The added alcohols can be mixed with water and various organic solvents, the frost resistance of the finished product can be effectively improved, good fluidity can be maintained in a low-temperature environment, the lubricity of the cutting fluid in the cutting treatment can be improved, the cutting interface can be lubricated quickly, the friction force is reduced, and the cutting efficiency is improved.
The bactericide contains an organosilicon betaine type antibacterial compound, the organosilicon betaine type antibacterial compound has a super-hydrophilic surface with contact angles lower than 10 degrees, has good compatibility with water and other aqueous additives, is used as a broad-spectrum industrial bactericidal preservative, has very good inhibiting and killing effects on common microorganisms, and has good inhibiting and killing effects on fungi, bacteria, saccharomycetes and sulfate reducing bacteria. The cutting fluid has low toxicity, belongs to an environment-friendly biocide and a slow-release bactericide, can be applied to cutting fluid as the bactericide, can protect the stability of products for a long time, prevent quality change, prolong the service life of the cutting fluid, and meet the requirements of aqueous processing fluid.
The silicon dioxide is chemically modified, so that the surface of the silicon dioxide is provided with long carbon chain functional groups and water-soluble functional groups, the water-soluble functional groups can improve the dispersion stability of the silicon dioxide in a water-based system, and the long carbon chain functional groups can prevent the aggregation of the silicon dioxide, so that nano silicon dioxide particles can be stably dispersed in the system. The hydrophilic nano silicon dioxide particles are added into the cutting fluid as a stabilizer, can play a role in synergy with other components, effectively reduce the freezing point of the cutting fluid, improve the anti-freezing performance of the cutting fluid, enable the cutting fluid to be stably stored and transported at the temperature of-20 ℃, and further play roles in resisting wear, reducing wear and lubricating.
The embodiment of the invention prepares the aqueous cutting fluid by using the lubricant, the wetting agent, the defoaming agent, the bactericide, the pH regulator, the hydrophilic nano silicon dioxide particles and the water with different mass fractions, is applied to cutting of non-metal brittle hard materials such as single crystal or polycrystalline silicon and the like, can regulate the freezing point of the aqueous cutting fluid and enable the freezing point to reach a lower value, can prevent the cutting tool from being corroded, prolongs the service life of the cutting tool and can also improve the surface smoothness of products.
Example 1
An anti-freezing water-based cutting fluid comprises the following components in parts by weight:
lubricant: 20 parts of propylene glycol and 10 parts of ethylene glycol;
wetting agent: 50 parts of polyoxyethylene polymer, 5 parts of polyoxyethylene ether sorbitol ester and 40 parts of acetylene glycol ether;
defoaming agent: 7 parts; the defoaming agent comprises 3 parts of polysiloxane defoaming agent and 4 parts of acetylene glycol defoaming agent;
and (3) bactericide: 2 parts, including 1.6 parts of organosilicon betaine type antibacterial compound and 0.4 part of triazine;
pH regulators: 0.1 part of pH regulator is citric acid;
hydrophilic nano-silica particles: 0.005 part;
water: 20.9 parts.
After being stirred uniformly, the antifreezing water-based cutting fluid with good freezing resistance and cooling, cleaning, lubricating and other effects is formed.
Example 2
An anti-freezing water-based cutting fluid comprises the following components in parts by weight:
lubricant: 35 parts of ethylene glycol, 10 parts of glycerol and 10 parts of isopropanol;
wetting agent: 48 parts, including 3 parts of polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene block polymers, 10 parts of polyoxyethylene ether alkylphenol ethers and 35 parts of acetylene glycol ethers;
defoaming agent: 5 parts of a mixture; the defoaming agent is an acetylene glycol defoaming agent;
and (3) bactericide: 2 parts of organic silicon betaine type antibacterial compound and 1 part of triazine;
pH regulators: 0.1 part of isononanoic acid as a pH regulator;
hydrophilic nano-silica particles: 0.01 part
Water: 9.9 parts.
After being stirred uniformly, the antifreezing water-based cutting fluid with good freezing resistance and cooling, cleaning, lubricating and other effects is formed.
Example 3
An anti-freezing water-based cutting fluid comprises the following components in parts by weight:
lubricant: 20 parts of ethylene glycol, 5 parts of propylene glycol and 5 parts of isopropanol;
wetting agent: 40 parts of polyglycerol ester, 5 parts of polyoxyethylene ether sorbitol ester and 25 parts of acetylene glycol ether;
defoaming agent: 10 parts of (A); the defoaming agent comprises 2 parts of polysiloxane defoaming agent and 8 parts of acetylene glycol defoaming agent;
and (3) bactericide: 2 parts of a bactericide which is an organosilicon betaine type antibacterial compound;
pH regulators: 0.1 part of isononanoic acid as a pH regulator;
hydrophilic nano-silica particles: 0.001 portion
Water: 27.9 parts.
After being stirred uniformly, the antifreezing water-based cutting fluid with good freezing resistance and cooling, cleaning, lubricating and other effects is formed.
Example 4
An anti-freezing water-based cutting fluid comprises the following components in parts by weight:
lubricant: 15 parts of propylene glycol and 5 parts of isopropanol;
wetting agent: 55 parts of polyoxyethylene polymer and 35 parts of sorbitol;
defoaming agent: 3 parts of defoaming agent, namely a fluorine-containing defoaming agent;
and (3) bactericide: 5 parts of a super-hydrophilic polymer antibacterial agent, namely 4.5 parts of an organosilicon betaine antibacterial compound and 0.5 part of potassium sorbate;
pH regulators: 0.01 part of pH regulator citric acid;
hydrophilic nano-silica particles: 0.003 part of a mixture;
water: 22 parts of (A);
after being stirred uniformly, the antifreezing water-based cutting fluid with good freezing resistance and cooling, cleaning, lubricating and other effects is formed.
Example 5
An anti-freezing water-based cutting fluid comprises the following components in parts by weight:
lubricant: 39 parts of ethylene glycol 28 parts and isopropanol 11 parts;
wetting agent: 35 parts of polyoxyethylene ether sorbitol ester and 15 parts of acetylene glycol ether;
defoaming agent: 5.5 parts of polysiloxane defoaming agent, and 1 part of acetylene glycol defoaming agent;
and (3) bactericide: 0.1 part of super-hydrophilic polymer antibacterial agent organic silicon betaine type antibacterial compound;
pH regulators: 2.5 parts of oxalic acid and 0.5 part of isononanoic acid;
hydrophilic nano-silica particles: 0.007 parts of;
water: 17.5 parts;
after being stirred uniformly, the antifreezing water-based cutting fluid with good freezing resistance and cooling, cleaning, lubricating and other effects is formed.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 is tested with microemulsified cutting fluid H859-W from Deji Prov technologies, Inc., New county.
Comparative example 2
In comparative example 2, the THIF-111 water-based cutting fluid from Nicotiana constant Xin chemical technology Co., Ltd was used for the test.

As can be seen from Table 1, the anti-freezing water-based cutting fluid provided by the present invention has a low freezing point. In conclusion, the anti-freezing water-based cutting fluid disclosed by the invention can effectively reduce the freezing point of the cutting fluid, improves the anti-freezing performance of the cutting fluid, enables the cutting fluid to be stably stored and transported at the temperature of-20 ℃, has good cooling, cleaning, lubricating and other effects, is long in service life, and is suitable for processing non-metal brittle and hard materials such as single crystals or polycrystalline silicon.

Claims (10)

1. The anti-freezing water-based cutting fluid is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass:
lubricant: 15-40 parts;
wetting agent: 33-56 parts;
defoaming agent: 3-12 parts;
and (3) bactericide: 0.1-5 parts;
pH regulators: 0.01-0.3 part;
hydrophilic nano-silica particles: 0.001-0.01 portion;
water: 7.5-30 parts;
the bactericide comprises a super-hydrophilic polymeric antibacterial agent.
2. The anti-freezing water-based cutting fluid according to claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by mass:
lubricant: 18-30 parts;
wetting agent: 42-50 parts;
defoaming agent: 6-12 parts;
and (3) bactericide: 0.1-3 parts;
pH regulators: 0.05-0.25 part;
hydrophilic nano-silica particles: 0.003 to 0.008 portion;
water: 14-27 parts;
the super-hydrophilic polymer antibacterial agent is an organic silicon betaine antibacterial compound.
3. The antifreeze water-based cutting fluid according to claim 2, comprising the following components in parts by mass:
lubricant: 26 parts of (1);
wetting agent: 45 parts of (1);
defoaming agent: 9.5 parts;
and (3) bactericide: 1.8 parts;
pH regulators: 0.1 part;
hydrophilic nano-silica particles: 0.006 part of a lubricant;
water: 22 parts of.
4. The antifreeze water-based cutting fluid as set forth in claim 2, wherein the organosilicon betaine-type antibacterial compound has the general formula

5. The antifreeze water-based cutting fluid according to claim 1, wherein the lubricant is one or any combination of propylene glycol or ethylene glycol or glycerol or isopropyl alcohol.

The antifreeze water-based cutting fluid according to claim 1, wherein the wetting agent is one or any combination of a nonionic surfactant which is a polyoxyethylene ether alkylphenol ether or polyoxyethylene, a polyoxypropylene block polymer or a polyoxyethylene polymer or a polyoxypropylene polymer or a fatty acid glyceride or a polyglycerol ester or sorbitol or a polyoxyethylene ether sorbitol ester or an acetylene glycol ether or acetylene glycols.
7. The antifreeze water-based cutting fluid according to claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is one or any combination of a silicone defoaming agent, an acetylene glycol defoaming agent, and a fluorine-containing defoaming agent.
8. The bending machine according to claim 1, wherein the bactericide further comprises triazine or potassium sorbate.
9. The antifreeze water-based cutting fluid according to claim 1, wherein the pH adjuster is one or any combination of acetic acid, lactic acid, hydrochloric acid, oxalic acid, citric acid, neodecanoic acid, or isononanoic acid.
10. The method for producing the antifreeze water-based cutting fluid according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) preparation of the bactericide: reacting amino siloxane NH2(CH2)2NH(CH2)3SiCH3(OCH3)2With the reactant B inContinuously reacting for 2d under stirring in an environment with the temperature of 10-80 ℃ to obtain an organic silicon betaine type antibacterial compound, wherein a reactant B is one of propane sultone, butane sultone, acrylic acid and β -propionic acid lactone;
(2) adding water into the bactericide, adding hydrophilic nano silicon dioxide particles, and starting a stirrer for stirring;
(3) and (3) heating the aqueous solution obtained in the step (2) to 30-50 ℃, adding a lubricant, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent and a pH regulator, and mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain the anti-freezing water-based cutting fluid.
