and (3) spraying 2.5g of the oily composition prepared in the step (2) into 97.5g of the tooth washing powder, and uniformly mixing to prepare the essential oil tooth washing powder, wherein the mouth wash contains 2.0% of mixed essential oil and 0.5% of base oil (the essential oil accounts for 80% of the oily composition), so that the capability of cleaning lipid dirt and the sterilizing capability of the tooth washing powder are improved.
Example 6
A preparation method of an oily composition for oral health care comprises the following steps:
(1) fully mixing 0.75g of rose essential oil, 0.1g of German chamomile essential oil, 0.1g of elemi essential oil, 0.4g of tangerine essential oil, 0.35g of tangerine essential oil, 0.25g of lyme essential oil, 1.0g of lemon myrtle essential oil, 0.8g of cardamom essential oil, 0.8g of sweet orange essential oil, 0.2g of tea tree essential oil, 0.1g of clove essential oil, 0.05g of myrrh essential oil and 0.1g of frankincense essential oil, and sealing and standing for 7 days to obtain essential oil;
(2) taking 1g of cold-pressed primarily-pressed coconut oil, 4g of cold-pressed primarily-pressed olive oil, 1g of cold-pressed primarily-pressed sesame oil, 1g of cold-pressed primarily-pressed evening primrose oil, 1g of cold-pressed primarily-pressed rose hip oil and 2g of calendula officinalis extract oil (cold-pressed primarily-pressed olive oil), fully mixing uniformly, taking 3.0g of mixed base oil, adding 0.75g of the essential oil prepared in the step (1), fully mixing, sealing at room temperature, standing for 7 days to obtain an oily composition, adding the essential oil prepared in the step (1), and fully mixing at the temperature of 25-30 ℃.
The oily composition prepared in example 6 was further prepared into an essential oil oral gel, comprising the following specific steps:
according to the preparation process of the oral gel, 3.75g of the oily composition prepared in the step (2) is added into 96.25g of the oral gel formula, and the mixture is homogenized to prepare the essential oil oral gel, so that the mouth wash contains 0.75% of mixed essential oil and 3.0% of base oil (the essential oil accounts for 20% of the oily composition), and the capacity of the oral gel for cleaning lipid dirt and the bactericidal capacity are improved.
Example 7
A preparation method of an oily composition for oral health care comprises the following steps:
(1) fully mixing 0.8g of rose essential oil, 0.2g of German chamomile essential oil, 0.2g of elemi essential oil, 0.25g of tangerine essential oil, 0.75g of lime essential oil, 1.0g of green mint essential oil, 0.35g of lemon myrtle essential oil, 0.4g of sweet orange essential oil, 0.1g of tea tree essential oil and 0.2g of frankincense essential oil, and then sealing and standing for 7 days to obtain essential oil;
(2) and (2) taking 99.5g of cold-pressed initial evening primrose oil, adding 0.5g of the essential oil prepared in the step (1), fully mixing, sealing, standing at room temperature for 7 days to obtain an oily composition, adding the essential oil prepared in the step (1), and fully mixing at 15-20 ℃.
The mouthwash oil obtained in step 2 is an oral care product, and has very high capability of cleaning lipid dirt and killing harmful bacteria in the oral cavity due to the fact that the mouthwash oil contains 0.5% of mixed essential oil and 99.5% of base oil (the essential oil accounts for 0.5% of the oily composition).
Example 8
A preparation method of an oily composition for oral health care comprises the following steps:
(1) fully mixing 1.0g of rose essential oil, 0.5g of German chamomile essential oil, 0.5g of elemi essential oil, 0.5g of tangerine essential oil, 1.0g of tangerine essential oil, 0.2g of lime essential oil, 1.0g of sweet orange essential oil, 0.1g of clove essential oil and 0.2g of myrrh essential oil, and sealing and standing for 7 days to obtain essential oil;
(2) taking 0.64g calendula extract oil (cold-pressed virgin olive oil), adding 1.5g of the essential oil prepared in the step (1) into the calendula extract oil, fully mixing, sealing and standing at room temperature for 7 days to obtain an oily composition, adding the essential oil prepared in the step (1), and fully mixing at the temperature of 20-30 ℃.
The oily composition prepared in example 8 is further prepared into an essential oil mouth wash, which comprises the following specific steps:
according to the preparation process of the mouthwash, 2.14g of the oily composition prepared in the step (2) is added into 97.86g of mouthwash formula, and the essential oil mouthwash is prepared by uniformly mixing and homogenizing, wherein the mouthwash contains 1.5% of mixed essential oil and 0.64% of base oil (the essential oil accounts for 70% of the oily composition), so that the capability of the mouthwash in cleaning lipid dirt and sterilization capability are improved.
And (3) performing a bactericidal effect test on the product, selecting three strains of staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus mutans and escherichia coli, and testing according to a GB15979 appendix C method.
The test samples were the oily compositions obtained in step (2) of examples 1 to 8, and controls 1 to 6.
Control 1 was the mixed base oil (without essential oil) obtained in step (2) of example 6;
control 2 is the oily composition obtained in step (1) and step (2) of example 4 after the removal of the essential oil of rose, chamomile and elemi oils in step (1);
control 3 is the oily composition obtained in step (1) and step (2) after the removal of the essential oil of Rosa rugosa in step (1) of example 4;
comparative 4 is the oily composition obtained in step (1) and step (2) after removing the german chamomile essential oil in step (1) of example 4;
comparative example 5 is the oily composition obtained in the steps (1) and (2) of example 4 after the elemi essential oil is removed in the step (1);
comparative example 6 is the oily composition obtained in the steps (1) and (2) of example 4 after the removal of the essential oil of rose and elemi oils in step (1);
the results are shown in the following table:
the test results of the comparative example 6 and the comparative example 1 show that the good sterilization effect of the oily composition can be ensured only by selecting the essential oil and the base oil;
the test results of the comparative example 4 and the controls 2 to 6 are combined, and it can be found that the bactericidal effect of the example 4 containing the essential oil of the roselle, the essential oil of the chamomile in germany and the essential oil of the elemi is far better than that of the controls 2 to 6, which shows that the bactericidal effect of the oily composition can be remarkably improved due to the excellent synergistic effect of the essential oil of the roselle, the essential oil of the chamomile in germany and the essential oil of the elemi.
Although specific embodiments of the present invention have been described above, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are merely illustrative and various changes or modifications may be made without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. An oily composition for oral health care, comprising a base oil and an essential oil;
the base oil is selected from at least one of cold pressed virgin coconut oil, cold pressed virgin olive oil, cold pressed virgin sesame oil, cold pressed virgin evening primrose oil, cold pressed virgin rosehip oil and calendula officinalis extract oil;
the essential oil comprises essential oil of herba Rosae Rugosae, essential oil of Matricaria chamomilla and essential oil of elemi.
2. The oily composition for oral health care according to claim 1, wherein the essential oil further comprises at least one of tangerine essential oil, lime essential oil, spearmint essential oil, lemon myrtle essential oil, cardamom essential oil, sweet orange essential oil, tea tree essential oil, clove essential oil, myrrh essential oil and frankincense essential oil.
3. The oily composition for oral health care according to claim 2, wherein the essential oil comprises 5 to 20 wt% of Rosa rugosa essential oil, 2 to 10 wt% of Matricaria chamomilla essential oil, 1 to 10 wt% of elemi essential oil, 0 to 20 wt% of Citrus reticulata essential oil, 0 to 20 wt% of Lyme essential oil, 0 to 20 wt% of Mentha viridis essential oil, 0 to 20 wt% of Cymbopogon citratus essential oil, 0 to 20 wt% of Myristica fragrans essential oil, 0 to 20 wt% of Citrus sinensis essential oil, 0 to 10 wt% of Camellia sinensis essential oil, 0 to 10 wt% of Syzygium aromaticum essential oil, 0 to 10 wt% of Myrrh essential oil, and 0 to 5 wt% of Olibanum essential oil.
4. The oily composition for oral health care according to claim 1, wherein the base oil consists of 70 to 100 wt% of cold pressed virgin coconut oil, 0 to 30 wt% of cold pressed virgin olive oil and 0 to 30 wt% of calendula extract oil.
5. The oily composition for oral health care according to claim 1, wherein the essential oil is 0.5 to 80% by mass of the oily composition.
6. The oily composition for oral health care according to claim 1, wherein the rate of inhibition of Streptococcus mutans by the oily composition for oral health care is not less than 75%; the inhibition rate of the staphylococcus aureus is more than or equal to 65 percent; the inhibition rate to the escherichia coli is more than or equal to 90 percent.
7. The method for producing an oily composition for oral health care according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing the essential oil components according to a specified proportion to obtain essential oil;
(2) uniformly mixing all the base oil components according to a specified ratio to obtain base oil, adding the essential oil prepared in the step (1) according to a specified ratio, fully mixing, sealing and standing at room temperature to obtain the oily composition for oral health care, wherein the adding and fully mixing of the essential oil prepared in the step (1) are carried out under the condition that the melting point of the base oil is higher than 5 ℃ and lower than 45 ℃.
8. The preparation method according to claim 7, wherein the essential oil components are mixed thoroughly and then sealed and left standing for more than 5 days to obtain essential oil; the standing time of the step (2) is more than 5 days.
9. The use of the oily oral health care composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the oily oral health care composition is used as a component of an oral care product, and the oral care product is mouthwash, toothpaste, mouthwash, mouth spray, tooth powder or oral gel.
10. The use according to claim 9, wherein the essential oil is present in an amount of 0.5 to 2.0% by mass of the oral care product.
