Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of rail vehicle air conditioners, and particularly relates to an urban rail vehicle air conditioner and ventilation system with a single air conditioning unit.
Background
The conventional urban rail vehicle adopts two air conditioning units, and the refrigerating capacity of each air conditioning unit is 23-44 kW. In the design process of the air conditioning system of the car, the refrigerating capacity demand of the air conditioning system of the car is calculated to be 42kW according to the local climate characteristics, the line condition and the passenger load, and the refrigerating capacity demand is smaller under the condition of non-rated load. If a conventional double air conditioning unit is adopted, the refrigeration redundancy is large, the weight is large, the energy loss is large, the maintenance cost is high, and the double air conditioning unit is not the most economic scheme. Therefore, for the similar vehicles with smaller refrigeration requirements, the scheme of adopting the air conditioner and the ventilation system of a single air conditioning unit is considered.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an air conditioner and a ventilation system of a single air conditioning unit for an urban rail vehicle with smaller refrigeration requirement.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an air conditioner and a ventilation system of an urban rail vehicle with a single air conditioning unit, which comprises the air conditioning unit, an air volume distribution box, a main air supply duct and a low air duct below the unit, wherein the air conditioning unit is the single air conditioning unit adopting the compressor frequency conversion control technology and is arranged in the middle of the roof, an air supply outlet and an air return opening are respectively arranged at two ends of the air conditioning unit, the air supply outlet is positioned in the longitudinal center of the vehicle body, the air return opening is positioned at two sides of the air supply outlet, and the air supply outlet and the air return opening are sealed and separated by. The air supply port is connected with an air distribution box internally provided with an 'inlet' shaped guide air channel, the 'inlet' shaped guide air channel divides the air supply port into an upper part and a lower part, the upper part is connected with a main air supply channel for supplying air to a guest room in a non-unit platform area, the lower part is connected with a unit lower short air channel for supplying air to a guest room in a unit platform area, the main air supply channel and the unit lower short air channel are variable-section air channels, the farther the air supply port is away from the air supply port, the smaller the section of the air channel is, the inner side of the air channel is a smooth metal inner.
Two sets of independent ventilation, refrigeration and heating systems are integrated in the air conditioning unit, and one set of system can still work when the other set of system fails.
And the short air duct below the unit extends to the area below the unit after turning 180 degrees from the position of the air supply outlet.
The air supply outlet and the air distribution box are connected in a sealing mode through a transition air duct.
Compared with a conventional double-air-conditioning unit system, the air-conditioning and ventilating system of the single air-conditioning unit has the advantages that the initial investment of the vehicle is less, and the cost of a single vehicle is saved by about 8 ten thousand yuan; the weight of a single vehicle is reduced by about 500kg, so that the vehicle operation cost can be effectively reduced; the number of parts of the air conditioning system is small, the failure rate of the system is low, and the maintenance cost is reduced by half; the air flow organization of the whole vehicle air conditioner and ventilation system is more reasonable, and the temperature field and the wind speed field of the whole vehicle are more uniformly distributed; and the refrigeration regulation range is larger and the comfort in the vehicle is better by matching with the frequency conversion control technology of the air conditioner compressor.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the invention provides an urban rail vehicle air conditioner and ventilation system with a single air conditioning unit, which comprises the air conditioning unit 1, an air volume distribution box 2, a main air supply duct 3 and a unit lower short air duct 4, wherein the air conditioning unit 1 is the single air conditioning unit, is arranged in the middle of a vehicle roof and adopts a return air type of air return from air outlet at two ends and air return from air outlet at two ends, the two ends of the air conditioning unit are respectively provided with an air supply outlet 5 and an air return outlet 6, the air supply outlet 5 is positioned at the longitudinal center of a vehicle body, and the air return outlet 6 is positioned at two. The air conditioning unit 1 is connected with the air volume distribution box 2 through a transition air duct 7, the transition air duct is divided into three parts by adopting a partition plate 8 in a sealing way, an air supply channel is arranged in the middle, and air return channels are arranged on two sides. The air distribution box 2 is also sealed and divided into three parts by adopting a partition plate 9, the two sides are air return cavities, the middle part is an air supply cavity, the side walls of the air return cavities on the two sides are provided with air return ports 10, the partition plate 9 is flush with the partition plate 8, an in-shaped guide air duct is arranged in the middle air supply cavity, the in-shaped guide air duct divides the air supply cavity into an upper part and a lower part, the upper part is connected with a main air supply duct 3 for supplying air to a guest room in a non-unit platform area, the lower part is connected with a low air duct 4 below a unit for supplying air to the guest room in the unit platform area, the low air duct 4 below the unit enters the lower area of the unit after turning 180 degrees from the air supply port, the inner sides of the main air supply duct 3 and the low air duct 4 below the unit.
Because the two ends of the urban rail vehicle body of a single air conditioning unit are far away from the air conditioning unit, the main air supply duct is long, in order to ensure the air supply effect at the two ends of the vehicle body, the main air supply duct is a variable-section air duct, the farther the main air supply duct is away from the air supply outlet, the smaller the section of the air duct is, the wind speed is not attenuated to the two ends of the vehicle body, and the temperature field and the wind speed field of the whole vehicle are. The length of the area below the urban rail vehicle air conditioning unit of a single air conditioning unit is small, the air volume requirement of the area can be met even if the height of a short air duct is small, the air supply uniformity is better, the noise of the corresponding air volume distribution box is smaller due to the small air volume requirement, and the problems of poor air supply uniformity and high noise of the whole vehicle caused by the contradiction between large air volume requirement and small air duct section of the area due to the large proportion of the platform area of the unit in the whole vehicle ventilation system in the conventional double air conditioning unit are solved.
In order to enable a single air conditioner to have a larger refrigeration regulation range, a compressor variable frequency control technology is adopted to realize multi-stage regulation of the refrigeration capacity of 20-46 kW, so that the refrigeration requirements under various working conditions such as passenger variation, temperature variation outside a vehicle and the like can be met, and most air conditioners under the condition of non-rated load have higher energy efficiency ratio, are more energy-saving when working under the condition of low frequency, and have good comfort in the vehicle.
In order to increase the redundancy of a single air conditioning unit when in fault, two sets of independent ventilation, refrigeration and heating systems are integrated in the air conditioning unit, and one set of system can still work continuously when in fault.
When the air conditioning unit works, air sent out by the air supply opening 5 enters the main air supply duct 3 and the short air duct 4 below the unit through the air supply channel of the transition air duct 7 and the air distribution box 2 internally provided with the 'in' -shaped diversion air duct and enters a passenger room through an air conditioning grille, and the air in the passenger room returns to the return air openings 6 at two ends of the air conditioning unit through the return air opening 10, the return air channel of the transition air duct 7 and the return air cavity of the air distribution box and is mixed with fresh air to enter a refrigerating or heating system for processing and then is sent out from the air supply opening 5.
