本发明公开了一种可用于盲文书籍制作的碳带及制备方法,由基材和分别涂于基材两侧的背涂层和热转印层构成,所述热转印层分为两层,由基材一侧表面自内向外依次为发泡层、粘结层,所述发泡层由下述重量百分比的原料组成:发泡微胶囊20~40%、水性蜡乳15~35%、基材润湿剂0.2~0.5%、消泡剂0.1~0.3%、乙醇15~35%和去离子水15~35%。本发明创新点在于碳带中增加了含发泡微胶囊的发泡层,在转印过程中发泡微胶囊中碳酸氢钠分解发泡,在承印材质上会出现凸起颗粒感,具有盲文手感可识别性,打印更快捷、可扫描,对盲文书籍的内部纸张要求不高,材质选择更广泛,降低了盲文书籍的制作成本。

技术领域
本发明属于烫印材料技术领域,具体涉及一种可用于盲文书籍制作的碳带及其制备方法。
背景技术
盲文书籍的制作,我国盲人总数与人均拥有盲文出版物种类的比例约60000∶1,然而中国的盲文出版事业发展极为缓慢。近年来,广大盲人渴求读书、增加技能、参与社会的愿望日益强烈,而盲文出版经费的严重不足与盲人自身经济条件的限制,使大多数盲人的这一愿望无法实现。这种状况极大地制约了盲人整体文化水平的提高,而盲文出版物的出版又囿于加工复杂,成本高昂而严重亏损。
热转印碳带打印,具有使用方便、打印质量清晰等优点,便于扫描仪识读,打印色牢度高,能长久保存,因而深受用户青睐。将热转印碳带应用于制作盲文书籍具有很大的潜力,目前尚未见报道。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明目的在于提供一种可用于盲文书籍制作的碳带,该碳带可打印出具有立体感、手感可识别的凸起颗粒,从而用于盲文书籍制作。
本发明还公开了上述用于盲文书籍制作碳带的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种可用于盲文书籍制作的碳带,由基材和分别涂于基材两侧的背涂层和热转印层构成,其中,所述热转印层分为两层,由基材一侧表面自内向外依次为发泡层和粘结层,所述发泡层由下述重量百分比的原料组成:发泡微胶囊20~40%、水性蜡乳15~35%、基材润湿剂0.2~0.5%、消泡剂0.1~0.3%、乙醇15~35%和去离子水15~35%。所述基材为PET膜;所述背涂层是由有机硅改性丙烯酸构成。
具体的,所述发泡微胶囊由TPU树脂、碳酸氢钠、丁酮和凝聚溶剂组成;所述TPU树脂与碳酸氢钠的质量比为1:0.3-0.6;所述凝聚溶剂为甲苯。其中,TPU树脂优选伸长率大于300%。所述凝聚溶剂为甲苯,添加量为碳酸氢钠质量的3-8倍。丁酮添加量为碳酸氢钠质量的3-10倍。
进一步优选的,所述发泡微胶囊经下述方法制备获得:将TPU树脂热溶于丁酮中,待温度降至35℃以下时加入碳酸氢钠,用高速剪切乳化机分散8-10h,加入凝聚溶剂继续分散混匀后产生絮凝,静置(约24h),弃上清液;再用水和乙醇混合溶剂冲洗得微胶囊浆;将微胶囊浆置于平底三角瓶内放于真空干燥箱内抽真空(一般抽真空1h左右,以抽走部分多余的上述挥发性溶剂,如:丁酮、甲苯、乙醇等),然后取出平底三角瓶并放在往复式震荡机上水平往复滚动成粒(约需2-24h),用分级筛分级后获得粒径为1-3微米的发泡微胶囊。
进一步优选的,所述高速剪切乳化机转速为800-1000rpm。
具体的,所述粘结层由下述重量百分比的原料组成:水性丙烯酸树脂树脂、醛酮树脂、基材润湿剂、消泡剂、炭黑、乙醇、去离子水构成,分别占总重量的10~30%、10~30%、0.2~0.5%、0.1~0.3%、5~15%、15~35%和15~35%。
本发明提供了上述可用于盲文书籍制作的碳带的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
1)在基材的一面涂布背涂层,烘干;
2)在基材的另一面涂布发泡层,涂布量2.0~4.0g/m2,40-80℃烘干,进入下一工序;
3)在发泡层的表面涂布粘结层,涂布量0.5~1.5g/m2,40-80℃烘干,即得碳带。
和现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明中,盲文书籍是人手直接接触识别的,在树脂、炭黑的选用上需用安全级别相对高的材料。本发明的创新点在于碳带中增加了含发泡微胶囊的发泡层,在转印过程中发泡微胶囊中碳酸氢钠分解发泡,在承印材质上会出现凸起颗粒感,具有盲文手感可识别性,打印更快捷、可扫描,对盲文书籍的内部纸张要求不高,材质选择更广泛,降低了盲文书籍的制作成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步地详细介绍,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此。
实施例1
在基材PET薄膜(厚4.5μm,河南卓立膜材料股份有限公司制)按本领域常规方法进行制得的基材上,按下述步骤涂布各层,最后制得可用于盲文书籍制作的碳带。
1)发泡微胶囊
将TPU树脂(Lubrizol 公司制 PEARLSTICK 5715)20重量份加入丁酮40重量份中,进行加热搅拌30分钟完全溶解后,待自然降温至35℃以下时添加碳酸氢钠(山东海化基团有限公司,食品级)10重量份,然后用转速为900rpm的高速剪切乳化机分散8-10h,加入凝聚溶剂(甲苯30重量份)继续分散混匀后产生絮凝,静置24h,弃上清液,再用体积比1:1的水和乙醇混合溶剂冲洗得微胶囊浆,将微胶囊浆置于平底三角瓶内放于真空干燥箱内抽真空1h,然后取出平底三角瓶并放在往复式震荡机上15h水平往复滚动成粒后,用分级筛分级后获得粒径为1-3微米的发泡微胶囊。
2)发泡层
将下述各重量配比的原料混匀后,用挠性棒式涂布机(#5)在上述基材薄膜的一面常温涂布,涂布量3g/m2,涂布后烘干(于60℃干燥 60秒)形成发泡层,进入下一工序;
发泡层组成物:发泡微胶囊 20重量份;
水性蜡乳(南京天诗新材料科技有限公司 OE-6102)35重量份;
基材润湿剂(南京汉宝 4100)0.5重量份;
消泡剂(德谦公司制AP7015)0.3重量份;
乙醇 20重量份;
去离子水 24.2重量份。
3)粘结层
将下述各重量配比的原料混匀后,用挠性棒式涂布机(#8)在上述发泡层的表面常温涂布,涂布量1.0g/m2,涂布后烘干(于60℃干燥 60秒)形成粘结层,进入下一工序;
粘结层组成物:水性丙烯酸树脂(韩华 公司制 Soluryl-70) 10.0重量份;
醛酮树脂(济南长泰化工 CT-80) 30.0重量份;
基材润湿剂(南京汉宝 4100)0.5重量份;
消泡剂(德谦公司制AP7015) 0.3重量份;
水溶性炭黑(杭州黑源化工制HR-200W)10.0重量份;
乙醇 25重量份;
去离子水 24.2重量份。

将下述各重量配比的原料混匀后,用挠性棒式涂布机(#6)在上述已涂有发泡层和粘结层的基材薄膜的另一面常温涂布,涂布量0.1g/m2,涂布后烘干(于80℃干燥 60秒)形成背涂层,即得可用于盲文书籍制作的碳带;碳带的截面示意图如图1所示,由基材b和分别涂于基材b两侧的背涂层a和热转印层构成,所述热转印层分为两层,由基材b一侧表面自内向外依次为发泡层c和粘结层d,
背涂层组成物:有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂(焦作卓立自产背胶 BT-03) 5.0 重量份;
丁酮 95.0重量份。
实施例2
发泡微胶囊的原料组成及配比如下,其它同实施例1;
TPU树脂(Lubrizol 公司制 PEARLSTICK 5715)20重量份;
碳酸氢钠(山东海化基团有限公司,食品级)6重量份;
丁酮 44重量份;
甲苯 30重量份。
实施例3
发泡微胶囊的原料组成及配比如下,其它同实施例1;
TPU树脂(Lubrizol 公司制 PEARLSTICK 5715)20重量份;
碳酸氢钠(山东海化基团有限公司,食品级)12重量份;
丁酮 38重量份;
甲苯 30重量份。

发泡层的原料组成及配比如下,其它同实施例1;
发泡微胶囊 40重量份;
水性蜡乳(南京天诗新材料科技有限公司 OE-6102)15重量份;
基材润湿剂(南京汉宝 4100)0.5重量份;
消泡剂(德谦公司制AP7015)0.3重量份;
乙醇 20重量份;
去离子水 24.2重量份。

水性丙烯酸树脂(韩华 公司制 Soluryl-70) 30.0重量份;
醛酮树脂(济南长泰化工 CT-80) 10.0重量份;
基材润湿剂(南京汉宝 4100)0.5重量份;
消泡剂(德谦公司制AP7015) 0.3重量份;
水溶性炭黑(杭州黑源化工制HR-200W)10.0重量份;
乙醇 25重量份;
去离子水 24.2量份。

按以下方法对上述各实施例及对比例所得碳带的物性进行评价,结果见表1。
耐摩擦性试验>
用市场中销售的打印机(Zebra公司制105SL),将上述实施例1-5及对比例1-6所制得碳带,制造标准样品。使用TABER 5135耐摩仪测试,将磨头抬起,确定耐磨的位置后将标签四周固定。根据标准要求施加压力500g,设定摩擦为100圈,以摩擦后字迹开始模糊为结束,记录摩擦次数,此次数作为结果。
可识别触感>
用市场中销售的打印机(Zebra公司制105SL),将上述实施例1-5及对比例1-6所制得碳带,制造标准样品。用厚度检测仪(DAVLSC0PE FMP30)进行厚度测量,按FINAL-RES键机器可自动记录。
由表1的结果可以看出:本发明所述可用于盲文书籍制作的碳带制作盲文书籍需要手感可辨识,因此,转印后的凸起颗粒需要一定厚度才能触摸辨识,微胶囊中的TPU树脂与碳酸氢钠的质量比为1:0.3-0.6时,凸起颗粒厚度在7-9微米,感辨识度好。此外,由于粘结层转印后具有一定的耐摩擦性能,可增强盲文字体的耐久性。

Claims (6)

1.一种可用于盲文书籍制作的碳带,由基材和分别涂于基材两侧的背涂层和热转印层构成,其特征在于,所述热转印层分为两层,由基材一侧表面自内向外依次为发泡层和粘结层,所述发泡层由下述重量百分比的原料组成:发泡微胶囊20~40%、水性蜡乳15~35%、基材润湿剂0.2~0.5%、消泡剂0.1~0.3%、乙醇15~35%和去离子水15~35%。
2.如权利要求1所述可用于盲文书籍制作的碳带,其特征在于,所述发泡微胶囊由TPU树脂、碳酸氢钠、丁酮和凝聚溶剂组成;所述TPU树脂与碳酸氢钠的质量比为1:0.3-0.6;所述凝聚溶剂为甲苯。
3.如权利要求2所述可用于盲文书籍制作的碳带,其特征在于,所述发泡微胶囊经下述方法制备获得:将TPU树脂热溶于丁酮中,待温度降至35℃以下时加入碳酸氢钠,用高速剪切乳化机分散8-10h,加入凝聚溶剂继续分散混匀后产生絮凝,静置,弃上清液;再用水和乙醇混合溶剂冲洗得微胶囊浆;将微胶囊浆置于平底三角瓶内放于真空干燥箱内抽真空,然后取出平底三角瓶并放在往复式震荡机上水平往复滚动成粒,用分级筛分级后获得粒径为1-3微米的发泡微胶囊。
4.如权利要求3所述可用于盲文书籍制作的碳带,其特征在于,所述高速剪切乳化机转速为800-1000rpm。
5.如权利要求1所述可用于盲文书籍制作的碳带,其特征在于,所述粘结层由下述重量百分比的原料组成:水性丙烯酸树脂树脂10~30%、醛酮树脂10~30%、基材润湿剂0.2~0.5%、消泡剂0.1~0.3%、炭黑5~15%、乙醇15~35%、去离子水15~35%。
6.权利要求1至5任一所述可用于盲文书籍制作的碳带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)在基材的一面涂布背涂层,烘干;
2)在基材的另一面涂布发泡层,涂布量2.0~4.0g/m2,40-80℃烘干,进入下一工序;
3)在发泡层的表面涂布粘结层,涂布量0.5~1.5g/m2,40-80℃烘干,即得碳带。
