The invention has the following functions:
one, outward opening door function
The outward opening function is realized by connecting the outer handle assembly of the vehicle door and an outward opening rocker arm on the lock body through a pull rope. When the vehicle door is closed, the latch drives the ratchet wheel 5 to rotate, the pawl 6 is reset through the pawl return spring 10 to generate a contact surface 4, so that the vehicle door is firmly and reliably in a closed state, when an external handle of the vehicle door is pulled through external force, the external handle drives the external opening rocker arm 37 to rotate around a pawl shaft through pulling of a zipper, the external opening rocker arm 37 is of a structure with two steps, the lower horizontal part of the external opening rocker arm is sleeved on the pawl shaft, the higher horizontal part is just attached and abutted with the L-shaped notch inwards sunken on the right side surface of the opening rocker arm 36 (contact surface 1), the external opening rocker arm 37 pushes the opening rocker arm 36 to rotate when rotating, the opening rocker arm 36 rotates to drive one end of the locking push rod 35 clamped in the U-shaped notch to rotate along with the contact surface 2, the lower end of the locking push rod 35 protrudes below the opening rocker arm 36 (contact surface 3) and abuts against the first protrusion extending upwards of the pawl, therefore, the locking push rod 35 rotates to push the pawl 6 to rotate around the pawl shaft to give way to the ratchet 5, so that the ratchet rotates, the latch clamped in the opening of the ratchet latch is separated from the ratchet to be discharged, and the vehicle door can be opened. When the external handle assembly of the vehicle door is loosened, the external opening rocker arm and the opening rocker arm automatically return under the action of the external opening return spring.
Two, external locking and unlocking functions
The external locking and unlocking functions are realized by connecting the vehicle door lock core assembly and an external locking rocker arm on the lock body through a pull rod. When the lock core assembly is rotated by a key, a pull rod on the lock core assembly drives an outer locking rocker arm 28 to rotate around an outer locking rocker arm shaft 17, so that an outer locking rocker arm stop shaft (a contact surface 5) riveted on the outer locking rocker arm drives a locking linkage block 27 to rotate, the locking linkage block 27 is sleeved on a fixed shaft extending upwards and vertically on the lock body, the locking linkage block 27 is connected with a locking push rod 35, two ends of the locking push rod 35 are arranged to be in a horizontal state, when the locking linkage block 27 rotates, the locking push rod is pushed to slide back and forth along a plane where the locking push rod is located, when a U-shaped notch of an opening rocker arm is far away, the contact surface 3 is disengaged and does not interfere with a pawl 6, so that the outer opening rocker arm cannot drive a pawl ratchet to rotate, and the purpose of locking is achieved; when the U-shaped notch of the opening rocker arm is close to, the opening rocker arm and the pawl are mutually abutted, so that the outward opening rocker arm can drive the pawl ratchet wheel to rotate, and the purpose of unlocking is achieved.
Electric locking and unlocking function
The motor 20 is electrified in the positive direction, the worm 19 on the motor shaft rotates, the gear sub-assembly 21 meshed with the worm 19 rotates, the pointer bulge structure on the gear sub-assembly 21 is meshed with the corresponding pointer groove of the locking linkage block 27 to drive the locking linkage block 27 to rotate, the locking linkage block 27 drives the locking push rod 35 to do linear motion, the contact surface 3 is separated from the pawl 6, and meanwhile, the inner locking rocker arm 31 is driven to rotate around the fixed shell cover shaft of the self-tapping screw 25, so that the function of electric locking and unlocking is achieved.
The motor 20 is electrified reversely, the worm 19 on the motor shaft rotates, the gear sub-assembly 21 meshed with the worm 19 rotates, the pointer bulge structure on the gear sub-assembly 21 is meshed with the corresponding pointer groove of the locking linkage block 27 to drive the locking linkage block 27 to rotate, the locking linkage block 27 drives the locking push rod 35 to do linear motion, the locking push rod 35 is combined with the pawl 6 to generate the contact surface 3, and meanwhile, the inner locking rocker arm 25 is driven to rotate around the fixed shell cover shaft of the self-tapping screw 25, so that the function of electric locking and locking is achieved.
Third, the function of the inward opening door
The inward opening function is realized by connecting the door inner handle assembly with an inward opening rocker arm 29 on the lock body through a pull cable. When the vehicle door is closed, the latch drives the ratchet wheel 5 to rotate, the pawl 6 is reset through the pawl return spring 10 to generate a contact surface 4, so that the vehicle door is firmly and reliably in a closed state, when an inner handle of the vehicle door is pulled through external force, the inner opening rocker arm 29 is pulled through a pull rope to rotate around a fixed shell cover shaft of the tapping screw 25, the other end of the inner opening rocker arm 29 downwards supports against a second protrusion (contact surface 7) extending upwards from the opening rocker arm from the left side, so that the opening rocker arm 36 is pushed to rotate, the opening rocker arm 36 rotates to drive one end of the locking push rod 35 clamped in a U-shaped notch of the locking rocker arm to rotate (contact surface 2), the lower end part of one end of the locking push rod 35 protrudes below the opening rocker arm 36 (contact surface 3) and supports against a first protrusion extending upwards from the pawl 6, so that the locking push rod 35 rotates to push the pawl, the ratchet wheel rotates, so that the lock catch clamped in the opening of the ratchet wheel lock catch is separated from the ratchet wheel and is discharged, and the vehicle door can be opened. When the handle assembly in the vehicle door is loosened, the inward opening rocker arm and the opening rocker arm automatically return under the action of the inward opening return spring.
Four, single pull function
The single pull function is achieved by connecting the assembly to an internal locking rocker 31 on the lock body within the vehicle body. When the door lock is in a locking state, an inner handle is pulled, an inner locking rocker arm 31 is pulled through an inner opening inhaul cable to rotate around a hollow shaft on a shell cover 3, the inner locking rocker arm 31 drives an inner locking linkage block 27 to rotate, the locking linkage block 27 is connected with a locking push rod 35, when the locking linkage block 27 rotates, the locking push rod is pushed to slide back and forth along the plane where the inner locking rocker arm is located, when the inner locking rocker arm is close to a U-shaped notch of an opening rocker arm, a contact surface 3 is generated and is abutted against a pawl, so that an outer opening rocker arm can drive a pawl ratchet to rotate, unlocking is achieved, the inner locking rocker arm cannot move continuously when generating a contact surface 8 with a lock body 1, when an inner opening rocker arm 39 is contacted with the inner opening rocker arm 29 to generate a contact surface 6, the inner opening rocker arm 39 overcomes an inner opening linkage arm return spring 40 to continuously push the inner opening rocker arm 29 to move, and the other end of the inner opening rocker arm, thereby promote to open rocking arm 36 and rotate, it follows also to rotate (contact surface 2) to open rocking arm 36 and rotate the locking push rod 35 one end that drives the block in its U type breach, and the lower tip protrusion of locking push rod 35 one end is in opening rocking arm 40 below (contact surface 3), and offset with the first arch of pawl 6 upwards extension, thereby locking push rod 35 rotates and promotes pawl 6 and rotates round the pawl axle, give ratchet 5 to give way, thereby the ratchet rotates, make the hasp of block in the ratchet hasp opening break away from the ratchet and go out, so the door just can be opened, realize singly drawing the function.
Fifthly, false locking prevention function
The anti-mislocking function means that the door cannot be locked when the door is opened, and the locking function is disabled when the door is opened. When the ratchet wheel 5 is in the full-open position and the locking push rod 35 is in the unlocking position, the ratchet wheel signal rocker arm 38 is assembled between the limiting surface 2 and the limiting surface 3 of the ratchet wheel 5, the locking linkage block 27 cannot be driven to rotate no matter the outer locking rocker arm 28 or the inner locking rocker arm 31, and the limiting surface 1 of the ratchet wheel signal rocker arm 38 blocks the locking linkage block 27 to rotate, so that the function of preventing mistaken locking is realized.
Sixthly, panic function
The panic function is that the door lock is locked when the vehicle door is closed, the outer handle or the inner handle is pulled to enable the opening rocker arm 36 to be in an opening state, after the outer handle or the inner handle is released electrically, the locking push rod 35 and the pawl 6 generate a contact surface 9, when the outer handle or the inner handle is released to enable the opening rocker arm 36 to be in an initial position, the locking push rod 35 can be reset to the initial position through the locking push rod return spring 11, and the outer handle or the inner handle is pulled again to open the door, so that the panic function is formed. If the locking push rod return spring 11 is not provided, when the locking push rod 35 is in hard connection with the locking linkage block 27, the opening rocker arm 36 is in an opening state, and after the locking is released electrically, the locking push rod 35 is deformed or dislocated, so that the function of the door lock is disabled.

an outward opening return spring (9), an outward opening rocker arm (37), an opening rocker arm (36) and a pawl shaft riveting gasket (7) are sequentially arranged on a pawl shaft (6) above the lock body (1), and the horizontal part of the outward opening rocker arm (37) which is bent upwards is just right connected with the opening rocker arm

the locking push rod (35) is of a door-like structure, one end of the locking push rod is just clamped in a U-shaped notch of the opening rocker arm (36) and protrudes out of the lower part of the opening rocker arm (36), the locking linkage block (27) is movably sleeved on a fixed shaft on the lock body (1), and a clamping groove which can be just inserted into the other end of the locking thrust rod (35) is formed in the locking linkage block (27) and is locked through a locking linkage button spring (32); one end of an outer locking rocker arm (28) is movably sleeved on an outer locking rocker arm shaft (17) riveted on the lock body (1), the middle part of the outer locking rocker arm (28) is riveted with an outer locking rocker arm stop shaft (18), the lower end of the outer locking rocker arm stop shaft (18) is arranged in a groove of a locking linkage block (27), and the other end of the outer locking rocker arm (28) is connected with a vehicle door lock core assembly to drive the outer locking rocker arm (28) to rotate around the outer locking rocker arm shaft (17);

the shell cover (3) is combined on the lock body (1) and fixed through four self-tapping screws (16) and two self-tapping screws (25), and the sealing soft pad (26) is arranged between the lock body (1) and the shell cover (3); the outer side of the vertical surface of the shell cover (3) is provided with a dustproof cover (4).
