The invention provides a backlight module and a display device, wherein the backlight module comprises: the back plate comprises a side wall, and a first fixing part is arranged on the back plate; the light guide plate is positioned in the back plate; the light guide plate and the back plate are arranged at intervals; wherein a fixing piece is arranged between the back plate and the light guide plate; the fixing piece is provided with a second fixing part, and the first fixing part and the second fixing part are matched with each other to limit the position of the light guide plate. The backlight module and the display device can avoid the position of the light guide plate from deviating and improve the display effect.

The following description of the embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings for illustrating the specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced. In the present invention, directional terms such as "up", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "inner", "outer", "side", etc. refer to directions of the attached drawings. Accordingly, the directional terms used are used for explanation and understanding of the present invention, and are not used for limiting the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a conventional backlight module 10 includes a back plate 11, a reflective sheet 12, a light guide plate 13 and an optical module 14. Wherein a fixing member 15 is disposed between the light guide plate 13 and the back plate 11, and the fixing member 15 surrounds a periphery of the light guide plate 13.
The conventional display device further includes a display panel 20, a cover plate 21 and a housing 22, wherein the display panel 20 is disposed above the backlight module 10, and the cover plate 21 is disposed above the display panel 20. The backlight module 10 and the display panel 20 are both located within a housing 22.
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, fig. 5 is a partial cross-sectional view of a backlight module according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the backlight module of the present embodiment includes a back plate 31 and a fixing member 32, and further includes a reflective sheet 33, a light guide plate 34 and an optical module 35, wherein the reflective sheet 33, the light guide plate 34 and the optical module 35 are all located in the back plate 31. The reflecting sheet 33 is positioned on the light incident side of the light guide plate 34; the optical module 35 is located on the light-emitting side of the light guide plate 34.
Referring to fig. 6, the back plate 31 includes a side wall 312, and in an embodiment, the back plate 31 may further include a bottom plate 311, and the back plate 31 is provided with a first fixing portion 41.
The light guide plate 34 is positioned in the back plate 31; the light guide plate 34 is spaced apart from the back plate 31.
The fixing member 32 is disposed between the back plate 31 and the light guide plate 34; the fixing member 32 is provided with a second fixing portion 42, and the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 42 cooperate with each other to define the position of the light guide plate 34. In one embodiment, to simplify the manufacturing process, the fixing member 32 surrounds the periphery of the light guide plate 34, the second fixing portion 42 is disposed at a bent portion of the fixing member 32, for example, the fixing member 32 is quadrilateral in shape in a top view, and the fixing members 43 are disposed at four inner corners of the quadrilateral. That is, the second fixing portions 42 are provided at four corners of the fixing member.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7 and 8, in order to better prevent the position of the light guide plate from being shifted, one end of the fixing member 32 is connected to one end of the second fixing portion 42, and the fixing member 32 is perpendicular to the second fixing portion 42. For example, in a top view, the second fixing portion 42 extends inward from the inner edge of the fixing member 32, in other words, the outer surface of the second fixing portion 42 abuts against the inner surface of the fixing member 32, the second fixing portion 42 and the fixing member 32 are approximately in a two-ring structure, the second fixing portion 42 is approximately in an inner ring, the fixing member 32 is approximately in an outer ring, the inner diameter of the outer ring is equal to the outer diameter of the inner ring, and the second fixing portion 42 is disposed below the fixing member 32 in a front view.
In one embodiment, in order to improve the stability of the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 42 in mutual matching, the second fixing portion 42 is located between the light incident side of the light guide plate 34 and the bottom plate 311.
In one embodiment, the second fixing portion 42 is spaced apart from the reflective sheet 33 to prevent damage to the reflective sheet. That is, the length of the reflective sheet 33 is smaller than that of the light guide plate 34.
In one embodiment, in order to reduce the loss of the light source, the material of the second fixing portion 42 is a transparent flexible material. The fixing member 32 is made of a flexible material, and in one embodiment, in order to improve the utilization rate of the light source, a reflective layer is disposed on a surface of the second fixing portion 42 close to the light guide plate 34.
In one embodiment, in order to further improve the stability of the first fixing portion 41 and the second fixing portion 42 in mutual matching, the first fixing portion 41 is disposed on the bottom plate 311, and the position of the second fixing portion 42 corresponds to the position of the first fixing portion 41, for example, the second fixing portion 42 is disposed below the fixing member 32. Of course, in other embodiments, the first fixing portion 41 may be disposed on the side wall 312, and the second fixing portion 42 may be disposed on the side wall of the fixing member 32.
In one embodiment, the first fixing portion 41 is a groove, and the second fixing portion 42 is a bump; it is understood that, in other embodiments, the first fixing portion 41 is a protrusion, and the second fixing portion 42 is a groove.
Referring to fig. 5, when the first fixing portion 41 is a groove and the second fixing portion 42 is a bump, the height of the second fixing portion 42 is greater than the depth of the first fixing portion 41, and the width of the second fixing portion 42 is greater than the thickness of the reflection sheet 33.
Wherein the backlight module 10 further comprises a light source (not shown in the figure) located between the reflective sheet 33 and the bottom plate 311; in one embodiment, the light source 12 is an organic light emitting diode light bar, although the specific structure of the light source is not limited.
As shown in fig. 9, the display device 100 includes the backlight module 30, and the display device may further include a liquid crystal display panel 20.
The liquid crystal display panel 20 is disposed on the backlight module 10, and in one embodiment, the liquid crystal display panel includes a first polarizer, a body portion, and a first polarizer. Wherein the body part may include first and second substrates and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first and second substrates. In one embodiment, the first substrate may be an array substrate, and the second substrate may be a color filter substrate. The display device can be applied to a display module in an automobile.
The display device 100 may further include a housing 22, and the housing 22 is used for accommodating the liquid crystal display panel 20 and the backlight module 30.
In another embodiment, the display device may further include a touch screen. The display device includes, but is not limited to, an in-vehicle display device.
The first fixing part is arranged on the back plate; and the second fixing part is arranged on the fixing part, so that the first fixing part and the second fixing part are matched with each other as shown by a dotted line frame in fig. 5 and 9, so that the position of the light guide plate is limited, the position of the light guide plate is prevented from being deviated in the vibration process, and the display effect is improved.
The backlight module and the display device comprise a back plate, wherein the back plate comprises a side wall, and a first fixing part is arranged on the back plate; the light guide plate is positioned in the back plate; the light guide plate and the back plate are arranged at intervals; wherein a fixing piece is arranged between the back plate and the light guide plate; the fixing piece is provided with a second fixing part, and the first fixing part and the second fixing part are matched with each other to limit the position of the light guide plate; the first fixing part and the second fixing part are matched with each other to limit the position of the light guide plate, so that the position of the light guide plate is prevented from being deviated, and the display effect is improved.
