FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the present invention;
FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of a portion of A of FIG. 2;
wherein: the device comprises an air inlet pipe 1, a first cavity 2, a partition plate 3, a second cavity 4, an air outlet pipe 40, a third cavity 5, a mixing pipe 6, a water inlet pipe 7, an air inlet hole 30, an overflow pipe 50, a liquid discharge pipe 51, a water inlet 60 and a connecting plate 61.
Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the exhaust gas treatment equipment of the present invention comprises at least one gas inlet pipe 1, wherein the bottom of the gas inlet pipe 1 is communicated with a first cavity 2, a partition plate 3 is further installed in the first cavity 2, the partition plate 3 divides the interior of the first cavity 2 into two parts, and the upper space is larger than the lower space; meanwhile, a plurality of air inlet holes 30 are formed in the partition plate 3, so that air in the air inlet pipe can flow downwards through the air inlet holes 30; the second cavity 4 is arranged at the bottom of the first cavity 2, and at least one air outlet pipe 40 is arranged at the upper part of the second cavity 4; the third cavity 5 is communicated with the bottom of the second cavity 4, and water is arranged in the third cavity 5; an overflow pipe 50 is arranged on the right side in the third cavity 5, one side of the upper end of the overflow pipe is communicated with a liquid discharge pipe 51, and the final liquid flows out from the liquid discharge pipe 51.
The bottoms of the air inlets 30 are communicated with a mixing pipe 6, and the mixing pipe 6 sequentially passes through the first cavity 2 and the second cavity 4 to enter the third cavity 5; wherein, at least one water inlet 60 is arranged at the upper part of the mixing pipe 6, the water inlet 60 is positioned in the lower space which is divided by the baffle plate 3 and is arranged in the first cavity 2, and the water inlet 60 is communicated with the water inlet pipe 7 which is positioned on the first cavity 2.
As a further preferred embodiment, the number of the air inlet holes 30 is twenty, and the twenty air inlet holes 30 are irregularly distributed on the partition plate 3, although the number of the air inlet holes 30 may be other, and the number of the air inlet holes 30 can be adjusted by itself according to the requirement when in use, so as to meet different use conditions.
As a further preferred embodiment, a connecting plate 61 for arranging a plurality of mixing tubes 6 together is further arranged in the second cavity 4, so that the positions of a plurality of mixing tubes 6 can be better fixed together.
As a further preferred embodiment, the bottom of the mixing tube 6 is curved, so that the direct entry of the liquid and gas mixture from the mixing tube 6 into the water in the third chamber 5 is avoided.
The invention mainly aims at waste gas generated when the garbage treatment equipment ferments and decomposes the separated solid garbage, and the waste gas mainly contains strong irritability and unpleasant gases such as ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide and the like, and the invention solves the working principle as follows: the ammonia solubility in aqueous is very big, and hydrogen sulfide also can dissolve in water, lets waste gas and water carry out the secondary contact to make waste gas and water intensive mixing, let a large amount of ammonia and a small amount of hydrogen sulfide constantly dissolve in water, thereby get rid of the bad smell that refuse treatment set up produced when the fermentation decomposes and the strong gas of irritability.
The specific working process is as follows: waste gas is generated by the garbage treatment equipment during fermentation and decomposition, then the waste gas enters the first cavity 2 from the gas inlet pipe 1, after the waste gas enters the first cavity 2, the waste gas continuously flows downwards to the mixing pipe 6 from the plurality of gas inlet holes 30, meanwhile, water flows into the first cavity 2 from the water inlet pipe 7, so that the waste gas and the water are firstly combined in the mixing pipe 6, ammonia gas and hydrogen sulfide in the waste gas can be dissolved in the water for first purification, then, the mixture of the waste gas and the water continuously flows downwards along the mixing pipe, and the mixture directly passes through the second cavity 4 and then enters the third cavity 5.
After the mixture of the waste gas and the water flows out from the bottom of the mixing pipe, the mixture of the waste gas and the water is mixed with the water in the third cavity again, the ammonia gas and the hydrogen sulfide which are not dissolved in the waste gas are fully contacted with the water again, and then the waste gas is purified for the second time, and the waste gas is fully mixed and contacted with the water twice, so that the ammonia gas, the hydrogen sulfide and other gases are fully dissolved in the water, and the pollution to the environment and the generation of odor are avoided; then the gas which can not be dissolved in water and has no bad smell is discharged from the gas outlet pipe at the upper part in the second cavity, and the water mixed with ammonia gas and hydrogen sulfide is discharged from the overflow pipe and finally flows out through the liquid discharge pipe.
The waste gas treatment equipment disclosed by the invention is low in processing cost, and can be used for dissolving the smelly and irritant gas in the waste gas generated by the waste treatment equipment during fermentation decomposition into water after the smelly and irritant gas is in secondary full contact with the water, so that the smelly and irritant gas in the waste gas can be purified and then discharged, the whole process is convenient and effective, the environment can be prevented from being polluted by the smelly gas, the requirements of the existing market are met, and the applicability is wide.
The above is only a specific application example of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited in any way. All the technical solutions formed by equivalent transformation or equivalent replacement fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
