The invention discloses a novel compressor buffer tank which comprises a tank body, an internal pipeline, an air inlet, an air outlet, a first internal sealing head, a second internal sealing head and air holes, wherein the first internal sealing head and the second internal sealing head are respectively arranged in the tank body, the first internal sealing head and the second internal sealing head divide the interior of the tank body into 3 independent cavities, the internal pipeline is arranged in the tank body and penetrates through the 3 cavities, the air holes are formed in the internal pipeline of each cavity, the air inlet is arranged at one end of the tank body and communicated with the internal pipeline, the air outlet is formed in the side wall of the tank body and used for discharging air in the tank body. Background
Reciprocating compressors are widely applied in the natural gas, petroleum and chemical industries, and have the working characteristics that the suction and exhaust airflow is intermittent and periodic, so that the fluid in an inlet pipeline and an outlet pipeline is inevitably excited to be in a pulsating state, and the parameters of the fluid in the pipeline periodically change along with the position and the time, such as pressure, speed and density, namely, the so-called airflow pulsation. When the airflow pulsating fluid is conveyed along the pipeline, the airflow pulsating fluid meets elements such as an elbow, a reducing pipe, a branch pipe, a valve, a blind plate and the like, and then an exciting force which changes periodically along with time is generated, and the pipeline generates mechanical vibration under the influence of the exciting force. The source of the pulsation is the compressor cylinders provided in the compressor at each stage. In some schemes in the prior art, the purpose of preventing the pipeline from generating obvious vibration is achieved by generally increasing pipeline supports, airflow pulsation cannot be well controlled, and the influence of the airflow pulsation on an air valve, a pipeline and the like of a compressor cylinder is ignored, so that the reliability and the economy of the compressor cylinder are reduced; some compressor cylinders are provided with buffer tanks, but if the volume is too small, the effect cannot be achieved, if the volume is large, the compressor cylinders occupy larger space or cannot achieve the effect when being far away from the compressor cylinders, and the economic effect is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a novel compressor buffer tank, which can suppress the airflow pulsation generated by the reciprocating motion of a piston head of a compressor by changing the flow direction and the flow route of gas through a novel structural form. Specifically, an inner seal head and a gas inner pipeline are added inside the buffer tank body, and gas is formed into a gas inlet, namely the inner pipeline, a gas hole, namely a cavity, a gas outlet, namely a gas flow line of a compressor by forming gas through a gas hole, 4 gas holes are uniformly distributed at 90 degrees and aligned with the gas outlet, so that the gas throttling effect can be well realized. As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a novel compressor buffer tank comprises a tank body 1, an inner pipeline 2, an air inlet 3, an air outlet 4, a first inner end socket 5, a second inner end socket 6 and air holes 7, wherein the first inner end socket 5 and the second inner end socket 6 are respectively arranged inside the tank body 1, the first inner end socket 5 and the second inner end socket 6 separate the inside of the tank body 1 into 3 independent chambers 8, the inner pipeline 2 is arranged inside the tank body 1 and penetrates through the 3 chambers 8, the air holes 7 are respectively arranged on the inner pipeline 2 of each chamber 8, the air inlet 3 is arranged at one end of the tank body 1, the air inlet 3 is communicated with the inner pipeline 2, the air outlet 4 is arranged on the side wall of the tank body 1, and the air outlet 4 is used for discharging gas in the tank body 1. An inner seal head and a gas inner pipeline 2 are added in the buffer tank body 1, and a gas vent 7 is formed in the pipeline, so that gas forms a gas inlet 3, an inner pipeline 2, a gas vent 7, a cavity 8, a gas outlet 4 and a gas flow line of a compressor. The variation of the gas flow through a particular path, direction of flow and volume greatly reduces the pulsation of the gas due to the movement of the compressor head. Specifically, gas horizontally enters the inner pipeline 2 with a smaller pipeline diameter through the gas inlet 3, then flows into the cavity 8 of the tank body 1 with a larger space through the gas vent 7 with a smaller aperture, and finally flows out of the compressor in the vertical direction through the gas outlet 4 on the cavity 8.
The number of the air outlets 4 is 3, and each air outlet 4 correspondingly discharges 1 chamber 8.
The air outlet 4 corresponds to the position of the air hole 7 in the corresponding chamber 8. The number of the air holes 7 is 4, and the 4 air holes 7 are distributed on the same section of the inner pipeline 2. The section of the air hole 7 coincides with the central axis of the air outlet 4. The 4 air holes 7 are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the inner pipe 2. 4 7 evenly distributed of bleeder vent is 90 degrees on 7 outer circumferences of 4 bleeder vents promptly and equally divides the arrangement, and bleeder vent 7 aligns with 4 positions in the gas outlet, the throttle effect of realization gas that can be fine.
