Background
Diabetic foot (Diabetic foot) is one of the serious complications of diabetes and has become one of the leading causes of disability and death in Diabetic patients. According to the international diabetes union report, by 2030, the proportion of the diabetics in the world is more than 5.5 hundred million, wherein the proportion of the diabetics in China is more than 1/5, and one diabetic patient is amputated/toe in the world due to the diabetic foot every 30 seconds. The typical symptom of diabetic foot is foot ulcer, which is a chronic intractable wound. Increasing the partial pressure of blood oxygen and the content of blood oxygen are the most important means for timely relieving the diabetic foot ulcer, and oxygen therapy is the most effective method.
At present, the oxygen supply treatment of the diabetic foot is carried out by using a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. At present, the hyperbaric oxygen treatment for diabetic feet has been approved by the FDA and widely agreed, but the clinical practice shows that the hyperbaric oxygen treatment has bottlenecks of insufficient oxygen release depth, difficult control of oxygen supply, undesirable treatment effect and the like, and has adverse reactions of causing thrombus and vessel obstruction. In addition, the hyperbaric oxygen chamber is expensive in equipment and complex in operation, can only be applied to a part of qualified hospitals, and cannot be comprehensively popularized. At present, no equipment which can be widely popularized is available for treating the diabetic foot in China, so that the development of the diabetes foot oxygen supply treatment device which can be widely popularized is expected to form original technical products and equipment.

By adopting the technical scheme, the position of the ultrasonic generator is adjusted in a sliding mode according to different positions of the ulcer surface, so that the ultrasonic generator is closer to the ulcer surface, targeted treatment is carried out, and a better treatment effect is achieved.
Further setting the following steps: the oxygen supply module comprises an oxygen storage bottle or an oxygen generator.
Further setting the following steps: one end of the connecting pipeline, which is back to the guide cover, is connected with a spray head.
By adopting the technical scheme, the spray head is arranged to realize the uniform contact of the oxygen bubble water solution and the wound surface.
Further setting the following steps: the heating module is arranged below the cavity on the barrel body, the infrared physiotherapy module irradiating the cavity is arranged on the barrel body, and the heating module and the infrared physiotherapy module are both electrically connected with the control module.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, heating module provides suitable aqueous solution temperature, ensures the travelling comfort of using, combines infrared ray physiotherapy module to reach the physiotherapy effect again, makes the device realize the multifunctionalization.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the concentration of oxygen in the aqueous solution is improved, and the contact area is controllable by using oxygen bubbles in the aqueous solution for treatment;
2. promoting the contact speed of the oxygen-containing microbubbles and the skin surface and improving the permeability of oxygen to the inside of the diabetic foot tissue;

Example 2 experiment of the use effect of the ultrasonic oxygen supply device for diabetic feet:
(1) diabetic foot patient experimental grouping
As shown in Table 1, the diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into a plurality of experimental groups of 5 patients, and the diabetic foot patients applied the ultrasonic oxygen supply device for diabetic foot in example 1 to the right foot every day and controlled the bathing temperature at 40 ℃ and the diabetic foot patients applied the ordinary bath tub on the market to bathe at 40 ℃ for 20 minutes for 7 days. Through the comparison of the left foot and the right foot, the application effect of the ultrasonic oxygen supply device for the diabetic foot is observed by combining the reduction condition of the ulcer surface, the skin irritation, the tissue recovery state and the like, the application effect score is 10 grades from 1 to 10, and the higher the numerical value is, the better the application effect of the diabetic foot is.
In addition, the score is comprehensively obtained from the aspect of the use experience of the patient, and a patient satisfaction degree score index is given. The satisfaction score was rated on a 10-point scale from 1 to 10, with higher values indicating that the tester was satisfied with the use of the diabetic foot ultrasound oxygen delivery device.

As can be seen from the data in Table 2, the using effect and the satisfaction index of each experimental group are excellent, and the ultrasonic oxygen supply device for the diabetic foot of the experimental group is verified to have a good treatment effect on the diabetic foot. The use effect and satisfaction index of each control group are obviously inferior to those of the experimental group, which shows that the treatment effect of the devices of the control group on the diabetic foot is poor, especially the control groups 1, 2, 5, 6 and 8. The significant differences between the experimental and control groups indicate the importance, synergy and irreplaceability of the individual modules in the technical protection scheme of the invention. Experiments prove that the ultrasonic oxygen supply device for the diabetic foot has outstanding treatment effect in actual use.
