An electric industrial brush device convenient to adjust comprises a brushing box (1), a base (2) fixedly connected below the brushing box (1), side cleaning mechanisms (6) symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side inside the brushing box (1), and a top cleaning mechanism (7) arranged at the upper end inside the brushing box (1), and is characterized in that the top cleaning mechanism (7) comprises a second cylinder (23) arranged at the center outside the top end of the brushing box (1) and a second telescopic rod (22) connected with the lower end of the second cylinder (23), the lower end of the second telescopic rod (22) extends to the inside of the brushing box (1) and is fixed with a connecting plate (21), the lower end of the connecting plate (21) is fixedly connected with a plurality of second motors (25), the output shaft at the lower end of each second motor (25) is fixed with an upper-end cleaning brush (26), a bottom plate (9) is arranged at the bottom of the brushing box (1) right below the top cleaning mechanism (7), the side cleaning mechanism (6) comprises rotating shafts (4) symmetrically arranged at the upper end and the lower end and a rotating crawler (5) connected between the two rotating shafts (4), the rotating crawler (5) is internally provided with a plurality of third motors (27) in a hollow structure, output shafts of the third motors (27) extend to the outside of the rotating crawler (5) and are fixed with side brushes (29), the upper end and the lower end of the brushing box (1) are symmetrically provided with two pairs of reciprocating lead screws (8), the two ends of each reciprocating lead screw (8) are rotationally connected with the side wall of the brushing box (1), one end of each reciprocating lead screw (8) penetrates through the side wall of the brushing box (1) and is connected with the output shaft of a first motor (14) outside, the side cleaning mechanism (6) is fixed through sliding blocks (3) on the two sides inside the brushing box (1), and the two reciprocating lead screws (8) on the upper end of the brushing box (1) penetrate through the sliding block (3) on, and the upper end of a sliding block (3) on the left side of the brushing box (1) is connected with the top of the brushing box (1) in a sliding manner, two reciprocating screw rods (8) on the lower end of the brushing box (1) penetrate through the sliding block (3) on the right side of the brushing box (1), the lower end of the sliding block (3) on the right side of the brushing box (1) is connected with the bottom of the brushing box (1) in a sliding manner, a rotating shaft (4) is connected with the sliding blocks (3) at two ends in a rotating manner, one end of the rotating shaft (4) penetrates through the sliding block (3) to be connected with an output shaft of a fourth motor (32), two groups of spraying ports (18) are symmetrically arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the inner back plate of the brushing box (1), the spraying ports (18) penetrate through the back plate of the brushing box (1) to be communicated.

An adjustable electric industrial brush device according to claim 1, wherein the bottom plate (9) is connected to a first telescopic rod (11) at the lower end of the center, the first telescopic rod (11) is connected to a first cylinder (10) in the base (2) through the bottom of the brush box (1), and the bottom plate (9) is connected to the bottom of the brush box (1) at both sides of the lower end through a plurality of first elastic members (12).

The electric industrial brush device convenient to adjust according to claim 1, wherein a central block (16) is arranged in the center of the upper end of the bottom plate (9), a sliding groove (15) is formed in the bottom plate (9) around the central block (16), the lower end of the side plate (13) is inserted into the sliding groove (15) and is in sliding connection with the bottom plate (9), and the part of the side plate (13) inserted into the sliding groove (15) is connected with the central block (16) through a connecting spring (17).

The electric industrial brush device convenient to adjust as recited in claim 1, wherein the lower end of the second telescopic rod (22) is connected with two layers of connecting plates (21), the two layers of connecting plates (21) are connected with each other by a plurality of second elastic members (24), and the lower layer of connecting plates (21) is fixed with the second motor (25).

An adjustable electric industrial brush device according to claim 1, wherein a layer of squeeze plate (28) is provided between the output shaft of the third motor (27) and the side brush (29), and the squeeze plate (28) and the side brush (29) are connected by a plurality of third elastic members (31).
6. An adjustable electric industrial brush assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the side brushes (29) are externally surrounded by a ring of arcuate brushes (30).
7. An adjustable electric industrial brush device according to claim 1, characterized in that the shower opening (18) is rotatably connected to the side wall of the brush box (1).
8. An adjustable electric industrial brush device according to claim 1, characterized in that the bristles of the upper end washing brush (26) and the side brushes (29) are irregularly wavy.
