Abstract
The invention relates to an environment-friendly multifunctional double-cavity ethylene oxide sterilizing cabinet, belonging to the technical field of the invention and an ethylene oxide sterilizing cabinet which is widely used in the fields of medical sterilization and the like, in particular to an environment-friendly multifunctional ethylene oxide sterilizing cabinet which has a double-cavity structure and can automatically treat ethylene oxide waste gas. Background
Ethylene oxide is a spectral sterilizing agent which can kill various microorganisms at normal temperature and can penetrate the package of medical instruments, and therefore, it is widely used as a sterilizing agent for medical instruments and is sterilized with ethylene oxide gas when used as a sterilizing agent. Ethylene oxide belongs to chemical hazardous articles, is flammable and explosive toxic gas, and is directly discharged to pollute the environment. At present, medical equipment products sterilized by the ethylene oxide sterilizing cabinet can be used only by forced analysis or natural analysis for more than one week. The optimum desorption temperature of the ethylene oxide sterilization product is generally about 40-60 ℃, and the forced desorption is to carry out forced ventilation on the ethylene oxide sterilization product under the condition of keeping the proper temperature of the ethylene oxide sterilization product about 40-60 ℃, so that the ethylene oxide residue in the sterilization product can be quickly volatilized and released; the ethylene oxide waste gas after the sterilization of the existing ethylene oxide sterilization cabinet is directly discharged to the atmosphere or discharged after being dissolved in water, and in order to meet the environmental protection requirement of the discharge of the ethylene oxide sterilization waste gas, a set of ethylene oxide waste gas treatment system device is additionally added in the existing ethylene oxide sterilization cabinet; when the sterilization effect of the existing ethylene oxide sterilization cabinet is detected, the existing ethylene oxide sterilization cabinet takes out a bacillus subtilis tube or a bacillus slice which is put in a sterilization product and then sends the bacillus subtilis tube or the bacillus slice to a laboratory for culture detection.

3. the sterilization cabinet is also provided with a constant temperature incubator at 37 ℃, and bacillus subtilis tubes can be cultured to monitor the ethylene oxide sterilization effect.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
1. two identical sterilization cavities are designed and used in a sterilization cabinet, a set of forced analysis system is added, the two sterilization cavities share one sterilization system and one analysis system, the two cavities are controlled by a computer program to be sterilized and used simultaneously, one cavity is sterilized, the other cavity is analyzed, and the sterilization is not delayed. Meanwhile, the invention adds a set of forced analysis system, which comprises: the medium-pressure fan, the computer control program and the ventilation pipeline controlled by the computer control program. The analysis mode of the forced analysis system is different from the negative pressure analysis mode of the prior ethylene oxide sterilization cabinet which adopts a vacuum pump to extract waste gas in the sterilization cabinet after sterilization, but adopts a computer-controlled positive pressure intermittent exhaust analysis mode, namely, the mode of analyzing the waste gas exhausted by the prior ethylene oxide sterilization cabinet by adopting the negative pressure of the vacuum pump to exhaust air is changed into the positive pressure exhaust analysis mode of blowing air into the sterilization cabinet by a medium pressure fan, namely, the air exhaust mode is changed into the air blowing mode, and the exhaust volume of the medium pressure fan is more than ten times of the exhaust volume of the vacuum pump under the same power, so the exhaust efficiency of the invention is more than ten times of the exhaust efficiency of the prior ethylene oxide sterilization cabinet. The intermittent type is that the medium-pressure fan exhausts the waste gas of the sterilization cabinet for a certain time, then the exhaust is stopped, and the exhaust is performed after the residual waste gas of ethylene oxide is volatilized by the sterilized articles in the cabinet, so as to save energy consumption, generally, ten minutes are exhausted, ten minutes are stopped, and the intermittent analysis is performed in a reciprocating manner, so that the optimal analysis effect is achieved.

3. According to the invention, a constant-temperature (37 ℃) bacteria tube incubator is designed in the system, and after the sterilization of the sterilization cabinet is finished, the sterilized bacillus subtilis spore biological indicator (bacteria tube) is taken out and put into the constant-temperature (37 ℃) bacteria tube incubator for cultivation, and the ethylene oxide sterilization effect of the batch can be detected within 48 hours.
