Description

Pull-out guide for a drawer and method for aligning a drawer on a pull-out guide
Technical Field
The invention relates to a pull-out guide for a drawer, having a guide rail that can be fixed to a main body and a running rail that can be moved relative to the guide rail, between which at least one intermediate rail of a pull-out extension is optionally provided, wherein a holding device for fixing the drawer is provided on the running rail, wherein the holding device comprises a projection that can be inserted into a receptacle on the drawer, wherein vertical and lateral adjustment for changing the position of the drawer relative to the running rail are provided on the holding device, and to a method for aligning the drawer on the pull-out guide.
Background
DE 102015106789 a1 discloses a pull-out guide for a drawer, wherein a retaining device is provided on the rail. The holding device comprises a projection which can be inserted into a receptacle on the drawer. In this case, the projection of the holding device can be adjusted by a first unit for lateral adjustment and a second unit for vertical adjustment. The means for lateral adjustment comprises a knurled nut rotatable about a horizontal axis, and the means for vertical adjustment comprises a knurled nut rotatable about a vertical axis. The adjustment mechanism does achieve precise positioning of the projection by lateral and vertical adjustment, but the adjustment mechanism comprises a considerable number of individual parts.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a pull-out guide for a drawer, which has a retaining device for fixing the drawer, which retaining device enables the drawer to be aligned in a simple manner with a compact construction. Furthermore, an efficient method for aligning drawers will be provided.
This object is achieved by a pull-out guide having the features of claim 1 and a method having the features of claim 14.
The pull-out guide according to the invention comprises a holding device which can be adjusted vertically and laterally in order to change the position of the drawer relative to the rail, wherein a positioning element is provided by means of which vertical and lateral adjustment can be carried out. Thus, the same positioning element can be used for both vertical and lateral adjustment, so that two different positioning elements do not have to be provided for different adjustment movements. This reduces the number of parts required and achieves a compact structure.
Preferably, the positioning element enables a vertical adjustment in the first position and a lateral adjustment in the second position relative to the first position adjustment. The positioning element can be designed, for example, as a positioning spindle, which can be displaced between a first position and a second position. Thus, the positioning spindle is axially adjustable to move from a first position for vertical adjustment to a second position for lateral adjustment and vice versa. The positioning element or the positioning spindle may comprise a profile extending in the axial direction, which is axially displaceably engaged in a threaded sleeve having an inner contour. The threaded sleeve can thus be rotated in a first position by engagement of the profiles, while in another position the profiles of the positioning element are removed from the inner contour, so that upon a rotational movement of the positioning element or the positioning spindle no further movement of the threaded sleeve occurs.
In the design of the invention, the holding device comprises a height-adjustable support element on which the drawer is supported. In this case, the support element may comprise an aperture with an internal thread, which engages with the rotatable threaded sleeve. The support member can then be adjusted in a vertical direction by rotating the threaded sleeve or bolt to align the drawer. The advantage of using a thread is that the thread can be self-locking after a rotational movement of the threaded sleeve or the bolt, so that no further movement of the support element in the vertical direction takes place without the threaded sleeve or the bolt rotating.
The holding device may also comprise a horizontally movable slide, by means of which the projection is horizontally movable for lateral adjustment. In this case, the slider may include a pin on which the protrusion is held so as to be positioned in the horizontal direction by the movement of the slider. The slide can be locked in different positions here, so that the set position can be maintained.
In another embodiment, which can be designed independently of the measure as defined in claim 1, the projection of the retaining means is formed with elasticity. The projection can thus be entrained during the adjustment of the drawer relative to the slide, so that the adjustment mechanism can engage directly on the drawer. Thus, the projection can be passively entrained during the vertical adjustment, while the active adjustment is carried out on the support element of the drawer. During the lateral adjustment, the projection can optionally be actively adjusted, in particular by means of a horizontally movable slide. The elasticity of the projection can then also be utilized, since the at least one holding section, which is formed integrally with the projection, is arranged in a fixed manner and only the slide moves together with the projection.
The projection is preferably made of a bent wire. In this case, the projection may comprise an eyelet which is rotatably mounted about a pin, in particular a pin arranged on the slide, by means of which pin lateral adjustment is possible.
In the method according to the invention for aligning a drawer, the drawer is first positioned such that the projection of the holding device engages in the receptacle on the drawer. Subsequently, the positioning element for aligning the drawer relative to the slide is moved in a first direction, and then the positioning element is adjusted from the first position to a second position to achieve alignment of the drawer relative to the slide in a second direction, which is different from the first direction, by the same positioning element. This enables the positioning element to be used for adjustment procedures in different directions, thereby simplifying operation. Preferably, the projection is elastically bent in a vertical direction during adjustment of the drawer relative to the slide rail.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, a drawer 1, for example for furniture or household appliances, comprises a front wall 2, a rear wall 3 and two side walls 4. Two recesses 5 are formed in the lower region of the rear wall 3, into which the sliding rails 7 of the pull-out guide 6 can be inserted at least partially. The recess 5 may optionally also be omitted. Two receptacles 9 are provided in the rear wall 3, into which receptacles projections of a holding device 10 can be inserted for aligning and fixing the drawer 1 relative to the pull-out guide 6.
The extraction guide 6 comprises a movable slide 7, which movable slide 7 is optionally held directly on a fixed guide rail or on an intermediate rail 8, also movable, between the guide rail and the slide 7.
The drawer 1 can be adjusted in the vertical direction (i.e. height) as well as in the horizontal direction (i.e. lateral direction) by means of the holding device 10. The inclination of the front or front panel of the drawer 1 is adjusted by vertically adjusting the rear region of the drawer 1. In this case, one or two holding devices 10 can be provided on the rear wall 3. Only one retaining device 10 is described below, which can likewise be arranged on the opposite side of the drawer 1. Alternatively, a holding device comprising only a vertical adjustment can also be provided on the other side of the drawer 1.
Fig. 3A and 3B show the holding device 10 without the pull-out guide 6 and the drawer 1. The holding device 10 comprises a holder 11, which can be fixed on the upper side of the sliding rail 7. For this purpose, two projecting flanges 12 are provided on the bottom side of the holder 11, which projecting flanges 12 have openings 13 for fasteners. On the holder 11, a support element 40 is arranged, which support element 40 encloses the block-shaped holder 11 substantially in a U-shape, wherein the two legs 42 are connected to one another by a wall 41. Two webs 43 and 44 are provided integrally with the wall 41, the two webs 43 forming a support for the drawer 1, wherein the webs 43 and 44 comprise a tapering starting slope to facilitate pushing open the drawer 1. The support element 40 is displaceable in the vertical direction relative to the holder 11, but is not displaceable in the horizontal direction via the legs 42.
Furthermore, a positioning element 20 is provided on the holder 11, which projects with a rotatable head 21 beyond the holder 11. The positioning element 20 can be both rotated and adjusted in the axial direction.
The holding device 10 further comprises a projection 30, which projection 30 can be inserted into the receptacle 9, in particular into a hole in the rear wall 3 of the drawer 1. The tab 30 includes an eyelet 32, the eyelet 32 being retained on a pin 51 of the slider 50. The slide 50 is adjustable in the horizontal direction to enable movement of the drawer 1 relative to the slide 7.
The holding device 10 is shown in an exploded view in fig. 4A and 4B with a single component. The positioning element 20 comprises a head 21, the head 21 protruding from the holder 11. The holder 11 comprises an upper U-shaped section 18, the upper U-shaped section 18 having a bearing opening 19, the cylindrical section 22 of the positioning element 20 being inserted into the bearing opening 19. The smaller diameter cylindrical section 23 adjoins the larger diameter cylindrical section 22. The smaller-diameter cylindrical section 23 passes through a through-hole 16 in the holder 11, which is formed between two webs 15 projecting inwardly. The web 15 is arranged above the receptacle 14, and the threaded sleeve 26 is rotatably arranged in the receptacle 14. The receptacle 14 is formed so as to be open towards the rear side, wherein an eyelet 45 of the support element 40 comprising an internal thread 46 is engaged in the receptacle 14. The internal threads 46 engage the external threads of the threaded sleeve 26.
The positioning element 20 comprises a profile 24, which profile 24 is arranged axially displaceable below the cylindrical section 23 having the smaller diameter. An optionally provided drive section 25 with a profile, the diameter of which is smaller than the profile 24, is also located below the profile 24. In the exemplary embodiment, the drive section 25 engages with the inner contour of the threaded sleeve 26 and can thus rotate the threaded sleeve 26. Alternatively, the internal thread of the threaded sleeve 26 can also be designed such that the profile 24 engages with the internal contour. In this case, the positioning element 20 may not have a drive section 25.
The projection 30 is made of an elastically bendable bent wire material, in particular a spring steel wire. The projection 30 comprises a bend 31 on its front end, which bend 31 is arranged in the installed state in the receiving portion 9 of the drawer 1. A curved eyelet 32 is formed integrally with the projection 30, the curved eyelet 32 enclosing the pin 51 on the slider 50. Here, a groove 52 is provided on the pin 51 which at least partially surrounds the eyelet 32, so that during the movement of the slide 50 the eyelet 32 moves together with the pin 51.
Eyelet 32 is also connected to an angled retainer comprising a substantially vertical section 33 and a horizontal section 34, on which is formed an end hook 35. The hook 35 is inserted into the lower side of the holder 11, and is fixed to the holder in the vertical direction by the holder 11, and is movably installed in the horizontal direction.
The slider 50 includes a frame 53 in which an elongated hole 54 is provided. On the inner wall of the elongated hole 54, a tooth 55 is provided, which tooth 55 can engage with the profile 24 of the positioning element 20. Further, a rib 56 is formed on the lower frame 53, and the rib 56 can be engaged with a tooth 57 on the receiving portion 17 of the holder 11. In this case, the receptacle 17 on the holder 11 is delimited on the underside by the web 15 and on the upper side by the section 18. The ribs 56 extend in their longitudinal direction and perpendicularly to the direction of movement of the slide 50, the slide 50 being laterally adjustable in the horizontal direction. The positioning element 20 can be raised to perform this adjustment movement, so that by rotating the positioning element 20, the profile 24 engaging the teeth 55, a movement of the slider 50 in the lateral direction is achieved. Due to this movement of the slider 50 in the lateral direction, the eyelet 32 is also moved laterally by the pin 51, thus effecting a movement of the projection 30 in the lateral direction. The set position of the slider 50 is fixed by the rib 56 and the tooth 57.
The holding device 10 is shown in position in fig. 5A and 5B, with the support element 40 and the protrusion 30 arranged in the lower position. The positioning element 20 is also in the lower position and the profile 24 of the positioning element 20 engages with the threaded sleeve 26. Its outer thread engages with the eyelet 45 of the support element 40 and the threaded sleeve 26 can be rotated by rotating the head 21 of the positioning element 20, so that, as the support element 40 is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner, the eyelet 45 is raised or lowered together with the support element 40 in the receptacle 14. The positioning element 20 is also shown in a lower position in fig. 6, but the support element 40 is not shown. The hook 35 is held fixedly in place in a receiving portion on the lower side of the holder 11.
Fig. 7A and 7B show a holding device with a section through the positioning element 20. The positioning element 20 extends with a cylindrical section 22 through the section 18 and is guided through the slide 50 and the through-opening 16 by a cylindrical section 23 of smaller diameter. The drive section 25 engages with the lower section of the threaded sleeve 26 and the profile 24 is held in the receptacle of the threaded sleeve 26. The threaded sleeve 26 is supported on the bottom of the receptacle 14 of the holder 11 and cannot be adjusted in height due to the web 15. The rotatably fixed eye 45 of the support element can be raised or lowered by rotating the threaded sleeve 26 by means of the positioning element 20. Furthermore, the positioning element 20 can be raised so that the form-fitting engagement between the profile 24 and the contour on the threaded sleeve 26 is eliminated and the profile 24 now engages with the teeth 55 on the slide. Lateral adjustment is possible in this position, since the slide 50 is displaced by rotating the positioning element 20.
In fig. 8A and 8B, the holding device 10 is shown in an installed position on the sliding rail 7, in which the support element 40 is arranged in the lowered position and the brackets on the webs 43 and 44 do not protrude or protrude only slightly beyond the upper side 7 of the sliding rail. The web 43 is here received in a slot 70 on the upper side of the slide rail 7. If it is now assumed that the drawer 1 is raised relative to the sliding rail 7, the positioning element 20 is rotated at the head 21, so that the supporting element 40 is raised, as shown in fig. 9. The webs 43 and 44 are thus displaced upwards and the projection 30 is bent upwards by the movement of the drawer 1 with the receptacle 9 and is thus carried along by the drawer 1.
In fig. 10, the holding device 10 is shown in a side view, with the projection 30 bent upwards. The previously substantially horizontally aligned web is now bent upwards by an angle of between 10 ° and 20 °, wherein the projection 30 is formed as an elastically deformable bent wire.
If now a lateral adjustment is assumed, the positioning element 20 can be pulled out upward according to fig. 11, so that the head 21 projects more firmly above the holder 11 than in fig. 8 to 10. In this position, the profile 24 of the positioning element 20 is engaged with the teeth 55 and can be laterally adjusted by rotating the head 21, as shown by a comparison of fig. 11 and 12. By rotating the positioning element 20, the slide 50 is now displaced in the horizontal direction, wherein the projection 30 with the eyelet 32 is held on the pin 51 and is carried along by the slide 50. Thus, during movement of the slider 50, the angled retaining section integral with the tab 30 moves laterally. Due to the movement of the projection 30, a lateral adjustment of the drawer 1 relative to the sliding rail 7 takes place.
In fig. 13, the holding device is shown in a rear view in a position for lateral adjustment. The eyelet 32 is held on the pin 51 and moves with the hook 35 mounted on the underside of the holder 11. Thus, the eyelet 32 and tab 30 remain vertically aligned at all times. Alternatively, the hook 35 may be fixed in the holder 11 in both the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. In this case, eyelet 32 will move relative to hook 35 and thus tab 30 will no longer have a vertical alignment. It will bend laterally.
When setting the desired lateral position of the drawer 1, the ribs 56 and the teeth 57 are engaged with each other, thereby ensuring that the set position is unchanged. The height of the ribs 56 and the teeth 57 is here smaller than the height of the teeth 55 and the profile 24, so that adjustment can be made without exerting a great force.
If it is now assumed that a vertical adjustment is to be made, the positioning element 20 can be pushed back into the holder 11, as shown in fig. 14. The head 21 of the positioning element 20 can then be rotated to lower or raise the support element 40 again and thus align the drawer 1 relative to the slide 7. In fig. 16, the positioning element 20 is shown in a raised position, in which the projection 30 is lowered, while the positioning element 20 is lowered in fig. 15. In fig. 17, the slide 50 has been adjusted to the right compared to fig. 13, and the positioning element 20 is in the lowered position. Thus, vertical adjustment and lateral adjustment can be performed by one positioning element 20.
