Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention.
This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, but rather should be construed as broadly as the present invention is capable of modification in various respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. In case of conflict, the present specification, including definitions, will control.
The terms as used herein:
"prepared from … …" is synonymous with "comprising". The terms "comprises," "comprising," "includes," "including," "has," "having," "contains," "containing," or any other variation thereof, as used herein, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a composition, process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements is not necessarily limited to only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such composition, process, method, article, or apparatus.
The conjunction "consisting of … …" excludes any unspecified elements, steps or components. If used in a claim, the phrase is intended to claim as closed, meaning that it does not contain materials other than those described, except for the conventional impurities associated therewith. When the phrase "consisting of … …" appears in a clause of the subject matter of the claims rather than immediately after the subject matter, it defines only the elements described in the clause; other elements are not excluded from the claims as a whole.
When an amount, concentration, or other value or parameter is expressed as a range, preferred range, or as a range of upper preferable values and lower preferable values, this is to be understood as specifically disclosing all ranges formed from any pair of any upper range limit or preferred value and any lower range limit or preferred value, regardless of whether ranges are separately disclosed. For example, when the range "1 ~ 5" is disclosed, the ranges described should be construed to include the ranges "1 ~ 4", "1 ~ 3", "1 ~ 2 and 4 ~ 5", "1 ~ 3 and 5", and the like. When a range of values is described herein, unless otherwise stated, the range is intended to include the endpoints thereof and all integers and fractions within the range.
In these examples, the parts and percentages are by mass unless otherwise indicated.
"part by mass" means a basic unit of measure indicating a mass ratio of a plurality of components, and 1 part may represent any unit mass, for example, 1g or 2.689 g. If we say that the part by mass of the component A is a part by mass and the part by mass of the component B is B part by mass, the ratio of the part by mass of the component A to the part by mass of the component B is a: b. alternatively, the mass of the A component is aK and the mass of the B component is bK (K is an arbitrary number, and represents a multiple factor). It is unmistakable that, unlike the parts by mass, the sum of the parts by mass of all the components is not limited to 100 parts.
"and/or" is used to indicate that one or both of the illustrated conditions may occur, e.g., a and/or B includes (a and B) and (a or B).

The tocopherol acetate is a skin conditioner and an antioxidant, and has a protective effect of preventing skin damage caused by sunlight and ultraviolet rays when being used for a cosmetic component. The bisabolol is extracted from chrysanthemum plants, has the functions of resisting inflammation and inhibiting bacteria, has good stability and good compatibility with skin, reduces skin inflammation, relieves skin acne, prevents acne, effectively improves the anti-irritation capability of the skin, repairs the skin with inflammation injury, and improves the SPF value in a sunscreen product. The dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is effective component of Glycyrrhrizae radix, has antiallergic and moisturizing effects, and has antiinflammatory and tranquilizing effects on inflammation caused by sunshine.
Each of the above raw materials is derived from a commercially available product. Through a large amount of researches, the inventor of the application finds that the grease, the emulsifier, the sun-screening agent and the additive are reasonably compounded and have synergistic interaction, the obtained sun-screening composition has certain sun-screening capacity, is safe and non-irritant, has good skin moistening performance and lip wrinkle fading effect, can effectively improve and improve the elasticity and color of the skin, can avoid or reduce the damage of ultraviolet rays to lips of a human body in daily life, such as red spots, edema, pigmentation and other problems of the lips, has a good treatment effect on the occurred lip inflammation, and can obviously shorten the healing time.

1. Test for Sun protection Properties
It should be noted that the theoretical SPF value is calculated by using a calculation formula of sunscreen data from BASF corporation.
Actually measuring the SPF value, collecting 80 volunteers according to the SPF measuring method in the technical Specification for cosmetic safety, randomly dividing into 8 groups of 10 persons, and irradiating the volunteers for 30min by using a xenon lamp sunlight simulator with standard ultraviolet spectrum by using the sunscreen compositions prepared in the examples 1-4 and the comparative examples 1-4 to obtain the SPF value.
The results of the theoretical values of SPF calculation and the instrumental values of SPF of the sunscreen cosmetics prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 are shown in table 1 below.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002596351670000111
Figure BDA0002596351670000121
The results in the table 1 show that the actual SPF value of the sunscreen composition obtained in the embodiment of the invention is obviously higher than the theoretical SPF value, and the sunscreen capability of synergistic interaction is achieved; and has better sun-screening effect than the sun-screening composition obtained by the comparative proportion.
2. Repair performance testing
40 subjects 18-35 years old are selected, and male and female are not limited, and all have mild cheilitis but other health conditions are good. The subjects were not treated with corticosteroids or other drugs that affect immune function for the first 3 months, and were not treated after cheilitis. The subjects clarified the purpose and requirements of the test, and randomly divided into 8 groups (5 persons per group) to use the sunscreen compositions obtained in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4. The using method comprises the following steps: 2mg/cm according to the standard amount of sun protection test2The sunscreen composition was applied evenly to the surface of the lips 4 times a day (after three meals and before bedtime). The skin condition of lips of the testee was recorded before and after the test, and the skin condition was recorded for 5 points, 4 points for dryness, 3 points for mild peeling, 2 points for moderate peeling, 1 point for mild rhagadia inflammation, 0 point for cheilitis, the recovery rate was (score after test-score before test)/score after test), and the recovery condition of cheilitis was observed after 10 days, and the average after-sun recovery rate of each group was calculated as shown in table 2 below.
TABLE 2
Item Average repair rate
Example 1 85%

Example 3 87%
Example 4 89%
Comparative example 1 61%
Comparative example 2 59%
Comparative example 3 54%
Comparative example 4 63%
The results of table 2 above show that: the sunscreen composition obtained by the embodiment of the invention has obvious anti-inflammation and repair effects on the occurred inflammation of lips.
3. Safety test
80 subjects of 18-35 years old are selected, the subjects with close skin are averagely divided into 8 groups, 10 subjects in each group are respectively tried out correspondingly from the sunscreen compositions obtained in the embodiments 1-4 and the comparative examples 1-4, and the sunscreen compositions are smeared on the back to carry out the spot test and adopt the spot test. The sunscreen cosmetic samples obtained in the above examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were distributed in the spot laboratory in order, and a blank control was prepared and marked. Cleaning the back of each subject serving as a test part, attaching the corresponding group of the sunscreen cosmetics to the test part, observing after 24 hours, observing whether erythema or abnormality occurs, and recording and counting.
The results were evaluated in reference to Table 3.
