As the integration end detection demand file can be generated from original data, can also be generated from a burning file, and can also be the same as the detection end detection demand file, as a preferred embodiment, the integration end detection demand file is a file for detecting the product to be integrated by the integration end, which is generated from any one or more of the burning file corresponding to the product to be integrated, the original data for generating the burning file, and the detection end detection demand file;
the detection requirement file of the detection end is a file which is generated by any one or more of a burning file corresponding to a product to be integrated, original data used for generating the burning file and the detection requirement file of the integration end and is used for detecting the product to be integrated in the preorder detection procedure.
As a preferred embodiment, the burning file is generated based on the feature data and the generic data in the original data uploaded to the first server simultaneously or based on the feature data in the original data uploaded to the first server and the generic data preset in advance in the original data of the second server. The characteristic data refers to difference data of products to be integrated, the products to be integrated are taken as a panel as an example, the characteristic data can be GAMMA (GAMMA adjustment) data and the like, the general data can be panel size, resolution and the like, original data of the products to be integrated can be compiled into files of format types such as csv, hex, bin, dll and the like, and the files can be compressed and related files can be uploaded under the condition that data loss is reduced as much as possible.
Preferably, the integrated end further comprises a detection device or a detection station or a detection process for performing various performance tests or detection processes, and the integrated end detection demand file is acquired based on the integrated data before the burning file is acquired; and the integration end detects the product to be integrated according to the integration end detection demand file to obtain the product to be integrated which is qualified in detection, and the burning file of the product which is qualified in detection is burnt to the integrated product. In this scheme, the integrated end detection requirement file refers to a file used for detection by a detection device of the integrated end, and is mainly used for the integrated end to identify and perform a required detection process on a product, for example, a relevant file for performing functional parameter configuration on the detection device, or a relevant file for performing compensation data, taking demura detection as an example, but the specific type or kind of the integrated end detection requirement file is not particularly limited in this scheme, and all relevant data files used for detection by the integrated end can be referred to as integrated end detection requirement files.
The integration end carries out integration processing on the product to be integrated based on the burning file, or further processes the product to be integrated which is detected again based on the burning file, so as to burn the burning file into the integrated product, generally together with a product main system, for example, together with a main system chip. After the burning integration, the integrated product can be subjected to subsequent treatment according to actual needs, such as assembly of parts, performance detection and other procedures, and finally the integration of the product to be integrated is completed.
The invention also discloses an integration system of the product to be integrated, which is a peripheral product of a drive chip with a non-main control module and comprises an integration end and a first server, wherein the integration end is used for burning a burning file into a main system of the integrated product to complete the integration of the product, and the first server is used for generating corresponding download data by utilizing the factory data of the qualified product to be integrated so as to enable the integration system to realize the steps of the integration method. The implementation principle and technical effect of the system of the invention are similar to those of the method, and are not described herein again.
Corresponding to the detection method and the integration method, the invention also discloses a manufacturing system of the product to be integrated, which comprises a detection end, a first server and an integration end, wherein the detection end is used for realizing the detection of the product to be integrated, the integration end is used for realizing the integration of the product to be integrated, the detection method is realized by using the detection end and the first server, and or the integration method is realized by using the integration end and the first server. The implementation principle and technical effect of the system are similar to those of the method, and are not described herein again.
In contrast to the above detection method, the present invention also discloses a computer-readable medium storing a computer program executable by a terminal device, which, when the program is run on the terminal device, causes the terminal device to perform the steps of the above detection method.
In contrast to the integration method described above, the present invention also discloses a computer-readable medium storing a computer program executable by a terminal device, which, when the program is run on the terminal device, causes the terminal device to perform the steps of the integration method described above.
In correspondence with the above detection method and integration method, the invention also discloses a computer readable medium storing a computer program executable by a terminal device, which, when the program is run on the terminal device, causes the terminal device to perform the steps of the above detection method and/or integration method.
Compared with the detection method, the invention also discloses the terminal equipment which comprises at least one processing unit and at least one storage unit, wherein the storage unit stores a computer program, and when the program is executed by the processing unit, the processing unit executes the steps of the detection method.
Compared with the integration method, the invention also discloses the terminal equipment which comprises at least one processing unit and at least one storage unit, wherein the storage unit stores a computer program, and when the program is executed by the processing unit, the processing unit executes the steps of the integration method.
Corresponding to the detection method and the integration method, the invention also discloses a terminal device which comprises at least one processing unit and at least one storage unit, wherein the storage unit stores a computer program, and when the program is executed by the processing unit, the processing unit executes the steps of the detection method and/or the integration method.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the invention, and that any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (21)

1. A method for detecting a product to be integrated is characterized in that the product to be integrated is a product with a drive chip of a non-master control module, and the method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a detection end obtains a detection end detection demand file corresponding to an unwritten product to be integrated, wherein the detection end detection demand file is generated according to original data of the product to be integrated;
the detection end drives the un-burnt product to be integrated to detect by using the detection end detection requirement file;
and uploading factory data corresponding to the qualified and un-recorded to-be-integrated product to a first server for an integration end in a subsequent integration procedure to obtain, wherein the factory data is used for the integration end to realize the recording of the integrated product of the integrated to-be-integrated product.
2. The method for detecting a product to be integrated according to claim 1, wherein the factory data includes a burn file generated according to the original data or data for acquiring the burn file.
3. The method for detecting a product to be integrated according to claim 1, wherein the factory data is any one or more of a burn file corresponding to the product to be integrated, original data used for generating the burn file, the detection-side detection requirement file, and an integration-side detection requirement file, and wherein the integration-side detection requirement file is a file for detecting the product to be integrated by an integration side in a subsequent integration process, the file being generated by any one or more of the burn file corresponding to the product to be integrated, the original data used for generating the burn file, and the detection-side detection requirement file.
4. The detection method for the product to be integrated according to claim 1, wherein the factory data includes original data, and the burn record file of the product to be integrated is generated at the first server side based on the original data.
5. The method for detecting the product to be integrated according to claim 4, wherein the original data includes feature data and general data required for detection, and the generation of the burn record file is generated based on the feature data and the general data being uploaded to the first server at the same time or based on the feature data uploaded to the first server and the general data preset in the first server in advance.
6. The method for detecting a product to be integrated according to claim 2, wherein the factory data further includes data capable of acquiring a detection requirement file of the integration end, which is generated based on a burn file and/or original data.

The method for detecting a product to be integrated according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the detecting end obtains the detecting end detection requirement file through a second server, and specifically includes generating first upload data based on original data corresponding to the product to be integrated, uploading the first upload data to the second server, obtaining first download data based on the first upload data through the second server, and obtaining the detecting end detection requirement file based on the first download data by the detecting end.

The method for detecting a product to be integrated according to claim 7, wherein the first uploaded data includes original data, and the first downloaded data includes a burning file generated based on feature data and generic data in the original data uploaded to a second server at the same time or based on feature data in the original data uploaded to the second server and generic data preset in the original data of the second server in advance.

The method for detecting and integrating products to be integrated according to claim 7, wherein the second server is the same as or different from the first server, and when the second server is different from the first server, the first server obtains factory data of qualified products from the second server.

The method for detecting the products to be integrated according to claim 7, wherein the number of the products to be integrated is at least one, the number of the detection terminals is at least one, the first downloaded data comprises at least one detection terminal detection requirement file,
each detection end downloads detection end detection requirement files of all products to be integrated required by the detection end from the second server, and acquires the detection end detection requirement files corresponding to the products to be integrated according to the ID of the products to be integrated;
or the detection end uploads the current product ID to be integrated and the work station ID to the second server, and the second server sends the detection end detection requirement file corresponding to the current product ID to be integrated and the work station ID to the detection end.
11. The detection method for the products to be integrated according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein when a plurality of products with consistent detection data are detected, the detection end stores and solidifies the detection requirement file.
12. An integration method of a product to be integrated, for integrating the product to be integrated into an integrated product, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the steps that an integration end used for product integration acquires integration data from a first server which is in communication connection with a detection end in a preorder detection process, wherein the integration data is generated based on factory data which are detected to be qualified and not recorded to be integrated in the preorder detection process and uploaded to the first server, and the factory data are used for the integration end to realize burning of the integrated product to be integrated;
acquiring a burning file corresponding to a product to be integrated which is not burnt based on the integration data;
and burning the burning file to an integrated product to complete the integration of the product to be integrated.

The integration method of a product to be integrated according to claim 12, wherein the integration data is any one or more of a burn record file corresponding to the product to be integrated, original data used for generating the burn record file, and an integration end detection requirement file.
14. The integration method of a product to be integrated according to claim 13, wherein the factory data is any one or more of a burn record file corresponding to the product to be integrated, original data used for generating the burn record file, and an integration end detection requirement file.

The integration method of a product to be integrated according to claim 14, wherein the integration end detection requirement file is a file for detecting the product to be integrated, the file being generated based on any one or more of a burn file corresponding to the product to be integrated, original data used for generating the burn file, and a detection end detection requirement file; or
The detection end detection demand file is a file which is generated based on any one or more of a burning file corresponding to the product to be integrated, original data used for generating the burning file and the integration end detection demand file and is used for detecting the product to be integrated in a preorder detection procedure.

The integration method of a product to be integrated according to claim 12, wherein the burning file is generated based on feature data and general data in original data uploaded to a first server at the same time, or based on feature data in the original data uploaded to the first server and general data in the original data preset in a second server in advance.
17. The integration method of a product to be integrated according to any one of claims 12 to 16, further comprising,
acquiring an integrated terminal detection demand file based on the integrated data before acquiring a burning file;
and detecting the product to be integrated according to the integrated end detection demand file to obtain the product to be integrated which is qualified in detection, and burning the burning file of the product which is qualified in detection to the integrated product.
18. The method of any of claims 12-16, wherein the burning to an integrated product is specifically burning the burning file to a motherboard of the integrated product.

The detection system for the product to be integrated is characterized in that the product to be integrated is a peripheral product of a drive chip with a non-main control module, the detection system comprises a detection end and a first server, the detection end is used for detecting a demand file by using the detection end so as to detect the product to be integrated, the first server is used for acquiring factory data of the product to be integrated, which is qualified in detection, so that the detection system realizes the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 11, and the factory data is used for the integration end to realize burning of the integrated product integrated with the product to be integrated.

An integrated system of a product to be integrated is characterized in that the product to be integrated is a peripheral product of a drive chip with a non-main control module, the integrated system comprises an integrated end and a first server, the integrated end is used for burning a burning file to an integrated product main system to complete product integration, the first server is used for generating corresponding download data by utilizing factory data of the product to be integrated, which is qualified through detection, so that the integrated system realizes the steps of the method according to any one of claims 12 to 18, and the factory data is used for the integrated end to realize burning of the integrated product integrated with the product to be integrated.
