Reference numerals: the temperature-sensing probe comprises an anti-slip layer (1), a heat insulation layer (2), a reflection layer (3), a heating layer (4), a graphene composite metal heat conduction layer (5), a buffer layer (6), a surface layer (7), a temperature-sensing probe (8), a power line (9), a temperature controller (10) and a plug (11).
Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples, but the scope of the invention is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1, the electric heating carpet sequentially comprises an anti-slip layer (1), a heat insulation layer (2), a reflection layer (3), a heating layer (4), a graphene composite metal heat conduction layer (5), a buffer layer (6) and a surface layer (7) from a bottom layer to the surface layer.
As shown in figure 2, the electric heating carpet is connected with a temperature controller (10) through a power line (9), and the temperature controller (10) detects the temperature in the carpet through a temperature sensing probe (8).
When the plug (11) is connected with a power supply, the heating layer starts to heat when being electrified, and meanwhile, the graphene metal heat conduction layer starts to transfer heat, so that the heat is uniformly distributed and is emitted from the surface layer. Preferably, the heat insulation layer can effectively prevent heat from being radiated from the bottom; preferably, far infrared rays radiated from the heating layer are also radiated from the surface layer of the carpet through the reflection layer; preferably, when the indoor temperature reaches the set temperature or the temperature inside the carpet reaches the set protection temperature of the temperature controller, the temperature controller is automatically powered off, and when the indoor temperature is reduced to the starting temperature of the temperature controller, the temperature controller is automatically powered on for heating.
According to the invention, the graphene metal heat conduction layer is used for heat dissipation, the temperature controller is used for controlling the temperature, and the graphene far infrared heating film is used as a heating body, so that the functions of energy conservation, quick temperature rise and uniform temperature distribution are realized.
