An explosion-proof capacitive liquid level meter comprises a capacitive liquid level meter main body (1) and is characterized in that the lower end of the capacitive liquid level meter main body (1) is fixedly connected with a hollow connecting section (2) through a first limiting component, a first electrode tube (3) is vertically arranged on the lower side of the hollow connecting section (2), a second electrode tube (4) is sleeved outside the first electrode tube (3), the first electrode tube (3) and the second electrode tube (4) are connected with the hollow connecting section (2) through a second limiting component, the first electrode tube (3) and the second electrode tube (4) are both electrically connected with the capacitive liquid level meter main body (1), a first flange (5) is fixedly sleeved on the hollow connecting section (2), a protective sleeve (6) is sleeved outside the second electrode tube (4), a plurality of liquid inlet holes which penetrate through are uniformly distributed on the lower end face of the protective sleeve (6), the liquid inlet holes are communicated with a cavity formed between the second electrode tube (4) and the first electrode tube (3), a second flange plate (7) is fixedly sleeved at the upper end of the protective sleeve (6), the second flange plate (7) is matched with the first flange plate (5), an installation component for fixing is arranged on the first flange plate (5), a plurality of annular damping blocks (8) are uniformly and fixedly arranged in the protective sleeve (6), the annular damping blocks (8) are all sleeved on the second electrode tube (4), and a ventilation component communicated with the second electrode tube (4) is arranged on the side wall of the protective sleeve (6);

the upper ends of the first electrode tube (3) and the second electrode tube (4) are fixedly sleeved with second sealing gaskets (13), the two second sealing gaskets (13) are abutted against the hollow connecting section (2), and the two second sealing gaskets (13) are fixedly connected with the hollow connecting section (2) through a plurality of fourth fastening bolts (14);
the installation assembly comprises a plurality of driven gears (15) which are uniformly arranged on the upper side of a first flange plate (5), the driven gears (15) correspond to a plurality of mounting holes in the first flange plate (5) respectively, the driven gears (15) are rotationally connected with the first flange plate (5), round holes matched with the mounting holes are formed in the driven gears (15), threaded columns (16) are matched in the round holes, a plurality of sliding blocks (17) are uniformly and fixedly arranged on the inner walls of the round holes, a plurality of sliding grooves matched with the sliding blocks (17) are formed in the side walls of the threaded columns (16), annular blocks (18) are sleeved outside the capacitive liquid level meter main body (1), the annular blocks (18) are rotationally connected with the first flange plate (5), a plurality of tooth grooves are uniformly formed in the annular side walls of the annular blocks (18), and the driven gears (15) are meshed with the annular blocks (18), a plurality of short columns (19) are uniformly and fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the annular block (18) in a surrounding manner;
a sealing hoop (20) is sleeved outside the first flange plate (5) in a sliding manner, a fixing block (21) is coaxially and fixedly connected to the upper end of the threaded column (16), a connecting plate (22) is rotatably sleeved on the fixing block (21), and the connecting plate (22) is fixedly connected with the sealing hoop (20);
the anti-abrasion protective sleeve is characterized in that an abrasion-resistant rubber block (25) is fixedly arranged on the inner bottom wall of the protective sleeve (6), two protective grooves matched with the first electrode tube (3) and the second electrode tube (4) are formed in the abrasion-resistant rubber block (25), and a plurality of through holes matched with the liquid inlet holes are formed in the abrasion-resistant rubber block (25).

2) at the moment, the first vent hole in the protective sleeve (6) corresponds to the second vent hole in the second electrode tube (4), the vent tube (23) is driven to rotate through the hexagonal prism block (24), and the vent tube is screwed in and sealed by utilizing the matching relationship between the external thread and the internal thread, so that the space between the second electrode tube (4) and the first electrode tube (3) is ventilated;
3) inserting the protective sleeve (6) into a container to be measured for liquid level, enabling the first flange plate (5) and the second flange plate (7) to be abutted against and corresponding to flange plates on the container, and then rotating the annular block (18) through a plurality of short columns (19) for installation;
4) the ring block (18) drives a plurality of driven gears (15) to rotate when rotating, the driven gears (15) rotate to drive the threaded columns (16) to rotate under the action of the sliding blocks (17) and the sliding grooves, and the threaded columns are screwed into the second flange plate (7) and the flange plate on the container to complete fixation;
