The other end of the tension spring 53 is mounted on a second fixed shaft 55 of the tension spring in a corresponding first shaft hole 217 of the rear housing 21, and the second fixed shaft 55 is fixedly connected with the rear housing 21. The second shaft hole 524 is formed eccentrically in the drive gear 52, i.e., the axis of the second shaft hole 524 is parallel to but not coincident with the gear shaft 522.
The clamping bracket capable of being automatically locked is fixed in the vehicle through the connecting part 514 at the rear end of the supporting seat 50, the air outlet clamp, the sucker base and the like.
Referring to fig. 11 to 14, a mobile terminal bracket according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is used for clamping a mobile terminal, and includes a carrier (composed of a front shell 10 and a rear shell 20), a first clamping arm 40, a second clamping arm 30, and a support seat 50, wherein the first clamping arm 40 and the second clamping arm 30 are respectively slidably disposed on two opposite sides of the carrier along a clamping direction, and the support seat 50 is disposed behind the carrier.
Be equipped with drive gear 52, reset piece and auto-lock structure in the supporting seat 50, drive gear 52 meshes with the connecting seat rack portion 512 that sets up in the supporting seat 50 on the fore-and-aft direction, and the piece that resets is used for first arm lock 40 with second arm lock 30 resets, and the auto-lock structure is used for with first arm lock 40 with second arm lock 30 keeps at the clamping state.
The first clamping arm 40 is provided with a first rack part 434 along the clamping direction, the first rack part 434 is meshed with the driving gear 52, the first clamping arm 40 is connected with the second clamping arm 30 through a clamping gear 22, the clamping gear 22 is installed on the rear shell 20 of the bearing seat and is respectively meshed with a second rack part 431 and a third rack part 331 which are arranged along the clamping direction on the first clamping arm 40 and the second clamping arm 30;
when external pressure or pulling force acts on the front end surface of the front shell 10 of the carrier, the carrier slides in the front-back direction relative to the supporting seat 50, and the driving gear 52 rotates to drive the first rack portion 434 to slide in the clamping direction, so as to realize synchronous clamping or releasing of the first clamping arm 40 and the second clamping arm 30 relative to each other.
Referring to fig. 11 to 14, the operation principle of the clamping bracket and the mobile terminal bracket capable of being automatically locked will be described as follows:
when the supportable stand is in an open state (the state shown in fig. 11, 12 and 13), the distance between the second clamping arm 311 and the first clamping arm 411 is the largest, the driving gear 52 is simultaneously engaged with the first rack portion 434 of the first clamping arm 40 and the connecting seat rack portion 512 of the supporting seat 50, one end of the tension spring 53 is connected with the rear housing 21, the other end is eccentrically connected with the driving gear 52, and the supporter is kept in the open state under the tension of the tension spring 53.
When the mobile terminal needs to be clamped, the back of the mobile terminal abuts against a bearing surface at the front end of a bearing seat, and applies force to push and press the front shell 10 and the rear shell 20 towards the direction of the supporting seat 50, at this time, the front shell 10 and the rear shell 20 move towards the direction of the supporting seat 50 together, the driving gear 52 in the supporting seat 50 rotates, the driving gear 52 drives the first clamping arm 40 to move towards the bearing seat along the clamping direction through the first rack part 434 meshed with the driving gear 52, and the first clamping arm 40 drives the second clamping arm 30 to move towards the bearing seat through the clamping gear 22 until the first clamping arm abuts against two side walls of the mobile terminal; when the other end of the tension spring 53 (the end connected to the first tension spring fixing shaft 54) rotates to the other side of the driving gear 52, the rear housing 21 moves backward to a limit position relative to the connecting seat 51 (for example, the corresponding surface of the rear housing 21 abuts against the front end surface of the connecting seat 51, or the gear shaft 522 moves relatively to a limit position of the gear shaft guide slot 515), because the first tension spring fixing shaft 54 is eccentrically arranged relative to the driving gear, the axis of the second tension spring fixing shaft 55 (i.e., the first shaft hole 217) is parallel to the axis of the driving gear 52, and at this time, the first tension spring fixing shaft 54 is located on one side of the connection line between the axis of the second tension spring fixing shaft 55 and the axis of the driving gear 52, and the tension spring 53 and the driving gear 52 form a.
When a mobile terminal with a wide clamping range is clamped and a self-locking condition is not achieved, the second clamping piece 31 and the first clamping piece 41 abut against two sides of the mobile terminal to further push the mobile terminal, the second clamping piece 31 and the first clamping piece 41 are static relative to the mobile terminal, but the second sliding piece 33 and the first sliding piece 43 still move in the bearing seat, at the moment, the second compression spring 32 and the first compression spring 42 are compressed, and the elastic force of the two springs further strengthens the clamping force of the second clamping piece 31, the second clamping arm 311 of the first clamping piece 41 and the first clamping arm 411 on the mobile terminal.
In summary, the present invention provides a clamping bracket and a mobile terminal bracket capable of being automatically locked, wherein when in an open state, one end of a tension spring is connected to a rear bearing seat, the other end of the tension spring is eccentrically connected to a driving gear, and the tension of the tension spring keeps the bracket in the open state in a clamping state; when one end of the tension spring connected with the driving gear rotates to the other side of the driving gear, the rear shell moves backwards to the limit position relative to the connecting seat, the tension of the tension spring enables the tension spring and the driving gear to form a self-locking state, and the driving gear stops rotating and is kept in a clamping state; therefore, the support can be kept stable in an opening state and a clamping state, more firm and reliable clamping is provided for the mobile terminal, and better user experience can be obtained. When the mobile terminal of centre gripping broad, first holder, second holder can support and bulldoze mobile terminal by the both sides at mobile terminal, and first slider, second slider move to bearing the weight of the seat, and the restoring force that first compression spring and second compression spring compressed at this moment strengthens first centre gripping arm, second centre gripping arm respectively to mobile terminal's centre gripping dynamics to applicable in the mobile terminal of wider width scope and provide sufficient centre gripping dynamics, guarantee the stability under the clamping state. The rear shell is internally provided with a first positioning block and a second positioning block which are used for limiting the maximum stroke of the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm in the moving back bearing seat, and simultaneously the first positioning block and the second positioning block are respectively matched with the upper edge and the lower edge of the rear shell to form sliding spaces of the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm of the clamping arms, so that the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm can stably move. The clamping support capable of being automatically locked and the mobile terminal support have compact structure and small integral volume.
The concepts described herein may be embodied in other forms without departing from the spirit or characteristics thereof. The particular embodiments disclosed should be considered illustrative rather than limiting. The scope of the invention is, therefore, indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description. Any changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are to be embraced within their scope.
