertical cylinder are provided with magnetic rings in the pistons, and magnetic switches are provided at two ends of the outer cylinder body of the horizontal cylinder and the vertical cylinder.

The use method of the simple tool magazine device for the vertical milling machine is characterized by comprising the following steps of: when tool changing is started, a piston rod of the vertical cylinder moves upwards to drive the protective cover to ascend, so that the protective cover ascends to the position above the low tool rest and the high tool rest, then the piston rod of the horizontal cylinder retracts to drive the sliding block to move towards one side of the low tool rest and one side of the high tool rest, so that the protective cover and the vertical cylinder which are positioned on the sliding block slide together with the sliding block and gradually leave away from the low tool rest and the high tool rest;
when a tool on a high tool rest needs to be replaced, the main shaft of the milling machine overcomes the elasticity of a clamping spring of the low tool rest through thrust, the tool is placed in a tool clamping area of the low tool rest, and then the milling machine releases the tool through tool-pulling rod loosening action of the main shaft; then the main shaft moves to the area where the high tool rest is located, the tool apron aligns to a tool on the high tool rest, then the milling machine clamps the tool through the broach action of a main shaft broach rod, the elasticity of a clamping spring of the high tool rest is overcome through tension, and the tool is taken out from the tool clamping area of the high tool rest;
when the tool needs to be replaced by a tool on a lower tool rest, the main shaft of the milling machine overcomes the elasticity of a clamping spring of the higher tool rest through thrust, the tool is placed in a tool clamping area of the higher tool rest, and then the milling machine releases the tool through tool-pulling rod loosening action of the main shaft; then the main shaft moves to the area where the lower tool rest is located, the tool apron aligns to a tool on the lower tool rest, then the milling machine clamps the tool through the tool drawing action of a tool drawing rod of the main shaft, the elastic force of a clamping spring of the lower tool rest is overcome through the tensile force, and the tool is taken out from the tool clamping area of the lower tool rest;
after tool changing is finished, a piston rod of the horizontal cylinder extends outwards, so that the protective cover and the vertical cylinder which are positioned on the sliding block slide together with the sliding block and are gradually close to the lower tool rest and the upper tool rest; after the protective cover reaches the upper parts of the lower knife rest and the upper knife rest, the piston rod of the vertical cylinder moves downwards to drive the protective cover to descend until the lower knife rest and the upper knife rest are covered, and the protection of the upper knife rest and the lower knife rest is finished.
