Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a lacrimal passage device.
Background
Stenosis or obstruction of the lacrimal passage is a common clinical condition, manifested as epiphora. The usual treatment is regular tear duct clearing or placement of an artificial tear duct.
The artificial lacrimal passage is a hollow tubular structure, is very simple to put in, can be directly put in through the punctum, over time, however, artificial lacrimal passages may suffer from life-time or re-occlusion problems, therefore, the lacrimal probe needs to be taken out for replacement, and the current replacement adopts a clinically conventional lacrimal probe, but the biggest problem of the lacrimal probe is that the diameter of the outer diameter is uniform, and the inventor finds that, it is primarily limited by the size of the entrance to the punctum, which is much wider than the probe in the posterior ramus duct into the lachrymal sac, which poses a problem, when the lacrimal passage is dredged or the middle opening of the artificial lacrimal passage is found, the posture of the probe needs to be repeatedly adjusted in a wider space by the smaller diameter of the probe, the pain of a patient is often increased in the process, and the injury to the wall of the nasolacrimal duct is easily caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problems that the prior lacrimal passage dredging device/artificial lacrimal passage taking-out device has uniform outer diameter and can achieve the purpose by adjusting the angle for a plurality of times when in use, and provides a lacrimal passage device which is provided with a double-layer pipe and can deform and bulge.
The invention provides a lacrimal passage device, which is characterized by comprising:
and (3) probe: the probe comprises a probe first end and a probe second end, wherein the end of the probe first end is spherical;
sheathing canal: comprises a first end of a sheath tube, a second end of the sheath tube and a deformation part;
a sheath tube handle: comprises a bulge connected with the sheath tube;
a probe telescopic handle: comprises a limiting device connected with the probe;
the diameter of the probe is smaller than that of the sheath and is arranged in the sheath, the end head of the first end of the probe protrudes out of the first end of the sheath, the first end of the probe and the first end of the sheath are fixedly connected to form a fixing part, and the fixing part is close to the deformation part; during operating condition, deformation portion follow sheath pipe perpendicular outside outstanding, this moment, probe telescopic handle relative with sheath pipe handle back-up, stop device pass through the arch block and ensure stably.
Furthermore, the two bulges are respectively positioned at two sides of the sheath tube handle.
Furthermore, the diameter of the outer diameter of the sheath tube is less than or equal to 1.5 mm.
Furthermore, the probe is made of stainless steel.
Further, the material of the sheath tube comprises: PEBAX, PA, PU, PVC.
Furthermore, the sheath tube handle and the probe telescopic handle are manufactured by an injection molding process.
Further, uses of the lacrimal apparatus include: dredging lacrimal passage foreign matter, and taking out artificial nasolacrimal duct.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: as an artificial nasolacrimal duct taking-out device, the artificial nasolacrimal duct taking-out device adapts to the anatomical characteristics of the nasolacrimal duct, and a front end part capable of being supported is added under the form of a conventional lacrimal probe. The sheath deformation portion effects a change in the outer diameter of the probe. The probe is inserted into the punctum in a normal state, the outer diameter of the sheath tube is uniform, the surface is smooth, and the smooth head of the probe is beneficial to the probe to enter the wide part of the nasolacrimal duct through the punctum. The probe telescopic handle is controlled to withdraw the probe and drive the deformable part of the sheath tube to form a radial outward bulge. The protrusion increases the outer diameter of the sheath in a local range to better cover the wide space inside the nasolacrimal duct. The probe with the characteristic is more convenient in the process of searching the artificial nasolacrimal duct and pushing the artificial nasolacrimal duct downwards out of the nasolacrimal duct, greatly improves the accuracy, reduces the medical technical requirements and shortens the operation time. Meanwhile, the probe has the characteristic of changing the diameter of the head, so that the probe can be also suitable for the conventional nasolacrimal duct probing operation.
