The invention relates to a phosphorus-free degreasing agent and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of surface treatment of metal materials. The phosphorus-free degreasing agent is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-20% of sodium carbonate, 5-20% of sodium hydroxide, 2-8% of sodium citrate, 2-10% of sodium gluconate, 1-5% of 12-15 carbon isomeric alcohol ethoxylate, 0.5-2% of polyol sucrose ester, 0.5-2% of fatty acid sorbitan emulsifier and the balance of water. The degreasing agent provided by the invention has the advantages of strong permeability, short degreasing time and high degreasing rate, and can quickly and effectively remove oil stains on the surface of metal at room temperature; the invention adopts a compounding technology, organically combines various components, can effectively reduce the adhesive force of the reagent on metal, and is easy to clean; the raw materials adopted by the invention do not contain phosphorus element, and the invention has the advantages of no toxicity, environmental protection, small volatility, small environmental pollution, safe and convenient use and low production cost.

Technical Field

18 percent of sodium carbonate,
12 percent of sodium hydroxide,
5 percent of sodium citrate,
5 percent of sodium gluconate,
3% of 12-15 carbon isomeric alcohol ethoxylate,
2 percent of polyhydric alcohol sucrose ester,
2 percent of fatty acid sorbitan emulsifier,
the balance being water.
Preferably, the polyol sucrose ester is an HLB (5-13) O/W emulsifier.
The preparation method of the phosphorus-free degreasing agent comprises the following steps:
firstly, weighing raw materials of each component according to the formula amount,
secondly, dispersing sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide in water accounting for 40 +/-5% of the total amount, then sequentially adding sodium citrate, sodium gluconate, 12-15 carbon isomeric alcohol ethoxylate, polyol sucrose ester, fatty acid sorbitan emulsifier and the balance of water, stirring uniformly until complete decomposition, and standing to obtain the product.

Example 1
A preparation method of a phosphorus-free degreasing agent comprises the following steps:

The preparation method of the phosphorus-free degreasing agent in this example is the same as that in example 1.
Example 3
The phosphorus-free degreasing agent is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
15 percent of sodium carbonate,
12 percent of sodium hydroxide,
6 percent of sodium citrate,
7 percent of sodium gluconate,
3% of 12-15 carbon isomeric alcohol ethoxylate,
HLB (5-13) O/W emulsifier 2%,
2 percent of fatty acid sorbitan emulsifier,
the balance being water.
The preparation method of the phosphorus-free degreasing agent in this example is the same as that in example 1.
Example 4
The phosphorus-free degreasing agent is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
18 percent of sodium carbonate,
12 percent of sodium hydroxide,
5 percent of sodium citrate,
5 percent of sodium gluconate,
3% of 12-15 carbon isomeric alcohol ethoxylate,
HLB (5-13) O/W emulsifier 2%,
2 percent of fatty acid sorbitan emulsifier,
the balance being water.
The preparation method of the phosphorus-free degreasing agent in this example is the same as that in example 1.
Degreasing agent performance test
The performance test was performed simultaneously with examples 1 to 4 provided by the present invention using a commercially available degreasing agent (phosphorus-containing degreasing agent) as a comparative example, and the process of the performance test of the degreasing agent was as follows:
1. BLC cold-rolled steel plate SPCC, cut it into 4 pieces of 7mm 15mm of sample slab, the cold-rolled steel plate of the thickness 1.2 mm;
2. after recording the initial weight G1 of each sample plate, four sample plates were dipped into lubricating oil, after standing for two minutes, the oil pick-up weight G2 of the sample plates in the oil immersion was weighed, the oil pick-up amount R (R = G2-G1) of the sample plates was weighed by subtraction, the four sample plates were completely immersed in the degreasing agents of examples 1 to 4 one by one for 5 minutes, the weight G3 of each sample plate was recorded after draining, and the degreasing rate was calculated as (G3-G2)/R100%, and the experimental results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the degreasing agents of examples 1 to 4 all had excellent oil stain removing ability and oil stain removing efficiency.
In modern coating operation, customers also put forward higher requirements on industrial cleaning chemicals, and the degreasing agent in the embodiments 1 to 4 has the advantages of environmental protection, high cleaning efficiency, strong cleaning force, high production efficiency, stable quality, and low production cost (low dosage and good effect), and can not cause phosphorus pollution through the experimental data in the table 1, and has better environmental protection. The degreasing agent disclosed by the invention has the advantages that 12-15 carbon isomeric alcohol ethoxylate, an HLB (5-13) O/W emulsifier and a fatty acid sorbitan emulsifier are adopted as degreasing components, and the degreasing and decontaminating characteristics of sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, sodium citrate and sodium gluconate are combined, so that the degreasing agent has a good cleaning effect, is high in cleaning efficiency and environment-friendly, and has a good degreasing and degreasing effect at normal temperature.
